Overall great experience by far one of the best one, I was able to buy this piece and from the beginning to start the whole process took 3 days. Ricardo was my sellers who was able to quickly educating me on the different between 10k and 14k, and what is the best return value for a piece and based on what I want it, he suggested recommendations which I’m very pleased with the whole process. Hey I’m a recent customer and I had a big mishap over the COVID-19 break as we all did but I had put down a deposit for a pendant before the break and I had only about 25% of the total amount down as a deposit and gold prices went sky high so things were a little different I contacted the the store with my issue and they gave me a managers number and name which is Sammy and he gave me his direct number and he responded within seconds of your texts and we got things resolved and he gave me the opinion to get a full refund or to get another pendent which he recommended and I shared with him which pendant I wanted and he choose a pendant for me that was worth 3 times more than what I actually had down as a down payment and it took literally took 10days from start to deliver in my hands so Trac NYC really cares about the customer and treats you the same as if you spending 100k or 1k they’re the best

I want to give a big shout out to the TraxNYC team for providing excellent customer service and a great product! Backstory: I saved a bunch of money and wanted a gold and diamond watch. I wasnt sure of what i wanted, but a president day date was definitely on the menu. I watched a bunch of TraxNYC youtubes and decided to give them a call. Long story short, I was introduced to a beautiful custume daydate with quality diamonds for a good price and made the purchase. Problem: I received the watch the next day no issues. I examined the watch and nothing seemed off or concerning. I was pleased! As time went on I noticed the watch was loosing time and I had to reset every couple days (annoying af). Then after I noticed the safire crystal had scratches (annoyed af again). Do your homework on Safire Crystals. The final straw for me was when my 5 year old damaged the band horseplaying on my arm. I called TraxNYC and they sent me paid postage to send it back for repair. Cool! Solution: One word (Paolo, sales manager)! He worked with me every step of the way to get my watch inspected, serviced, and repaired! His detail and experience caught a defect in the new Safire crystal and replaced it. I received the watch one day after confirming the repair of my band, the service on my watches movement, and the replacement of my safire crystal. The watch came home with an accurate time set and is good to go for now! Thanks Paolo and staff for all that you do!

I was a little nervous buying an expensive piece online. But I was finally convinced by the videos and reviews by the owner, Maksud. It took a couple weeks to come in the mail, but TraxNYC customer service was outstanding and replied to my emails within hours and kept me updated on my purchase. Started off poorly, but... First, Greg lied to me when I ordered a custom tennis chain through the website/phone. These are not close to 3mm diamonds, and I can’t return it now. Might be better to see them in person, they have low quality pictures for all of their pieces. Thankfully, Dan, reached out to me to make it right and now I have the tennis chain I wanted. Thank you Dan for fixing this! I would shop with Trax again since I know Dan cares for his customers!

I ordered a pair of white gold vvs1 earrings on 2/1/24 from Yash Maheshwari and they arrived 2 days later in a nice box with lights except it was yellow gold vs1 earrings. I informed them of the incorrect order that day and they sent me a return label 2 days after that and the earrings arrived back at their store on the 7th. My earrings arrived today and this time they sent them in a box with no lights. I’m satisfied with my purchase but they need better service for customers that can’t go in store.
