The store manager and associate Jennifer have been nothing but helpful! I have been shopping in helzberg for over a year and almost stopped coming back from an incident in July with a different associate. The store manager called me back and I still had my doubts in going back to shop. A few times I have came to clean my ring and leave and still hesitant to make a purchase. However last week everything changed. I went to get my ring cleaned and didn’t even realize I was being spoken to by the store manager. She was down to earth, rock solid and even made me feel comfortable. I ended up falling in love with another ring and that same moment my husband bought it for me. I have been looking to upgrade my husbands ring for a while now and I did some online shopping. I called the Staten Island location and Jennifer picked up the phone, after assisting me back and forth over the phone she was kind enough to hold the ring for me so that I can come and take a look. She was so patient with me! Today I came in and the moment I walked in she had nothing but smiles as well as the store manager. I purchased the ring for my husband and left with a smile on my face. While searching for bridal sets and bands, I had the opportunity to meet Manager, Nickie, and Asst Manager, Lisa in the Staten Island store. They were warm and sincerely interested in our journey,. Lisa provided a beautiful array of pieces to assist with finding our perfect set. Her knowledge of diamonds and the Helzberg philosophy is very impressive. She provided opportunities to follow up once my beaux was in tow with me next week. She was very informative regarding upcoming events and took note of every item that stood out to me. During our search, I've visited several jewelry stores and can say that all fell short of the great experience that I had with Nickie and Lisa today. Great caliber managers who are sincerely vested in providing great customer service to all who visit. So very well done!

So im gonna start by saying i dont do reviews for anyone but alex at helzberg was very very helpful in getting my grandfathers pendant fixed i worry about whos hands its in but he was amazing had no issues with all the little details i made him add to the description and had an extreme amount of patients with me on top of helping me pick 2 new pieces for me and my girl i recommend this place and to see him!
