My husband bought my engagement ring here, and it was the best! i loved every bit of it.. So we ended up buying our wedding bands here too! The service is top notch. I also bought earrings and jewelry sets for my mom and my mother inlaw and they are very happy with it. Looking forward to our next purchase from israel rose!

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Israel Rose. Each piece I love and cherish. David is wonderful and so are the rest of the Israel Rose staff. Great people, great pieces and great prices. I would love to fly into NY and get the true experience, but I buy mainly online. Best 20,000+ dollars I have ever spent! If you are serious about your diamonds- this is the place to get them!

I purchased my platinum engagement ring from Israel Rose two years ago and recently discovered that they re-sized it with white gold instead of platinum, so now the shaft is cracking and must be completely replaced with a new platinum shaft. Substituting white gold for platinum - and ruining the ring shaft - was a blatantly dishonest business practice, and I would certainly not recommend this jeweler.

I'd been searching for just the right sapphire band for a year. I found one on the Israel Rose Estate Jewelry website so I emailed. David responded so quickly and kindly to all my emails requesting information and even an additional photo of the ring on the hand. The ring was overnighted to me (and they did not gouge me on the insurance, thank you) and I am so very pleased with it. It is in perfect condition, nicely polished and clean, and the ring is exactly as described to me/photographed by David. I will be back to buy more estate pieces from David/Israel Rose.

Hands down, the BEST Jewelry shopping experience EVER!!! You may ask, “What made it the best”?...Simply put, the owner has a beautiful heart! ❤️ I’d like to share my story, because it was the best customer service I’ve experienced from the start all the way to the end. First, my sister and I treated my mother to NYC for her 60th Birthday. Of course we enjoyed the shopping, food, shows, etc. However, the purchase of a piece of Jewelry was also on the list. After her decision and interest in a tennis bracelet, we started looking. Once we hit our fifth jewelry store, I really thought we’d leave NYC with out a bracelet until I called Israel Rose. Up front I stated what I was in town for, what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to spend. The reply I received was believable...”The retail stores will sell you the same item for $10K, I’ll sell it to you for $3K”. Next, we walked to Israel Rose within 15min. Israel Rose is by appointment only, but considering our schedule and departure the next day, they opened their door to us with out questions. Then, words cannot explain what happened next, my mom had the happiest tears in her eyes that I’d ever seen. Israel Rose didn’t even talk about spending more money that I initially stated I’d pay. I felt at ease and comfortable there. Honestly, what they did for my mother was priceless. I would have given him 10 times the amount I paid for the tennis bracelet just because of how awesome they were to my mother. Their jewelry selection is stunning too. Lastly, I will look no further when it comes to purchasing jewelry. They will continue to have my business hands down, thanks to the internet.
