They say in life, everything comes full circle. About 20 years ago, as a shorty in Brooklyn. I couldn’t wait to get my first set of fronts (that’s what we called them) Everyone knew the spot to go to was in Albee Square Mall (Biz Markie’s Albee Square Mall plays). As soon as you walked through the doors they were a little spot on the left. I was so hyped but when the brother behind the counter said it'll be a week or two weeks. That's my word as a teenager wanting to impress the girls, be the first in the crew and at school stunting. This was the longest week(s) of my life waiting for them to get done. Fast forward, my first set no longer fits, and I wanted to treat myself. Did some googling, based on reviews and the quality of their work, I decided on Gold Teeth USA. Now I had no idea they were the owners of the spot in BK, while shooting the breeze this happened to come up. Everything happens for a reason! Great customer service, the quality and craftsmanship is amazing. Have no doubt about going here. Seriously you’ll be treated right, your dollar valued, and who knows, you may end up with a story to tell. Thank you again guys.

My husband and I bought gold fangs instead of wedding rings and mine was rose gold with diamonds. We bought two mold kits but only used one at first. When my husband got his yellow gold cap; it fit perfectly and looked great and he loves it. Mine looks nothing like the picture advertised on their site. It did not fit at all. I sent mine back with the original mold and a detailed description and paid for shipping. I received it back and it still did not fit but also it looked worse and some of the rose gold came off showing silver underneath. I emailed their customer service again asking how to resolve it and they said they would start over so I used an entire kit to send not one but two new molds (just in case) back with my cap. I offered to just get a non-diamond cap hoping that it would be easier for them to do and it would turn out better. I ended up receiving my same cap back but this time it fit my tooth however it was still in the same condition with a smudge of rose gold missing just above the diamonds that were awkwardly soldered on. I'm glad that my husband is happy but I am embarrassed to wear mine. Edit: Customer service promised to make it right. I'm excited for the future cap! Edit: Waiting on email response from customer service for way too long.

This place is amazing- their professionalism is wonderful. I work as a Social Worker at a school in the city, and I wanted some fronts that were subtle with a little “pop”! I don't see many reviews of what doing business with Gold Teeth USA online is like so I'll give an account of my experience. I had two of my bottom teeth knocked out and was looking to get them covered and a grill is cheaper than cosmetic dentistry. So I went online and ordered a six piece with some cuts and diamonds. 6-0231 to be exact. I was an annoying customer. I emailed a million times, called and asked mad questions, and forgot to change my gold color to white. Gold Teeth USA was so patient. They responded to all of my emails, answered all of my calls, and allowed me to change my order over the phone. They called me when they received my mold and emailed me when they shipped. Also I was told the day they received my mold it will be two weeks and it was shipped on the 14th day. I'm already browsing for my top.

The staff is helpful and make sure you leave happy. I was purchasing my first grill and didn't know what to expect. Danny was very friendly and took good care of my partner and I. A few months ago, I came in after a year to get my tooth refitted as it need to be resized a little bit from the original mold. This seemed normal so I was expecting, and would have been happy to pony up the money, but Danny took care of it free of charge. Incredible service. He patiently stood there with me until we got it exactly right, and then even polished it up for me! I tried to pay, but he refused, saying that the gold tooth should last for life basically. Really appreciate Danny's attentiveness and integrity, this is absolutely the place to go.
