I
paid
for
2
rings
$1400
USD.
Zales
lost
1
engagement
ring
we
sent
for
resizing
after
they
told
us
the
ring
will
be
back
within
14
days.
We
asked
for
a
refund
on
the
15th
day
for
both
rings
because
we
did
not
want
to
stay
with
one
ring
only
after
we
paid
for
2
rings.
Zales
promised
to
send
us
a
refund
check
which
was
the
only
option
they
gave
us
after
they
devalue
an
e-gift
card.
Check
was
supposed
to
be
delivered
within
21
days,
so
I
asked
Zales
customer
service
to
provide
me
with
email
confirmation,
guess
what?
no
email,
no
update,
no
communication.
I
am
contacting
customer
service
every
few
days
and
no
one
gives
me
a
clear
answer
as
to
when
I
should
receive
my
money
back.
Even
when
they
admitted
they
had
an
"issue"
with
my
check
and
it
will
be
delivered
by
UPS
with
a
2
day
delivery,
still
no
check
and
no
update.
Our
entire
engagement
experience
got
ruined
of
course
which
we
will
not
be
able
to
enjoy
anymore.
This
was
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I
have
ever
had
as
a
customer.
It
has
been
35
days
since
I
was
supposed
to
receive
my
refund
check
and
yet
no
check,
no
update
and
no
"2
day
delivery"
as
again
I
was
promised.
Hope
my
complaint
with
DCA
will
get
things
going.
