This hospital is horrible!! They sit around looking busy but, there chilling. Nurse totally unprofessional. They let staff members who daughter was sick infront of people who been sitting for hours. PLEASE CLOSE THIS HOSPITAL DOWN!!!!

Bad. Only gave me milk for my broken finger. Stuck needle in arm. Hurt. BAD hurt. Hot doctor was mean. Man sneezed on toe. Woman looks like Meredith Grey. No go. Milk was chunky.

Horrible service for pediatric DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE ! This hospital has horrible nurses they will not take care of your child. Needs to like be shut down or get a new better management of nurses and doctors.

Had a appointment 1/17/22 for surgery no doctor was there after waiting 4 hours to be told come back tomorrow for your surgery came back 1/18/22 at 9:30 in the morning took two days off work to be told again no doctors which was a lie they was picking and choosing who to take out there tooth again this is emergency how y’all pick and choose I was I can sue I went home with my tooth still hurting and told come back next week

If I could rate it with no stars I would. This is the worst city hospital ever!! The staff is rude and try you like an animal. I get its shortage in staff due to covid but treat the patients like they are human.

(Attention Parents plz read) Pediatric 4B My 17 yr old Non verbal artistic son was brought here after I found him unconscious with a head injury. They discharged him the next day after doing a EKG(Heart monitor). Even though the EKG was abnormal they still saw fit to send him home. A week later my son suffered what I assume was a seizure and he was returned to Lincoln. I was being given 3rd party diagnosis before any medical test were even performed.... The neurologist didn't think he needed to meet his patient before handing out a Diagnosis 🤔 He hadn't even conducted any test yet Then they attempted to send him to Bellevue hospital after a nurse failed to follow my directions on how to engage my son and faced consequence. Right after, they then began Claiming they didn't have the medical treatment my son needs. I was confused because No test had been run on him. I absolutely believe this was discrimination. They attempted to send him to a hospital that had no beds available . They tried to slip false information into his chart and have me sign but unfortunately for them I do read the fine print. They called ACS in a attempt to intimidate me into signing said paperwork . I did NOT. Lucky for me I'm a good parent with a support system . They left my son in the room with no attempt to help him eat. Guest relations is a joke they are covering up for each other from what I've seen. When I asked for supervisors I got doctors. The staff tried to provoke me into behavior that could get me out the way, but controlling my emotions is a skill I'm good at. Don't take your kids here unless you wanna fight for your child's life and ur custody.

Don’t go here!! Doctors are good people but some of them are lazy. And receptionists are either. They don’t have any willingness and motivation to work. They don’t have any hospitality.

My Nephew was here ,I can't explain how horrible and unprofessional they are .Example...I was put on hold for 10 min and the whole time I can hear the staff cursing and complaining about patients . When I called to mention my concerns I was blown off ! From someone who works in Healthcare I can assure you this hospital has no compassion or concerns for thier patients . I wouldn't send my dog here 😕

I had a knee infection from a previous surgery, i was in so much pain. I sat and waited for 4 hours thinking I would be seen by a doctor. Wrong! The doctors and nurses kept checking my wrist band and asking my name and dob, still no doctor. Everyone kept passing me and telling me a doctor will see you soon, now going on 5 hours, I decided to go to another hospital. Do not go to this hospital!

Nurses here are so profoundly rude it's incredible they're allowed to retain employment as supposed healthcare professionals. Instead of talking to you like an adult these people talk down to you as though you were a child being scolded. It's demeaning and completely unprofessional; God knows how these people got licensed.

Terrible place l, apparently takes 12 hours for them to put you in a room after being told you need to stay overnight 6 hours earlier. Every bad thing you heard about this place is true. ER receptionist was a good guy though!

Great hospital ! Doctors and medical staff was extremely professional . If you are uninsured you will be seen and you can have dental or medical treatments for a low price or payment plan.

It can't be, I was in the emergency room for 6 hours so I could see the doctor. I've definitely never seen it take a long time in the emergency room.

I was there three days ago. I was in the emergency room. I came because my ear hurt and I almost lost my hearing. After the actions of S Narayanan MD, I only got worse. Now I have completely lost my hearing in my left ear and the pain has only increased. The drops that the doctor said to drip are now stuck in the ear. Ibuprofen doesn't help with pain anymore. I can't sleep for the third night

Afew years ago I’ve went to the dentist here and my experience was phenomenal. But recently I came back and the receptionists was really rude. At first she wasn’t at her desk and it took her awhile to return. Before she was able to hear any of my questions and concerns, she quickly try to dismiss me due to the fact it was close to them closing and she was “ready to go home” (her exact words). She then made an appointment for me in 2 week’s prior without asking for any of my availability. I felt as if I wasted my time and energy coming back here because the receptionists had no patience and was just ready to go home. Every response was in sarcasm and I felt like I was just brushed off with no cornbread for my health.

Stuff here are very friendly, and they provide vaccination for many diseases.

My mom went to the ER at 7 am, she was finally seen at 5 pm and was kept in the emergency room until 6 am the next day when she was hospitalized and given a proper room because her condition worsened. I tried to visit her in the morning to give her some proper food, clothes and underwear but was rudely denied and misinformed by the admission staff. First they tell me I can just walk right in, after trying and being denied entry by the security, I go back to admission and they tell me to go to the ER, where they tell me to go back to admission, finally I go back and they tell me is not visiting hours and that my mom didn't need anything and was given a strict diet, which was not true. I understand if there are rules regarding visitation but it doesn't give you an excuse to lie and be rude. Two weeks before this happened my mom was hospitalized here and I was able to visit her outside visiting hours. The staff either don't know what they are doing or have some serious discrimination issues.

I have been in Lincoln hospital since October 3rd in critical condition on the 9th floor for my asthma I couldn’t eat drink walk talk. I was moved to the 8th floor October 7th I have no energy. I had to call a family member to bring me lunch because they forgot to bring me lunch my machines was Ringing no one came I used the call bell over 20 mins no one still haven’t came I am freezing all I want is a blanket and no one still haven’t came I lost 10 pounds within 2 weeks so I’m fragile im signing myself out this hospital tomorrow morning and im still not feeling well I could take care of myself way better. I’m so disappointed I was born here so was my daughter I have never been treated this way I love the hospital I always come here everyone told me to stop coming here but I never listen I can’t believe this I wanna go home now SHAME ON THE 8th floor

I went to the hospital with my father, there are kind doctors and nurses,,,, but there are others who don't even want to work. I asked them to change his diaper because he was already peeing a lot and they said that they are going to change it and so I waited about 2 hours because I had to tell them again and that it's an old chap and very reluctantly she starts to change it but with a bad attitude, if they don't like what they're doing and if they're going to be bitter taking it out on the patients it's better to stay at home
