He has been very knowledgeable; willing to impart advice; and communicative throughout the entire process. Even though I haven’t acquired one yet, this alone should speak to you about the type of experience you should expect from them. They also offer other fine jewelry pieces, which prompted me to send my friend Jasen to them to which he said his experience was also very pleasant. So, do yourself a favor and stop in for whatever jewelry needs you may have. The kind of transparency and customer service they provide isn’t easy to come by anymore. I’ve been in this store a quite a few times to purchase items. And the times in the past that I’ve went, I’ve had excellent customer service with the exception of the last time I’ve went. Which was very recent for the holiday season,The sales person was very rude, he did not properly greet me nor make eye contact with me. In addition to that, I asked him for the price of the item I was purchasing, he was VERY SHORT. I did buy the item but after this interaction, I think they lost a customer. I think he realized I was Alittle uncomfortable after a while but at that point it was to late.

I cannot recommend this store and it's staff highly enough! Anyone who is paying attention to watches knows how in demand Rolex watches are at the moment (particularly stainless steel sports models). I live in Manhattan and was repeatedly treated with disdain and disrespect at nearby Rolex authorized dealers while trying to acquire an Explorer this year. However, my experience was completely different at Gerald Peters. The staff was caring, treated me with respect, and appeared to genuinely enjoy the process of sourcing and selling me this watch (even though I had not shopped at the store before). I personally dealt with Alana - she was extremely welcoming and personable, and kept great communication throughout the process. All other stores should take notes - this is how it is done. I just recently came in to inquire about purchasing a Rolex Sub w/ Date and had a great experience speaking with Anna about the whole process, and got to try on the watch in the store. Anna pointed out some really interesting facts about the watch and made the whole experience very positive. Authorized Dealers provide the full factory warranty that you do not get when buying from a standard Jewelry store or Online Re-seller. I learned that the hard way! I have bought a half dozen watches from Gerry without any issues or problems. They are able to find the watches I am looking for quickly and they always exceed at customer service and support. I am always impressed with the thoroughness when explaining the features of the watch and the follow up after to make sure I am happy. I would not consider a Rolex not purchased from Gerald Peters.

Rolex sells it self and does not cater or drop the bar for penny pinchers. Expecting or asking for a discount at any authorized dealer on a Rolex like a chrono or sports models I feel is ridiculous!
