High quality merchandise and caring respectful service. I finally had to part with an old unrepairable watch. Not only did I find a beautiful waterproof eligant watch but was given a sizeable discount and top dollar for the gold in my old watch as well as a credit for the attempted repair. They are very honest and a pleasure to deal with especially Lori. They are in the neighborhood for years and there to assist at all times. Better than online shopping, like old times. Will always buy my jewelry there. PS. Returned for Rolex!!! Love this store.

12/29/2021:I was really happy to finally pull the trigger on this watch. First time I went in Greg showed me and I fell in love with it. I did a little shopping around / research and then purchased from Lisa today. They have a really comfortable showroom and made the buying process easy and comfortable. Thank you Greg and Lisa! Lisa was in contact with me pretty often while waiting for an Oyster Perpetual to come in. She remembered the occasion I wanted it for and made it happen. Been here a couple times and really must say I love this boutique very much. They have a nice selection of watches and jewelry and are very up front about pricing. Picked up a Longines and a Rolex Deep Sea from Lorilil this year and will certainly be back soon to browse other pieces. Can’t go wrong with Lorilil !!!

Great store and very knowledgeable personell. Although due to Rolex supply shortages I am already waiting for almost 6 months on my anniversary first Rolex purchase. Liza treats you like a person remembers me everytime I stop by. Totally different experience then any other watch store in New York where they treat you like a number and frankly speaking are very rude/arrogant. Last week I stopped by at Lorilil with ask to get my Omega leather wristband replaced. Service was superb done in few minutes (including quick cleaning). They didn’t charge me any additional service fees. Highly recommend to stop by if you are in the market to buy new watch or get it serviced.

I came here to have my grandfather's Rolex serviced/overhauled. They are an Official Rolex Jeweler. Being middle class at best I was a little worried handing off a luxury watch to anyone. Lisa was patient and amazing. The whole process took about 3.5 months (Rolex is backed up) and she was always available to take my calls and keep me at peace. Even moving to TX while the work was being done was not a problem. Lisa called to let me know it was completed, got my new address, and overnighted it. This review is for any hesitancy to have your watch serviced from Lorilil Jewelers. Please trust Lisa and the system and you'll be glad you did.

1 star for sure. Ive been on the "waiting list" for a Rolex oyster perpetual for over 2 years and no call. Every time I call to see if it came in, they offer me a different brand. 2 months ago, i visited the Rolex boutique store in Manhattan which I think is owned by the Rolex themselves, and they called me the other day to come n pick up the watch I ordered. Avoid this place, especially the tall goofy looking one named "Greg". He needs to learn people skills.

Amazing customer service! It got to a point where I had given up on ever obtaining a Rolex from an AD. I visited Lorilil during Spring 2022 and spoke with Lisa. Fast forward to November, and I receive a message from Lisa about a new arrival. I obviously couldn’t pass on this rare beauty. Lisa, you really did it this time! I’m forever grateful.

Horrible service, walked in to inquire about rolex watches. Elder sales rep with white hair says I should buy pre owned and I can walk out of store with watch now, refused to even take watches out of a showcase, and also refused to notate any interest. Rolex demand is high now and these dealers can behave this way, once production increases with new facilities they are going to rely on customers to actually want to shop with them. As an avid watch collector I will never do business with this store. Need to learn how to treat customers.

I first stopped by to inquire about Rolex watch last year July 2021, and even though I have not yet receive “the call” for it. Every time I had stopped by to inquire, the sales reps and the store owner have been very respectful, upfront, and even apologetic for the current watch market. I’ve been tempted to go gray, however they have encouraged me to wait and I’m sure they will deliver. They also have a huge selection of jewelry for all occasions and also offer jewelry repairs which I had great experiences. Would definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs!!!

Needed to get my new watch resized so I called ahead to ask if it was okay if I come in (they were closing in about 30 minutes). They said sure no problem, so I rushed on over and they were able to resize my watch and I was out within 15 minutes. Really appreciated the quick service, for a reasonable price, too!

Greg was fantastic. He was an absolute gentleman who treated me with the utmost respect. As a first time customer asking for some tough to get pieces he did not look down on me in the slightest. This is definitely the place to go if you want only the best for your jewelry. I have been there a couple of times this month. Once to have batteries replaced in some watches and just today I picked up my tennis bracelet that needed a safety chain. I am beyond pleased with the quality of customer service.
