The ring my fiance wanted was no longer available, Mrs. Nancy who is also the manager had notified her boss to see if he could pull his connections in getting the ring. After spending about 2 hours in Zales on 5th avenue, the ring was found. The Customer Service Mrs. Nancy gave us was impeccable 👌 you do not see such diligence any more she went way beyond the call of duty. So if you lovers out there are looking for great customer service in the Jewelry department go to Zales on 5th. Thank you Nancy.

Don’t bother arriving to this location within 30 minutes of them closing or you’ll be rushed out with minimal service. Staff was impatient, and made me feel like I was imposing on them. However the engagement ring I purchased was beautiful and great quality for the price, I just wish one of the most sentimental purchases of my life wasn’t attached to this negative experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Jenny Montoya and David Tucker who were very courteous and professional with a positive approach and very friendly I enjoyed my experience I love this place without them I would not shop here!!!

I love zales jewelry but what makes it special are the staff. Gig was patient attentive and listened to what i wanted there by making great recommendations. Another wonderful experience because of Gig.

My boyfriend and I went ring shopping together at the Zales on 5th avenue. Moon was very helpful. I would give this place more stars if I could. She was patient, detailed and helped us find our perfect rings (even matched). I enjoyed the variety they have on display because it allows us to see our options before making a big decision. Zales please provide full refund! My engagement party that was paid for is cancelled because of Zales. We were very specific at time if sale when we needed the ring. Salesperson Jenny advised we will get it. Its been two days and still no ring and NOW we are told UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends. Why weren't we told this at time of purchase.

I buy a lot from Zales but never from the 5th Avenue location. By far the worst location. The customer service was extremely poor. I ordered online to pick up in store. After a few hours I decided to call the store to see the status of my order. I was told by a rude employee named Riley that his store does not have this order. After explaining to him a few times he proceeds to tell me no one in his store knew there was an online order pending and they are extremely busy and maybe I should try later on today or tomorrow to see if they had time to fill my order which is fine but because of his rudeness and unprofessional attitude I will never shop with Zales again.

Naima was great! My partner and I went in to browse through wedding bands and Naima was incredibly attentive and thorough. She let us try on multiple settings, and when we did purchase our bands she was nice enough to get us ring guards for both! She even went out of her way and offered to clean my engagement ring, too.

Worst Jewlery shop ever! be careful! do not buy from them! I paid for 2 rings $1400 USD. Zales lost 1 engagement ring we sent for resizing after they told us the ring will be back within 14 days. We asked for a refund on the 15th day for both rings because we did not want to stay with one ring only after we paid for 2 rings. Zales promised to send us a refund check which was the only option they gave us after they devalue an e-gift card. Check was supposed to be delivered within 21 days, so I asked Zales customer service to provide me with email confirmation, guess what? no email, no update, no communication. I am contacting customer service every few days and no one gives me a clear answer as to when I should receive my money back. Even when they admitted they had an "issue" with my check and it will be delivered by UPS with a 2 day delivery, still no check and no update. Our entire engagement experience got ruined of course which we will not be able to enjoy anymore. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. It has been 35 days since I was supposed to receive my refund check and yet no check, no update and no "2 day delivery" as again I was promised. Hope my complaint with DCA will get things going.

Ok ok I realize that there is better places to get diamonds but the experience and the diamond I got was great and I compared to other places and wasn't a difference you just have to be vigilant and pay attention to the merchandise. And always shop around ofcourse.

I found a simple, modest and affordable wedding band! It's perfect and the staff are very welcoming. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and was treated like a person instead of $$$.

I made an appointment couple weeks in advance to check out their jewelry. The store felt understaffed, and I felt like the staff’s attention was divided. I ended up cutting my appointment slot short because there was a lot of waiting around and browsing alone, while the sales associate served another customer in my appointment slot. They have an option to “Wishlist” jewelry so you can place an order with them after leaving the store. A week after my appointment, I still don’t have access to my wishlist, which was supposed to be emailed and texted to me. Having said that, I liked the jewelry at the price points. I visited the store because I wanted to try on some of the jewelry I found on their website. The sales associate helped me try on the jewelry. I just wish I got my wishlist so I could place an order with them.

Always great service. Definitely worth it to pay for the cleaning & inspection package on all your jewelry - had to get a stone replaced & it cost me nothing. Moon will forever be the best salesperson at this location.

Went in to buy a ring, they said they had the size and sold it to me. I notice afterward its not the size I asked for and go back to get the right size. They say they don't have the size and resize is expensive so I should just get the warranty. All around scummy store, don't shop here.
