I ordered earrings online. They were to be delivered to this store. 5 days after they called me to say they had them. I told the sales girl I will be there in 2 days. She said Swarovski had a new policy and they were to send everything back to corporate in one week I am there speaking to her on the phone giving her the exact day I am coming in. She did not even need to bring up this policy. I said I can send the email that the company said for me to pick it up and the email said I had 2 Weeks to pick it up. I asked for the manager. And she fought with me saying repeating the one week policy. ???? Really one can not think out of the box. I am speaking with you and saying I do not even live in NYC but I am able to pick up the earrings in 2 days that I already paid for online. I called corporate. They were quick to offer me a refund. They did not even try to save me as a customer. The company needs to give customer service training. And no - I will not be buying the wine and Champaign glasses this company sells that I wanted. I will never be a customer again. I just looked. They have 1 to many bad reviews in the past year. Not good reviews at all.

Sale representative that helped us yesterday was very well mannered and patient. She helped us pick out a beautiful set for my daughter's sweet 16. Wasn't pushy and even told us if we wanted to take a picture and come back that was ok. She won us over and we purchased the Tennis set. Thank you!!!

Went in for a figurine and possible necklace with my girlfriend. I'm taken with how beautifully everything is crafted so I like to look around the store for a bit before I make my purchases. However, I'd take it because I look younger then I am, I was eyed down the entire time by the tall, dark haired woman as well as the blonde. The blonde woman even came over to me and my friend and asked what was taking so long. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. I wasn't even in there for 15 minutes. If I could give this place no stars at all, I would.

This place is outstanding! Not only is the selection extraordinary but the service over the phone is unbelievable. Use employees are outstanding and go way way above and beyond the Call of Duty required to get the job done. I would be so proud to be the owner of this facility with the employees that I have representing me. I really hope the owner appreciates the employees and realizes what he has in them. They are true gems!

A kind gentleman took a look at my vintage Swarovski watch and told me he will look into identifying it. He took down my text number and said he would get back to me.

The most horrible customer service ever. They were so quick to take my money but when it came to the messed up jewelry they gave me everyone looked away and didn’t want to help with the situation. Everyone made me feel uncomfortable stating that I should “take it to a jeweler if the piece meant that much to me” knowing they gave me the piece broken. Happily I called Customer service and Alexandria was a huge help.

We had issues with a pendant and a pair of earrings and brought it back for repair back in August 2015 (It is now December 2015). In October 2015, we got a call from Customer Service to pick up the repaired pieces. However, only the earrings were at the store and we were told to wait for the pendant. Fast forward to today (December 2015). We called customer service about the pendant and was told to contact the store directly. So I went to the store with the receipt in hand to inquire about the pendant. The staff still couldn't find it, but we were able to resolve the issue favorably. 5 STARS to the courteous and gracious staff. They were so helpful that I, who rarely reviews anything, had to sign in and sing their praises. Great customer service. A+.

Store timings listed were till 8pm. On reaching the store to pick up my order at 7.30 pm, I found the doors locked. No one received the phone despite calling numerous times.

We came to the city around 1 pm and had a show at 3 pm. We walked from Grand Central to 5th ave to do some window shopping and some actual shopping. We arrived at Swarovski at 2pm. I was browsing the website saw a necklace I was dying for. We waited a few minutes before someone come up to us but they all acknowledged our presence. We end up leaving with necklace and few days later my husband had also bought the matching earrings. I cannot really remember what her name was "Debra " but she was fantastic she been with the company 2 year and is originally from Germany. She made conversation with us and asked what brought us to the city. We were going to see Alladin I would not hesitate to go back to this location. I would have loved to look at ring collection. All of the rings are absolutely breath taking. Everyone loves a little blue box.

Very nice store. Always visit when I am in NYC from Long Island. Sales people always helpful, never pushy. Beautiful selection of jewelry and absolutely amazing Swarovski crystal pens! And yes, they sell the refills.

The location was very clean and organized. The staff was amazing!! Eduardo was so attentive and helpful! We’re looking for a product they didn’t have at the store, he called another store and shipped it to my house!! He even hand-written a thank you letter!! The attention to detail the staff of this store has was just amazing! And the shipping was very fast!

I am not sure if the big blonde woman is still working there but she had a very nasty attitude and chased us around the store as soon as she saw we were people of color ? It is embarrassing for the brand to have incompetent and racist people like her, Karen behind the counter is a real one.
