Whether I'm visiting the Soho location or Atlantic Terminal location, my visits are always easy and stress free. The young ladies and gentlemen are all knowledgeable of their merchandise.

Long time ago I went there window shopping and I was treated so nicely by the person behind the counter that made me truly love this store - I remember so well how well I was treated on this store

I called to ask for a specific charm and an associate named Eric answered the phone. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He said he would hold it for me until I arrived. When I entered the store, I felt like a rock star. Every associate I passed greeted me. So, I asked for Eric and and he came running to me and had everything ready for me to check out. I was very impressed because I know he was on his lunch break and he dropped everything to take care of me. I'm a very satisfied customer. Excellent service. Excellent store.

There’re too many people in the store and only three sales. The lady in the front desk even forgot to sign me in after I waited for 20 minutes.

I have been to the SOHO Pandora store many times in the past. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and professional (both the old and new locations). The store might be a bit crowded over the weekends and holidays, but I am pleased with all of my shopping experience at this store.

Thais was efficient and super helpful, offering a dark metal color- which I didn’t even know was an option- because it matched the watch I was wearing. She listened to what I wanted and explained everything thoroughly.

I went very early. I was in and out inside of 5 minutes. The salesperson that attended me was kind, personable and efficient. And yes they had the item I wanted.

Bad customer service, they act like they don’t know anything at all. Technically SLOW MINDED PEOPLE. It’s like talking to a baby. They try to get me to sign up for a credit card by saying it just a membership with a 10% discount. They don’t actually tell you that you sign up for a credit card.

Good question....loved the store and the customized brackets for me n my daughter. Fortunately due to the credit card I was using it was not approved and I cannot purchase the bracelet it was very cute it was a mother and daughter matching bracelet I custom-made boohoo credit cards

I wrote a review earlier today expressing my satisfaction with an associates customer service, his name was ANTHONY. He was very helpful, warm and definitely wanted to have me leave with a smile. I had 2 parties to attend and he helped me pick out 2 bracelets and clips as well as a centerpiece charm. Best customer service I've ever seen from such a young man.

Today when my niece came to get her bracelet cleaned the assistant manager explain to her how they couldn’t fully clean it due to the charms not coming out, and asked if she purchased the charms from pandora because they looked fake and he has never seen the some of the charms that she had. She explain to him that I purchased this for her roughly 8-9 years ago, I took her there because she did so well in school. As she walk out the store feeling upset because she picked them out in the very store, once she left she took the bracelet and unscrew the charms off with ease so she went back to see if they can clean it now, but he just dismiss her and said that’s all we can do with out even taking a look. I’m not sure if he was lying about not able to unscrew it or he was just assuming the charms were not from them and didn’t want to clean it for her.

I tried doing the online survey but it wasn’t working so I thought to leave a review here. I went in today to purchase some charms and a ring for my girlfriend and her mother. Natalie assisted me as soon as I came through the door and her customer service and knowledge of charms were exceptional. She helped me to pick out the charms and and a ring that i ended up getting and i know my girlfriend and her mother will love them. Thank you Natalie.
