Outstanding service and employees are very friendly

Outstanding service from start to finish. I called and had someone come in 3hrs of the call and kept receiving updates. Han was so kind and patient with my grandmother. Han followed up to check up on her and received the test results less than 24hrs. I will definitely use them again. Thank you! My grandmother is feeling much better now.

One of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Couldn’t leave bed with a high fever, sick day was on time in the exact window they said they would be. Submitting online to being seen took less than two hours. Riyad was amazing, took great care of me and reassured me, just an awesome person all around.

I have good insurance and concierge medical care at home. It still was too taxing to get care while traveling. I found sick day through online search. I had a skilled professional at my hotel within 90 minutes. She did a full check, proper diagnosis and did not leave until she found a 24 hour pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. She checked up on me the next day and I could not say more positive things about the service or care. I would have paid twice what I paid for the quality, ease and peace of mind. I truly worried for a second after I booked that I might be scammed. I was so ill that I questioned my judgement. I am pleased to report that I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I felt sick while travelling to new york city and called my insurance to ask for help. Next thing you know, I recieved a call from sickday teling that a Doctor would comeover my hotel to check on me in 1 hour or so. (a big surprise to be honest, because they always send us to the ER) 40 minutes later Doctor Alesya was there. She spoke to me, made all the exams she could in my hotel room, took my vitals and and send the prescription to the nearest pharmacy wich was one block away. Couple days later and I already fell very good. Thanks to eveyonde on sickday for beeing so fast, human and caring. Definitly would recommend you guys.

I was impressed by a very knowledgeable, intelligent , caring yet cautious medical practioner that came to our room in the hotel and looked at my wife: An angel of mercy truly. She must have spent an hour with us checking my wife's history , examining, questioning and listening to her. In addition she gave me her personal cell number and said she would contact us tomorrow to check on my wife's progress: I've used house call physician services before - no one has ever done that. I would recommend them to anyone.

Naomi came to my Mother’s home on a Sunday morning. She did labs and was quick to make very important calls that truly helped us!

Sick day came to the rescue..wasn't feeling well enough to go out and the pa came over and was so professional..would use them again..so comforting knowing in case of a sick day I have them..

My mom, a senior in Manhattan, was in a tremendous amount of back pain but was afraid to visit an ER or urgent care center so I researched house calls. She called the office and was able to schedule a visit from a PA in less than three hours. It was very easy. The PA was caring, a good listener and called in the necessary prescriptions to help her with her pain. She took my mom’s BP and told her a treatment protocol. I highly recommend this service. The fee is reasonable, especially during covid times. Why risk your health when you can have a house call?

A few days ago I started feeling off. I had a bad night’s sleep, woke up with stomach cramps and nausea and by late afternoon had already vomited 3 times. There was no way I could leave my home much less get to an urgent care. I found Sickday on line and called them. To my surprise was seen within the hour. PA was professional, knowledgable, very thorough and had a great bed side manner. She gave me a medication to stop the vomiting and had a prescription sent to the pharmacy just in case I needed another anti nausea pill. Thank goodness; it was just a 24 hour stomach bug. The next day I received a follow up phone call from PA to check in on me. Now that is so awesome! Who could ask for better service? Telling all my friends.

We were in town for a funeral -- and I became very ill. Funeral was Monday am -- and Sunday pm we called Sickday to see if they could help! Lifesavers! (Ok, not literally but....). She came, assured me I was not going to die - and gave me meds to stop my nausea and vomiting. So grateful that such a service exists, and for the help she offered me! I made it to the funeral and though still a bit shaky, was able to do my speaking part. Thank you SO much!

I must leave another review because Sickday has gone above and beyond the call of duty! Riyad is amazing. Incredible follow up. The owner even called me to see if they could be of even further help. I can't say enough about PA Riyad. Professional, caring, really amazing.

Sam, the PA, who came to the house call was respectful and caring. He was great to speak with and to understand my medical situation. I would recommend this place as they actually had a human person answering the phone when I called.

I needed help with a blood draw and decided to give Sickday a try. I was extremely happy as the person that helped me out, Riyad, was super professional and walked me through the entire process. He was able to figure out the vague instructions from my private clinic and drew the blood exactly as needed. Will definitely request him in the future if I need another blood draw.

Alesya was great. Whole experience was very easy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an in-house visit.

Dr Riyad was wonderful. He came in a timely manner and provided an excellent level of service. He followed up with test results and care of how the patient was doing the following day.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Friedman and Sickday! I woke up ill and could not make it out of my apartment to get to an urgent care center. I was terrified and I didn’t know what to do. I Googled “Housecalls NYC” and found Sickday. Within an hour, a wonderful physician, Dr. Friedman, came to my home. She was patient and professional and gave me a full exam and diagnosed my condition. She also followed up with me every day for a few days to make sure I was getting better. When I was out of the woods, I made an appointment with a well-known specialist who told me that there was nothing more he could do, that I should just continue doing what Dr. Friedman told be to. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT!

I was in a rough spot a few weeks back and needed someone to check up on me as I was unable to walk (non-emergency but still somewhat urgent). Thankfully, Sickday was able to find someone on short notice and send them over. The service was incredible and they helped me with the issue

The people at SickDay were quick to make an appointment for my grandpa. After the visit, the person who visited my grandpa called us to let us know he had very severe symptoms of COVID, and we were able to respond quick enough to get him to a hospital. My family and I live in another state, so SickDay is the only way we can get medical attention to my grandparents. We are very thankful to them and we will continue to use them in the future.
