I have a very unique silver bracket that I bought years ago in Mexico. It is very delicate and has broken on Me a number of times. I have had many Jewelers tell me it was no longer repairable. It was a great experience working with Bapaz Diamond Jewelry owner Alex. I live in North Carolina and was visiting New York when my Wife and I entered his Store. I found a Diamond Bracelet that I really loved. Alex and I worked out a deal for me to be able to pay from NC. I came back to NY for the Thanksgiving holiday and stopped by the Jewelry store and picked up my Beautiful Bracelet in time for Christmas. Amazing A1 Has to be one of the best stores in Manhattan came short notice for a particular piece. They did not have it within two hours. My son and I stopped in Sunday to look at Cuban link chains. We left with his chain, his football number on a dog tag, plus 2 rings and a chain for myself. Service was excellent, we enjoyed speaking with the owner and his son and the prices were great. Highly recommend and I do a lot of online shopping. It was great to try on and see what we were buying. Plus my son could get a custom sized chain prepared along with personalized pendant and walk out of the store with it around his neck.

Alex worked on a custom piece that none of the other jewelers on Canal would. It was a simple piece but I couldn't buy one off the rack because I wanted it in a different metal, a particular style, and in a very tiny size. Other jewelers probably deemed it too involved for what they could charge. Alex did it and it came out beautifully and I was charged a fair price. Alex was also very communicative every step of the way.
