The window of Phoenix Roze caught our eye while walking by one night. Necklaces are small and trendy. Feminine and delicate, but not classic. Prices are quite high, especially given the size and true value. For a third of the price I would have bought one (or two), but as is I can't justify the expense on something so measly.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Purchased a few items from this seller and although I do love the style of the jewellery the pieces all broke multiple times. Not only are he products poor quality, but they had the nerve to charge ME each time to fix it. I paid the shipping back and forth from Canada each time as well. On my final interaction with them I picked up a necklace which they had made from a bracelet that had broken many times, he charged me $150 US and the clerk was a total jerk. I expressed my frustration to the owner and he offerred 10% off. You should be able to stand behind your products if you want business. I will never purchase from this company again and I would suggest no one else should either. I should add I am posting this for my friend on my account her name is Diana you are correct! However a negative google review isn’t spewing negativity into the world as you say, you just dont like it. Regardless your jewellery should withstand some wear and if not, perhaps offering to repair it would be appropriate. Your aggressive response doesn’t make the business anymore appealing to anyone I suspect?

Without a doubt the best customer service and unique beautiful jewelry. I phoned in two orders for Christmas and both went out the next day. The necklace and earrings each arrived in a great branded box for gifting. Can’t say enough about the quality and beauty of Phoenix Roze jewelry.
