I am so excited there is finally a Kendra Scott in New York! I just stopped by to see the new space and I was not disappointed at all. The top floor has a lot of jewelry from the current seasons and some items from the signature line as well as a small Color Bar booth. The bottom floor has the home goods line, like picture frames, trays, candles etc. as well as a larger Color Bar. The space itself is beautiful, with high ceilings and Kendra Scott's signature polish but with a sleek, New York feel. Every sales associate I spoke with was extremely friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. I am glad to see that the excellent customer service that Kendra Scott is known for is alive and well at this new location.

Nice store, I was happy to be able to shop in store. There were two floors and they had a good selection of plates jewelry, however not a lot of solid gold. I wish there was more solid gold because they is what I was primarily looking to purchase. Very friendly staff.

My favorite Atlanta jewelry store is now open in New York City!! The store did not disappoint - 2 beautiful floors of Kendra jewelry and a pretty extensive Kendra Scott Home collection. When I was there they had bubbly at the bar and a violinist planning *swoon*. Pro tip: You get 50% off a piece during your birthday month (just have to show ID)

This is an amazing store and company. My sincerest thanks to the girls working at this store on 10/2/21. We came in the morning they did an amazing job helping my daughter pick out new jewelry. They were so helpful and friendly and my daughter walked out of the store on cloud 9. Unfortunately my daughters shopping bag was stolen later in the afternoon and she was distraught. We came back to the store, and were offered amazing help in replacing her purchase. We are so very thankful for their help saving the day. We will be forever fans of Kendra Scott.

Took my daughter to pick out some jewelry while in New York. The staff was super friendly and made the experience awesome. Great looking store, great selection, will definitely return. One of her highlights of the trip.

We visited this store on a Saturday right before Xmas. Store was mobbed but we never felt rushed and we were taken care of. Our salesperson was Riley who was super caring and patient with us and our teenagers who kept changing their minds. I would recommend visiting the store because there is so much more in store than what you see online. We customized necklaces right in the store

The BEST customer service I've ever had at a Kendra Scott store! Which is saying a lot because their service is amazing! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They didn't rush us at all and genuinely made us feel like part of the family! Plus, the store is stunning! I will definitely be returning here on my next trip to NYC!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Morgan answered the phone when I called and was nothing but helpfull from the moment she answered!! I called stores from Texas to New York looking for 2 items for my daughter for Valentine's day and they were the only ones to have it!! She helped me make a seamless over the phone transaction and really just made my day! If ever I need something my local store doesnt have I will be Calling this store before placing an online order because the customer service was that great!!

Had the pleasure of shopping here over New Years. Zina was amazing with my 9 year old daughter. Truly a special experience and one she will remember. Amazing customer service and stunning pieces.

Loved visiting this store a couple weeks ago! Wasn't able to purchase anything at the time, but Maddie(sp?) was so nice and answered all my questions! She was knowledgeable about the products and the company's goals and vision. The store is gorgeous and I would recommend anyone to shop there for some beautiful jewelry.
