My best friend and I stopped in the Goldish pop-up which is located in Gatino Garden of Love. The women that worked there were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the stones and their purpose. We wanted the same bracelet but they only had one. The owner of the boutique happened to walk in and she sent an employee over to the flagship store to get us the other bracelet. After we purchased the bracelets, the owner performed a crystal activation on us and the jewelry. She also gave us a lot of insight on the importance of spiritual alignment and how to maintain it. I can really tell the owner is passionate about her product line and she’s a healer in her own right. I will always cherish my moonstones and the experience forever ❤️

Very beautiful jewellery! Unique designs with a lot of meaning. I loved the earrings I bought for a gift. I had certain budget and the sales assistant wes very kind, explaining the story behind all the pieces I liked, and although I didn't want to spend much, she was very helpful and carefully showed me the options I could pick from. I would definitely recommend the place.

The customer service here was terrible. The young lady was not interested in my service at all!! I’ve been looking for jewelry with meaning so when I saw this I was rightfully excited to buy a ring or a earring from your company. However the young lady at the front desk attitude was so terrible and treated me like I didn’t exist, I left. I came into to buy not to browse! If I would have been treated like a person I would have spent a lot of money! You’ve lost a customer, not that your company cares anyway!!!

I came into this beautiful store, because I was drawn in by the crystal jewelry and how lovely everything was display. I am a small business owner and asked the young lady (who is not the owner) if they carry other artists' work. (simple question) She was very rude, ask me what is that? what's an artist, I don't know what you are talking about! She informed me that the artist travels around the world and brings things back to sell and wouldn't be interested in my creations, but gave me a card and told me to email the owner and give information about my business. I wanted to purchase a candle and incenses, but I decide that I didn't want her negative energy in my home. Never going back.

I purchased a disco hand chain online. I received it very quickly in the UK but unfortunately on the 2nd wear it started to fall apart. Subsequently within a few wears I had lost a lot of the little links. I emailed the company a few times without any response. Eventually, through my contacting through Instagram, I got a response via email and was asked to send the item back for repairs. I explained that I was in the UK and so that wasn't practical and I was worried the piece may get lost. I was then offered a replacement but am yet to receive a reply to my acceptance of that offer. Really poor customer service and shoddily made piece of jewellery which was expensive. Would not buy from this company again.

I wrote a negative review before because the hours were not updated, however the hours are 12-8pm and it’s best to call beforehand. The lady who works there, Luna, is very sweet and helpful and the jewlery is super unique and beautiful!

I have loved visiting Goldish and have purchased a hand chain for myself, one for my daughter and a body chain. They were all worn pretty much everyday for a year, and then broke. I would love to get them repaired, however, I went by the store today(I checked on line-no word of still being closed)there was a note on the door saying they were selling out of a pop up , but they weren't there either. I've been trying to contact the shop for a long time(during covid)through facebook and through their contact. I love all their stuff and want to wear the items I have. I hope someone will get back to me. Disappointed that there is no update on their shop or if they are selling in NYC at all.

This store is owned and ran by elitist russian white women. The employees WILL 100% follow you around their trashy little store if your outfit costs less than a thousand dollars Generally very boring and basic products, not sure they they think anyone would steal any of that fake glass

Amazing selection of gold jewelry for women, men and children, beautiful art and furniture. My hand chain was activated with the beautiful instruments the brand also carries. I really feel my piece is more than jewelry, it has special meaning. Wearing it every day has proven its high quality. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful, definitely going back!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I have never interacted with an e-commerce brand with such bad customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings online, I did not like it and wanted to return it. I called the store, and the store said they don't provide refunds even though the website has no return policy mentioned. I then had to argue and ask to escalate it to the owner. I was told then I can return it. I go to the store during hours they should be open and it's closed. I then mail the earrings back with a note asking for a refund - the associate says they never got a note and returned the earrings back to me. The associate then puts me on a long hold as they cannot find where the earrings were sent to. In short, never ever buy anything here as you will not good service or a refund if you don't like it. I have wasted so many hours with this brand, and still don't have a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

I've heard about the brand for a while and have many close friends that wear the jewelry so when I recently came to New York for a visit I was excited to discover the store in Tribeca. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. There is a lot of unique jewelry with interesting stories behind each piece. I am delighted with my purchases and I will definitely return to the store again!
