I
ordered
earrings
online.
They
were
to
be
delivered
to
this
store.
5
days
after
they
called
me
to
say
they
had
them.
I
told
the
sales
girl
I
will
be
there
in
2
days.
She
said
Swarovski
had
a
new
policy
and
they
were
to
send
everything
back
to
corporate
in
one
week
I
am
there
speaking
to
her
on
the
phone
giving
her
the
exact
day
I
am
coming
in.
She
did
not
even
need
to
bring
up
this
policy.
I
said
I
can
send
the
email
that
the
company
said
for
me
to
pick
it
up
and
the
email
said
I
had
2
Weeks
to
pick
it
up.
I
asked
for
the
manager.
And
she
fought
with
me
saying
repeating
the
one
week
policy.
????
Really
one
can
not
think
out
of
the
box.
I
am
speaking
with
you
and
saying
I
do
not
even
live
in
NYC
but
I
am
able
to
pick
up
the
earrings
in
2
days
that
I
already
paid
for
online.
I
called
corporate.
They
were
quick
to
offer
me
a
refund.
They
did
not
even
try
to
save
me
as
a
customer.
The
company
needs
to
give
customer
service
training.
And
no
-
I
will
not
be
buying
the
wine
and
Champaign
glasses
this
company
sells
that
I
wanted.
I
will
never
be
a
customer
again.
I
just
looked.
They
have
1
to
many
bad
reviews
in
the
past
year.
Not
good
reviews
at
all.
