Well priced all types of jewelry and cuff-links and everything under the sun. The prices are cheaper then anywhere! and they hold a high standard that if something is no good then they will go out of their way to fix what broke. They could move to regular store but since its in basement i think its how they keep their prices low! The website is very informative and very nicely designed. The staff is very helpful and not trying to make a sale, they are just making sure you are making the right choice of what you are getting.

I had a lovely experience at mollys and bought two beautiful items. They both needed a little adjustment. Unfortunately they were not both ready at the same time, so I had to make two trips into boro park, which was a nightmare.(not their fault) My complaint is that, after spending $6000 on the jewellery, I was charged $50 to change a clasp on the necklace. The clasp was slightly larger than the original. I wasn’t told that there would be a charge at the time. In addition, I feel that charging me was petty. I did not attempt to bargain at this time of purchase. I paid whatever I was told was the price. I found out later that many people ask for a better price and ads given one! I feel that it was taking advantage of me to charge for the clasp. It was NOT good customer service!
