    Not attentive to customers every single person that works there is always on their phones. A manager tried to ban me from the location because himself and a trainee messed up my latte. I visit often because it’s the closest to my work I’d rather run 10 miles in the blazing heat to another Dunkin before spending another dime there. Ridiculously unprofessional.

    I walked half an hour here just to be told they close at 8:00 instead of 10:00 (as specified here) on sundays. Someone who owns this dd should update their hours now.

    The guy out there serving , he has a low quality of service . He doesn't know what to press on the register , and he makes my frozen coffee taste like straight up syrup. I hope dunkin make a move for this

    The staff and manager here are so rude and unprofessional. I ordered some donuts and the girl working there used her bare hands to grab them! She had just been touching her phone so I asked her if she could please use gloves and she just kept arguing about how her hands were clean. The manager did nothing to help the situation. Never again.

    I was charged twice and the manager, loopa or koopa would not do anything. Complete incompetence here, lack of any type of professionalism.. she just starred screaming in some language making a scene..

    The Indian lady working here has a really bad attitude. If you don’t like your job work at another place. She was giving my aunt so much attitude for no reason… 10/10 would NOT recommend.

    Ordered mobile pickup, 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. When I arrived only the drinks were ready so I waited a little over 5 minutes for the sandwiches only for the manager to tell me the oven is not working and I would have to call customer service for a refund. As always she was very rude and nasty and she and her coworker saw me standing there waiting knowing which order I was waiting for. I come in daily and she knew exactly which order I was waiting for but since she and I do not have a decent relationship, because I’ve complained about her multiple times, she let me wait the whole 5 minutes before letting me know what was wrong.

    I wish this place doesn't exist. They close store as early as 7 pm but online it's mentioned as open till 10 pm. Management please note this and take necessary measures.

    If your here for donuts you’ll be alright but if you need any coffee made right good luck! This place has the worst coffee I’ve tasted in my life.. Zero stars for service and when you ask for your money back they tell you to call AMEX.

    They're just terrible. The weekend crew never shows up on time, so you put an order in after they're technically open, you show up and they're either not there or just then sitting up 20 minutes after they're supposed to be open. On 3 separate occasions I put an order in on a weekend and went to pick it up and nothing was even ready yet and they refused to make the drinks. Had to go through corporate to get a refund. The people that work there are miserable and bitter and don't care that they're terrible at their jobs.

    The “MANAGER” of this place is a very rude cranky person, she always has a complete attitude, she also NEVER has change 10 dollar order and I tried paying with a 20 then she had the audacity to look over the counter into my wallet and say use your card… NEVER GO THERE. On top of that it’s dirty as anything I ALWAYS have a cup full of coffee grounds they don’t clean it properly

    Whenever I go there, I order ahead of time on the mobile app. However, the manager constantly takes care of people who ordered in store after me. I know for a fact that they ordered after me because I’ll see them ordering when I walk in and she’ll continue taking orders until the line is down meanwhile no one is making the drinks at the same time. So basically I order mobile for NO reason because I’d get quicker service in store. Aside from that, she has a horrible attitude.

    1 star to put a comment is even to much for the poor service I got today. Been coming to this station for a while, today I had to asked to re-do my coffee because of the portion, I paid for a Large cup was half way with only the foam on top, they told me they can put more milk which will damage the essence of the coffee. I know how I like my coffee in the AM and If I pay and gave instructions how to do it trust and believe I will get what I paid for. but I got actitud , they gang behind the counter to Laugh , with clear ignorance and showing that as kids they need a better customer service training just to at least preserve a group of clients. That it for me with this station.

    I tried to scan a QR code coupon here and the guy tried to tell me they don’t accept them, when there’s clearly a QR code on the window. Worst service ever!
