I coveted one ring for over a year. Each time I'd go by their shop, I would drool over the window display of jewelry and especially the disc ring with the lapis stone. One day I got up enough nerve to go in and try one on. I so loved it even more so than in the window. I tried the best I could to bargain - yes I did!!! But to no avail. then I casually mentioned the store to my partner and showed him the ring I coveted not at all expecting that I would receive a gift certificate for my ring on my birthday. I'm over the moon - I love this ring so much. .

I bought a bespoke Monogram Pendant with my children's initials in 2018 whilst on holiday in NY, having first visited Ginette NY some years before and always wanted one! When my house was burgled in October 2020 it was stolen. I was so upset but when I contacted Sam at Ginette NY the replacement process couldn't have been more efficient and friendly. Luckily I had the original template and by December 2020 a replica was delivered to me in the UK. Thank you Sam and the designers for making it happen.

I purchased the beautiful tiny bow ring back in May 2020. I have been wearing it every day and have received so many compliments. A few weeks ago, I lost my ring and was unable to find it. Fortunately, the ring was still in stock and Sam, was extremely helpful. He saved the ring in my size on the side and was empathetic to my situation. He responded very quickly to my emails and called me several times. When we connected, he was friendly and professional, he is the model citizen for customer service. I have received my new ring and while wearing the ring everyday still, needless to say I will be more careful with this piece. I would definitely shop again here for my next piece!
