If you ever need to have some repair done on your DY jewelry I would not recommend that store, go uptown and you will meet nice professional people who will not try to rip you off. I did that today, left that store feeling annoyed and angry. Went uptown on 5th Avenue, great service and honest people. DY- please select your staff responsibly.

Had a good service here. Didn’t felt pressured into buying anything. But in the end we came back and bought a band. Was offered water and sparkling water. Great experience overall.

I’ve purchased multiple items direct with the store and through department store like Saks. Extremely disappointing with a repair request and I’d never ever shop again with yurnman. If I had known the repair experience with them is like this, I would not have it repaired. First, they claimed they have called me and left me with voice mail and email, absolutely untrue since I received none of those. Second, the repair cost is 10% of the necklace, which I wore literally two times and the pedant fell off the necklace. If you’re telling me this is not poor quality and rip off, I don’t know a better word for it. Third, the salesperson who took my phone is nothing but a robot who can only repeat and read through “company policy” without providing any solutions. Go away with other brands, this is not worth your time and $$$ with such poor customer services

I shopped at this store in early December and bought a Xmas gift. They were suppose to send it to me by the 17th. I called on the 19th to see where it was and they said they forgot to send it but they would overnight it to me since I was leaving in two days. They also said they would call me right back with the tracking number. They never called back so I called later that night and they said it had gone out and it would arrive the next morning. It never did and the following day I get a tracking number from FedEx for ground delivery in five days. That was four days after I already left going where I needed the gift. Thanks for really screwing up this holiday for me. I’ll never be back.

Beautiful building with some exquisite jewelery. The staff are very professional but also approachable and well informed. They give enough space to browse and are attentive enough to be there when needed. A great representation of the brand.

I enjoy coming here to browse the new collections — the vibe is very welcoming and they’re genuinely interested in helping you find the right jewelry pieces. This is my favorite location! The midtown location is more “wow” factor but the staff isn’t as helpful in my experience; so I make a point to go down to Soho, where I know it’ll be a great experience when I make a purchase. We went in to the store committed to buy two rings. Nobody acknowledged our existence and I waited 10 minutes at the rings section. Then I walked up to someone asking for help and I was told to wait until someone is available. Then after more waiting we decided to leave because we didn’t feel like begging for help. During this whole time nobody looked at us or asked if we needed something. I will never return to the store again.

I have been, DY fan for a bit, but recently when there was a itemed ordered and lost in the mail the process of replacement was so discouraging and the customer service which I received via phone was just poor. BUT YOUSTINA!!!!! she restored my love for DY, she not only made me feel welcomed she was so knowable, kind and truly an ambassador of the brand... she notice my bangle kept opining and she walked me through the process to have it repaired. She sold me an amazing Black Onyx pendent with small diamonds and to boot introduce my husband to the brand and now I have a wish list to complete. Took my two DY bracelets in to be cleaned and when I went back, a day later, to pick them up it took at least a half hour before they could retrieve them. Either they did not clean them or they do a terrible job at cleaning at this location as the bracelets don't look any better than before I took them in.

Really Beautiful Yurman boutique located in SoHo, staffed with knowledgeable and pleasant to work with brand ambassadors. I found Jung to be awesome in that he had excellent style advice that best suited the look I was going for, my personsa and budget without being snobbish. The boutique is stocked nicely with lots of classic Yurman pieces that are understated yet beautiful in form, shape, colored precious stones with weight along with all out glamorous and fabulously gorgeous but elegant in every way bling so much so it was difficult to not want it all. Haha. Anywho lovely shop, bring cash and credit cards. Special financing via Citibank is available for Wedding Jewelry only!

Married for 5 years, my husband and I finally shopped for wedding bands last Sunday. Louie took care of us and was friendly, informative, professional and patient! He let us take our time choosing and trying on rings and offered us drinks. We are so happy with our choices. The store is beautiful and it was a wonderful experience.

She was extremely rude and condescending. Stay away she won’t be any of help and lacks product knowledge. Someone needs to train her on how to interact genuinely with clients . She was dismissive and rude .

Went in on Wednesday this week after a meeting, looking for a wedding band. I’ve never seen someone so bored about helping me. I felt like an inconvenience, which didn’t put me in the mood to spend a few thousand dollars. I luckily found another shop nearby who was happy to help me out and I bought a ring there.

I came to get a ring resized and had a very disappointing experience. They first tried to tell me I couldn’t get it resized and then tried to charge me even though it was within the first 90 days of purchasing. Ultimately, was able to get the complimentary service after speaking with a manager, but found the process to be far more difficult than I’ve ever experienced.

The staff at this store are so knowledgeable and friendly. They make a lot of good recommendations I love dealing with tessa

I have made a few purchases at this specific location, and I have not been disappointed. The staff is highly welcoming. However, if you are looking to have the ultimate purchasing experience, look for Yulieth Alvarez. She is simply great. The store was very nice and the jewelry beautiful. My wife was shopping and I was a bit out of place but the staff offered me a comfortable seat and a drink while I waited. They made me feel at home and as comfortable as I could be in a jewelry store. I know we were spending some money but they were more accommodating to me than other stores of this level.

My experience shopping for the first time was exemplary. Made purchases over two days, and each time was met by extremely accommodating, friendly, well-informed sales staff. Who didn’t remotely mind that it was me and two tweens (who wandered the store and we were all dressed way down). Brian, who helped me, was awesome. Helpfulness not pressure. These guys are the gold standard for service.

Youstina was awesome to work with. I called in to inquire about a piece that was Sold Out online. Youstina was able to not only find one and offer to ship it to the Prince Street store, but also customize the piece as well. She was an All-Star!!

They sent pictures of the bracelet that I was interested in so I could see the sizing and offered suggestions for the matching earring. I picked up my purchase today and I am very pleased. I am a frequent shopper at DY. This was my first time at the SOHO shop. I stopped in because my necklace needed attention as it was tarnished and I couldn't get it clean myself. I felt like the sales people were not interested in helping me and I didn't feel like they wanted my business...though I came in wearing their necklace, ring, bracelet and pendants. I was also interested in purchasing another ring or bracelet but just felt like I'd rather go to another one of their stores in Denver, DC or Fort Lauderdale where they are way more welcoming. I will not be going back to that store. After leaving there stopped in John Hardy and purchased a bracket there instead.

Angel is terrific! Took excellent care of me. I'll definitely be back.

David Yurman is one of my favorite luxury jewelry designers. I have a few DY expensive trinkets. I went to the boutique to have the missing dingbat ( DY logo ) added to my bracelet. I purchased my bracelet years ago at the store on Madison Ave. I’m closer to Soho. Therefore,I decided to there. When I entered the store. I was greeted by the security guard. The decor of the store is warm , inviting, and unstated luxury. The man who initially helped me with my repair was assisting a client when I saw him. We smiled and nodded at each other. I walked around the boutique looking at the classic, eclectic, elegant jewelry. Finally, a lovely lady with a bright smile came out to greet me. I gave her my receipt. She gave me my repaired bracelet. When she presented my bracelet, it looked brand new. They did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my bracelet. She gave me a new pouch for my bracelet and shopping bag. I thank her for her professional , friendly customers service. I walked to the gentleman who place my order weeks ago and shook his hand and thanked him. I’m a happy client.

Our Dallas sales associates Karen and Donovan recommended that we visit this store, and we are really glad we did. The staff was incredibly friendly, and this store has a David Yurman history wall. It explains to you how the cable bracelets are made and a lot of other interesting information with original pieces. If you like David yurman, you'll love this this store. A definite must in Soho.
