From the moment I saw the Rolex Mint Dial Datejust, I just knew I wanted one! So the first time I stepped into William Barthmans and spoke with Caitlin, I told her what I was looking for. Still, I also understood and knew that it would be hard to come by, so we ended up that we would continue to be in contact, but if any other watch came her way, she would make sure to let me know. Faster than I thought, I got a text back about a month or so later asking if I wanted the blue dial Datejust which I also loved, so I came in, and Caitlin was able to size it right and I left so happy! Little did I know that about three months after that, I get a text from Caitlin saying that she had the MINT DIAL DATEJUST. So not only was she able to get me a role within a month of coming in, and not only on me having two Rolex's within a four-month period...but the Rolex I originally came in for!! This is one of the greatest authorized Rolex dealers I've ever dealt with. Maria was my sales associate who assisted me in obtaining my desired watch, which is the Oyster Perpetual in Candy Pink. She is very pleasant to work with, knowledgable, and friendly. The entire experience at William Barthman was seamless, and it felt like you were shopping with your BFFs. My Rolex experience was incredible, and I walked in with my husband. He was given the opportunity to try on exhibition pieces that are really difficult to come by, including 50k pieces, without hesitation when we asked. I strongly advise you to stop by and experience it yourself. They also sell a wide range of fine jewelry and all major watch brands. The store is across the street from Hermes and surrounded by various restaurants in an upscale neighborhood.

I visited William Barthman for the first time last month and had a great chat with Maria. The reason I felt compelled to write a review is because during most of our conversation, Maria thought we were tourists due to my accent and despite this, she still spent a ton of time with us, let me try on a bunch of watches and get a better idea of the configuration that worked best for me. Barthman has been my jewelers since the late 90's, when I bought a gorgeous ankle bracelet. They have repaired my jewelry and I have had designed there too, working with the jeweler is always such a fun creative process. They are the best. The reason for loyalty is a family-friendly, non-rush atmosphere, always professional advice, and an excellent collection of merchandise. Needless to say, the merchandise is brand new and covered with a full warranty of an authorized dealer of many brands. The pleasant atmosphere does not suddenly go away even if you do not buy anything. One is always welcome regardless. The candies, coffee, and mineral water are always aplenty. My latest acquisition was IWC Pilot Chrono. green dial 41 mm. in-house movement.

Caitlin is an jewelry-like asset to this store and brand. The entire store crew was amazing too. Let me start off by saying the boutique has a very warm & elegant interior design. This by itself already is a selling point. I did not have an appointment setup and was flexibly accommodated by Caitlin. She is very sweet and kind and knew the watches inside out. I was trying to get my father a gift and she listened carefully to my request and probing questions to try to make it happen. Definitely not asking those questions for formality. I got to learn more about the brand better and received in my opinion a VIP treatment despite being a completely new customer in this store. Caitlin constant follow up is also helpful and even though she has a huge client base, Caitlin definitely still welcome new clients, just like we have a relationship for long already. I also shop at Hermes for almost 15 years already and can say the rapport that I have with my Hermes ambassador is as delightful as with Caitlin. Great place. I walked in the buy a surprise pair of earrings and although the perfectionist in me wanted to dazzle with a 3K pair of earrings I went with solid gold for the time being.
