Had a great experience with Dana. We bought our engagement ring as well as our wedding bands there. Really love the design of debeers rings. And the service in the store is also much better that the service in some other jewelers of the same tier. From picking the styles, to picking the sizes, to picking the diamonds and to finally shipping the rings, Dana has made the process very seamless for me. My fiancé was leaving New York and the engagement ring was expected to come in after he left New York. Dana helped push it for me and the ring arrived right before that so that my fiancé can pick up the ring with me.

Kristin is superb. I visited a handful of stores on Madison Avenue and 5th for engagement ring, none of the sales associates were even close to Kristin in terms of knowledge, helpfulness, and warmth. We came back again for resizing, and wedding band, she was amazing throughout. DB is lucky to have her.

Worst customer service. The team in the NYC store is not transparent when sharing costs for repairs and not disclosing the benefits the brand generally offers so you end up paying more! Be careful before purchasing anything with them. They have been lying to the online customer service on the fact that they are reaching out to solve issues. Overall very unprofessional team. Stay away

It would be fair to say the reason why the diamond rings and jewelry there are so expensive is because of the name the De Beers. The name itself goes back way over a 130 years so of course this jewelry store and the company itself wants to cash in on its name as well as its brand. I'm sure this jewelry store also has customers buy their insurance plan to protect the merchandise they purchased from there just like any reputable jewelry store would do.

For a company that owns a diamond monopoly.. their diamonds are very expensive.

Khurshid was very helpful with my purchase of a horizon band. He made every single effort he could to get one with my size, even have to get it from another country. When it turned out the size was not accurate to fit, he provided seamless services to help me exchange the ring to a perfect size for me. I will definitely purchase more items from De Beers in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

I purchased a promise ring from DeBeers 10 years ago. This year is my 20th anniversary, so I decided to upgrade my engagement ring. I visited the Madison Ave DeBeers while on vacation to browse and Khurshid made everything so easy and seamless for me. He took my original ring to be assessed, helped me find a new ring, and then kept me updated with the trade in, resizing, and etc.. I just received my new ring a month later shipped to my home and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. I would recommend working with Khurshid, his customer service is excellent!
