The customer service is outstanding! I have ordered a few pieces from The Clay Pot and I am in love with them all. Great quality, unique designs and the jewelry arrives quickly once shipped and packaged beautifully. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will definitely order many more times in the future.

Our experience, with Tessa specifically, has been fantastic. We were looking for something unique, and she encouraged us to be in the driver’s seat the entire time. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging (and patient with all our questions!) but not leading - in the best way possible to help us find exactly what we wanted! 5 rings later (we got a stack and both wedding rings) we are so very pleased and grateful!

I had a really pleasant experience. I visited a few times this past winter looking for wedding bands and Jade was an immense help. The jewelers they work with make gorgeous pieces--many guy's bands look either plain or gaudy. The bands they had (and the one I ultimately chose) was artistic while avoiding both of those spectrums. I grew up going to the Clay Pot location in Park Slope but recently visited the Nolita location in the hopes of finding an engagement ring style I liked to reset my stone. Jade and Tara kindly and patiently helped me narrow down the options - not super easy considering everything is so darn beautiful. From there Tara worked directly with me throughout the entire resetting process, even playing middewoman sometimes between myself and the designer. I just received my ring and I couldn't be happier (had to stop myself from screaming in the store)! I got exactly what I wanted and I know it's because of the team at Clay Pot. Without a doubt I recommend Clay Pot for any and all jewelry.

CP Nolita has a wonderful selection of jewelry. There are so many gorgeous alternative bridal pieces as well as cute, affordable things in the store. They also sell some nice home goods. The packaging is lovely and the girls who work at the store were very helpful.

Lovely jewelry but do not send your rings in for resizing. Picked up today and my wedding band is unrecognizable, deeply upsetting.
