    2 stars for shipping time which was way faster than I expected compared to the rest of the reviews. Unfortunately, I am unsatisfied with the product. I’ve received three comments that it looks like it’s from a vending machine (lol). I didn’t read reviews beforehand. I wanted to treat myself on an item from M Jewelers for a while and finally did. Originally $125, 45% off limited deal. Paid roughly $70 for something that looks like it should of been $10. I had this for 4 days and the golds already rubbing off. Came scratched. The gold is extremely cheap looking, too. Yes I know it’s not real gold through and through, but jeez $125?! Non refundable!? Mind you, I reached out to customer service about shipping time as nicely as I could. I noted that my email said it’ll ship within a week. At that point it was 3. They responded and didn’t even answer my question. They told me that shipping time was in their FAQs on their site. Wow thanks— because I’ll definitely read and question your FAQs for something that was written in my confirmation email. Just a rude, bland response. All in all, don’t do it. Spend the money elsewhere. Get jewelry in person. Idk!

    The only reason I'm even giving them two stars is because it at least arrived (one month later). I ordered two nameplate necklaces, one in gothic print and the other in normal font on May 15th. Before you purchase personlized items it does say that it can take up 15 days to create and ship. So I waited 18 days after paying for these items and still no tracking number or shipping label. I email customer service for an update and to let them know that was disappionted with the lack of communication regarding my orders. I quickly got an reply back and she repeated to me about the whole taking 15 days. But then the email said that I should expect and understand that due to COVID-19 that i should expect it to take even longer because of building closures, decreased staff and delayed processes in the diamond district. First of all, NOWHERE on their website is there any mention of these factors and delays due to COVID-19. If there had been, of course I would've been more patient and understanding. I received my orders today ( June 13th) and my sisters box came all torn up and both necklaces were backwards when you opened the box, not to mention that the chains were all tangled up. Please, do yourself a favor and spend your money on Etsy or something. This company is a joke.

    EDIT: After I reached out again and posted this review I was contacted by the VP of the company. He gave me his deepest apologies and got the jewelry to me within 24 hours along with and additional gift. I did however have to pick it up myself in store so if you’re local I would say that’s your best bet! Much more pleasant :) Placed my order over a month ago. Nothing personalized. I live locally. Never shipped never got an update, nothing. Reached out to costumer service who said they’ll send it out within the next few days. 10 days later still nothing. Genuinely makes me wonder if this company is legit or fraudulent. Judging the reviews below me- it’s better you spend your money elsewhere

    Just barely got my package and wished I had read these reviews. My necklace chain came in broken and in pieces. The initial necklace also looks so flimsy for the price point. Don’t waste your money on here, I should have just went to some local jewelry store in my area. These are also from a sale so I have no hope for them to even try to make this right.

    PLEASE don’t make the same mistake as many people did and not sort through the reviews. I almost made a dire mistake of purchasing a 300$ gold chain here. I live in New York and if you do too, I recommend seeking out a small local jeweler in Brooklyn, Queens or The Bronx. Even Saks Off Fifth Or the real real has great quality discount jewelry. I had to send a barrage of emails to even get a response from customer support, threatening to dispute the charge with my bank was the only way I probably would even be issued a refund. Don’t be fooled, their stuff is always fifty percent off which conveys that their stuff is not nearly worth the price point which they put it at. And their policy is TEN MINUTES, that they will allow to issue a refund. That’s a complete scam and should be illegal. Read through these reviews because the amount of dissatisfied customers is overwhelming. Clearly it’s extremely cheap jewelry at insane price points. Please don’t be lured by the constant sales they’re having things are always on sale! If you look through the reviews you will see cheap and flimsy jewelry.

    Okayyyyyy, good things come to those who wait! I ordered my personalized necklace during one of the promotions M Jewelers was having, being a first time buyer I was a little nervous, but they provided me with excellent customer service and informed me of the status of my order along the way. I had great email correspondence with Shayne! Personalized items do take a little more time, but the piece was beautiful and I get a lot of complements. Will be ordering more soon :) I will note - I did purchase the 14k gold option for my necklace

    I was skeptical about ordering from this company based on some of the reviews I've read, and was bracing myself for a horrible experience. I ordered The Mini Gothic Nameplate Necklace in 14k gold, and was very impressed by the quality. My order arrived in less than a month, and customer service was responsive when I sent an email inquiring about my package's whereabouts. The only issue I have is that my choker is extremely tight, making it unwearable unless I get an extension. I have a pretty slender neck, so this was quite a surprise to me. I think the gold vermeil is a bit longer, but realistically the 14k should be just as long because I'm sure I cannot be the only person who has had this issue. I've emailed customer service about this, and hopefully they can help me out. All in all, I would order from this company again. Their jewellery is beautiful.

    I first spotted the most beautiful cross necklace I had ever seen on someone while at a restaurant one night. My husband asked her where it was from and he secretly ordered it for Christmas for me that year. The piece came as described, with fair pricing, and fantastic shipping - and quickly became my favourite item that always receives compliments. A few years later I reached out for support and the team at M Jewelers blew my mind. They were so welcoming, quick to respond, and genuinely wanted to go above and beyond to help. These days, responsiveness goes such a long way and I was thrilled by their eagerness to help and to make my day! I now have another piece coming which I'm so excited to receive. The M Jewelers, you have gained a customer for life - thank you so much!

    I ordered two personalized items from them and although it took a while to ship it is certainly worth the wait. Items came very well packaged and the attention to details are on point. Shayne was very accommodating with all my request. I will certainly be buying from them again.

    UPDATE!!! Changing from 1 star to 5 stars!!! For those who are in NYC or live near by…GO TO THE STORE!! I finally received an email from the company regarding this issue . They gave the option of returning via mail so they can further “inspect” what I showed in pictures OR I can go to the NYC Store location. Of course I chose to go to the store. I didn’t want to go through the mailing hassle especially if it got “lost” in the mail. Prior to going to the store I kept the ring in the packaged box for safety. With in days the ring turned into this copper rusted tone 😵‍💫. It looked like an old penny. I was shocked. I ordered a 14K! It shouldn’t have even looked like that. So I went to the store which is located in the Diamond District. I showed the Representative & he was horrified at how the ring looked. He then said the company had been having a packaging issue with the foam padding cause oxidation which the company is currently working on to change, however the ring shouldn’t have looked as bad as it did. He said he’s never seen anything like that happen to 14k gold jewelry. Anyway he stated he would make a new ring same day if I had time to wait or come back. I decided to come back. He called & notified me when it was ready. The ring looked amazing. No scratches or anything. I was impressed. He also offered me a different chain for my pendant necklace that I was unhappy with. I was beyond happy at the in store experience. The store also makes custom jewelry, so if you have an idea or want something recreated they can do it. I love that. They also sell other nice jewelry that’s not offered on the website. I personally feel like I saw better things at the shop than online but that’s based on my personal preference. I would definitely make future purchases but only at the NYC shop for now until the company deals with the packaging oxidation. Previous Review Lack of communication, Burn Marks/Scratches…. Just Poor Quality Products!! I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company but no reply. I ordered a 14k personalized ring but it has scratches and discoloration-It almost looks like burn marks. The old English chain and heart pendants I ordered are made of the same material YET it’s 2 different colors. It’s drastically noticeable, looks so cheap and feels cheap..it’s sad. I brought all of this for my 1st child as a special keepsake after she got out of the NICU and I’m just so heartbroken over the quality and no communication from the company. It’s beyond disappointing that I spent so much money for something that was supposed to be special. I honestly can’t believe it.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order in the middle of August for a custom gold vermeil cocktail ring. Understanding that a custom order takes time, I waited until September to inquire about the status of my order. I was assured the order would ship no later than the week of 9/11. Once that Thursday came around, I asked for an update and was told I need to wait until Friday to inquire again (red flag number one). When I reached back out some time after the order was promised to ship, I initially got no response, so I opened a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. When customer service finally did answer, I was told that production had to recast the mold (something that should have been known weeks ago?) and that the ring would be delayed. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or otherwise compensate for the nonsense. I was simply told to wait longer. After calling these shortcomings to their attention, customer service said they canceled my order because I opened a chargeback claim. Jessica from customer service offered no consolation for these poor business practices. Based on some of the other reviews, it appears I may have dodged a bullet given the cheap quality of these pieces. Avoid at all costs!

    Back for my second review! And I'm in love with my second piece as well. Amazing quality, stunning design... I am thoroughly impressed at the attention to detail. I got a gold lowercase "a" initial stud in addition to my gold bamboo mini hoops and couldn't love them more!

    In love with the M Jeweler. I recently purchased a new name necklace and the quality is amazing. I also purchased an initial pendant necklace a few months back and had just a small issue with one of the stones coming out. The customer service was great. I was able to reach out with my concerns and they issued me a new pendant within 48 hours. If you are looking for a place with good quality jewelry and great customer this is the spot!

    Truly next level customer service! When I received my necklace the chain had knotted. They promptly offered me several options to make it right! I ended up wanting the larger size charm and they allowed me to make a super quick and easy exchange. They are super kind and accommodating, I would highly recommend shopping with M Jewelers! Not to mention, the jewelry is stunning and amazing quality. I’m already placing my next order.

    Amazing customer service! I spoke with Jessica and she was absolutely amazing. :) I reached out about a tarnished gold vermeil necklace and Jessica did everything in her power to correct the issue. All of her communication was incredibly prompt and efficient. I'm now waiting on a replacement necklace. Can't wait to receive it and get back to wearing M Jewelers!🖤
