My wife had her Cartier Trinity ring cut off in the ER due to an allergic reaction. Cartier refused to repair it as it is so complicated, then the 1st jeweler took almost 3 weeks to get me a quote. So I found Sash online and he had the ring repaired perfectly in a week and it was 1/2 the price of the 1st jeweler. He even polished it to new condition. I highly recommend Sash and am grateful he repaired the rings so beautifully.

Very easy to confirm his availability and he quoted me a price before I came in and it was very fair. He shortened a gold belly button ring and did a great job, would definitely return and recommend. I made a special trip from Brooklyn and the location was a bit confusing at first but you just have to go into this bigger building where he has a small workshop/room.

I broke the clasp of a very meaningful special bracelet, that looked (to me) impossible to fix. I went to Sash today and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes! It’s a double chain and I couldn’t remember how the clasp goes since there’s also a ball to loosen/tighten the bracelet. He examined it and explained how it should look and how he will repair it. I was shocked that he said he would do it on the spot (seriously, less than 5 min). When I arrived, I was a bit all over the place and hot. He told me to relax, sit, take my time. Very nice man. He designs jewelry as well and showed me some of his pieces. I would go back to Sash in a second and highly recommend him!

I stopped by today to ask if he could attach a pendant to a chain and he was able to do it on the spot in about 10 minutes and charged me a really affordable fair price. I would definitely return again in the future for any additional jewelry repair.

I had a really stressful experience with my new wedding band hurting me and it was completely resolved by Sash and his gem setter colleague! The designer who made my wedding band could not understand how it could be scratching me, but it felt like needles, even when I tried it on my other hand. I have stupidly sensitive skin and this diamond pavé eternity-ish band (diamonds at five spots on the band only) was really setting me off. The maker did not really know how to fix it without melting it down, so I needed to look for a third party. I read Sash’s reviews and saw that he did “prong work,” which I knew to be a specialized kind of fix. He not only immediately *believed* me that the ring was bothering me but actually showed me *why*: it had squared-off double prongs as well as decorative “V” shapes. He made no promises, but had his gem setter reshape the prongs and polish down the Vs. This was more than a simple filing down; it was really strategic removal and reshaping of some of the platinum. Et voilà! I now have a band that doesn’t hurt me AND a go-to jeweler in NYC!

Went to Sash to get a pendant on a chain that wouldn't fit over the clasp. After taking the time for an easy fix he was able to get the pendant on with no problems. He even did it free of charge and refused to take any money when I offered it for his services! Will not be taking my jewelry needs anywhere else from now on

I had an excellent experience here! I came in just wanting a ring to be cleaned and polished. The office is a tiny hole in the wall full of jewelry equipment. He stopped repairing the earring he was working on, cleaned my ring in 5 minutes, and charged me $10. So reasonable, so fair, professional and also friendly. I just got a really good vibe. He's definitely the real deal and I would trust him with my jewelry any day. Now I know where to go if I need a repair.
