This was about a week and a half ago. I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend coming to this ER. My experience from the time I walked in was negative. They are so unprofessional. I told them that I might be having a miscarriage and I was told I still had to wait because they see this regularly. It doesn't matter how often you see this. I would think if you choose this profession you would at least be empathetic. The ultrasound tech was great. After going back to the ER. I spent hours waiting and not once did a doctor come to see me. When I looked at my chart from Monday. The doctor who "saw" me had so much to say considering that he never approached me. He even put that they couldn't get my medical history because of a language barrier. Now had he taken the time to speak to the nurse, obstetrician, or simply introduced himself to me he would have known that I speak ENGLISH!!! When I say he had so much to say I mean. He answered questions about me without even speaking to me. Most/some of the information was incorrect. Before I was discharged because I told them I was leaving. He still didn't give me my results and told the nurse I could leave. Never again will I go to this ER! (I spent 7 hours waiting)

THIS IS THE WORST ER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They have you waiting for hours without saying anything. They will call you up and ask what is wrong to still have you waiting for more hours. Letting others that came after you go first. Not letting you know how long your wait time will be. I am currently here and I’ve been here for almost 8 hours and still have not been seen. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous, no one knows what’s going on. If you don’t come in an ambulance you won’t be seen right away. Even if you are seriously sick you will literally just die in the waiting room. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to come here. Unless you want to die then you can come here.

I wish negative stars were possible. This is the worse run hospital on the east coast really. I can't even imaging people surviving here for bigger emergencies than me. I arrived almost 1 am bleeding and was met by a loud speaking security guard who seemed to be upset that i interrupted her phone call. Asked me what i was there for in which i pointed to the blood and stated i have an emergency. She had me sign a paper and pointed me to seats by the door. Then she calls nurse on a phone on the wall and states "you have another one" and returns to her personal phone call. The triage nurse comes fast and brings me to a room and leaves me standing, in pain and visibility uncomfortable, while she asked questions. Only when she took my pressure did she let me sit. Then she gave me a urine cup and didn't tell me where the bathroom was, just sent me to yet another waiting area to do registration. "Wait in the other waiting room and they will call you for registration" she told me and sent me away. No she did not bother to point me to this other waiting area, she just put a band on my hand and sent me on my way. It was really funny and had i not been bleeding and in pain, i would have laughed. This part was fast. I arrived minutes to 1 and by 1:10 I was done with triage and sent to registration. Impressive for an ER. Rude staff but they did quick work. BUT. Then the absolute horror of this place kicks in. Registration. Registration had me waiting for two hours (minutes to 3 am) before I was even called to stand at a window and speak all my information loudly to a girl typing at the computer. When I say I was in absolute confusion because in that space of two hours i watched this girl not take any patients at all so why did she make me wait to call me up? At the window she even asked my social??? Does it make sense to do this in public? At lease give a tablet or paper so we are not yelling private information to a waiting room full of people. I just didn't even care to fuss because I was sitting there bleeding for 2 hours and I needed to hurry up and be seen. Then she makes me sit for another 40 minutes. After this I left to a different hospital to be treated because I was bleeding and dizzy so waiting for more time didn't make sense. I was not treated in this hospital at all. Sending surveys or bills doesn't make sense.

I have to say that the women who are working with me are nothing short of angels. I have a unique situation and my team worked above and beyond to get me started on help I’ve needed for so long. I’m so grateful, feel hopeful and feel I’ve been actually heard for the first time in decades. This is, by far, the most professional and caring group of women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and I thank God every day for delivering me to their care.

Some of the nurses barely spoke or understood English. They took down the wrong information called the wrong people and provided the wrong information. This place is malpractice waiting to happen.

I gave birth to my daughter in this hospital and overall my experience was great. The doctor & nurses were very nice and patient with me. They listened to me while I listened to my body . Definitely would consider giving birth here again

Surgeon was great, but the rest were horrible. I had to beg for food for my family member. He arrived the night before. They didn't feed him breakfast or lunch. They didn't give him pain medicine for a hip fracture until I asked multiple times and even then, the doctor gave tylenol... for a hip fracture!!! After surgery, I brought him food. He hadn't eaten in almost 2 days. While in recovery, they handed him the bag of food that I brought with no utensil and let him sit holding it from 630-1030pm. Just cruel!!!

I would not recommend this ER. Despite there only being 3 other patients in the entire wing and over 10 nurses on staff, the wait times were incredibly long. They had grouped all three of us next to each other, then left us waiting for three hours without interacting with us. Overall the system felt extremely ineffective and inefficient. I understand being short staffed or spread thin and having to wait because of that, but the wing was quite small, there were only two other patients, and there were 10-15 nurses present, who neither left the room to another wing nor addressed us. Not having even an update for 3 hours was disappointing.

WORST hospital in the world! Grandmother was supposed to have a procedure. Procedure got cancelled - they didn't even say why it was cancelled. How do you let a lady who doesn't speak English stay by herself waiting for answers? How do you call her family members and just say to wait till she is ready to go home? What is she waiting for? And you guys don't know how to pick up a phone? DISRESPECTFUL!

I was amazed how nice Flushing hospital was when I compared with NYP. I delivered my baby in Oct 2023.They only have single room for mom and the baby. Husband can sleep over as well. The nurses and nurse assistants were very nice and helpful. Nurse assistants came every hour to check on me. Yoke even helped me dress up. W. Kenndy helped me change the room when there was no internet or TV in the room. I felt like I was a Queen in this hospital. Special thanks to the group of doctors, nurses and assistants who helped me in the surgery room. I had a high-risk pregnancy and it was very dangerous for this delivery. I am glad I can still bond with my baby and my family. Very thankful to NICU staffs who took care of my baby girl. Gina and Hang were very helpful. They helped feed my baby and noticed the changes of her progress. Thanks Hang who gave us formula and all the necessaries. I was so pleased of this hospital till I found out the birth certificate and SS card were not delivered to my apt. I called the admission room and the representative told me it was system error and asked me to go to Dept of Health. She said she put in the apt number but it didn't show. She did not apologized and her manager picked up the call and still thought they were totally right. I needed to make two trips to get both items. It was not easy with a newborn. When I was in the Dept of Health, the rep. told me everything was entered via computer from the hospital. I really hope admission in Flushing Hospital can double check before sending info.

I just have delivered my baby in Flushing hospital Medical Center. All the doctors, nurses, assistants and staffs were extremely professional and kind! The recovery room is big, clean, fashionable and comfortable as Hotel. Everyone was taking nice care of me and my baby. The most touching moment is,when I was trying to deliver the baby, I was holding the nurse’s arm….. she said it’s okay, she’s not hurt, just push and don’t think about any other things… I was so touched !!!!! Every time when nurses have checked my room, they have taught me how to take care of baby again and again and again. I’ve leaned so many from them. Doctors always have gave me professional instructions and advices !! I love this hospital and if I have the second baby or I have any medical problems, flushing hospital would be my first choice !!!!

It helps a lot since I have wasn’t feeling well medically n how They took care of me. Female only staff which made me want to attend this hospital even though lij was five mins drive to my residence. I was first nervous about attending this hospital but now I am recommending to my family’s and everyone.

Today I arrived around 6:20 pm. The doorman saw that I was injured and needed to go to the emergency department. He first saw my wound with a look of disgust, and then pointed out the direction of the emergency department impatiently. He didn’t lead me there. Maybe it was a functional requirement, and he yelled at me very loudly"on the left", I asked him why he yelled at me so loudly, he said that I didn't listen to him and kept going, but this was not the reason for him to yell at a patient, giving the patient a little empathy, you can offer no help, but don't add insult to injury. Not sure if he was racist because after my appointment he was leisurely watching video on his phone and didn't apologize for his rudeness, he thought he was doing nothing wrong, I don't know if I was the first patient he treated so rudely and without restraint.

Worst hospital ever, pls go to another hospital. In 2012 I went to that hospital with fever, nauseas pain in my legs, once I got there a nurse saw me and asked me the symptoms and then she called my mother to tell her that I’m making it all up and saying that I’m not sick. I kept throwing up had a stroke home was taken to another hospital were they found out I had an infection in the heart and was moving to the brain.I though that they had change at least their people and tried to go for a dental procedure, I had being going for that with pain not able to chew more more than 1 week. The surgeon is not there or they kept asking me for doctor note. Doctor already gave me all they asked and they still haven’t done anything. I swear on my life this is the worst hospital to go to.

If I could give them negative stars I would !! Please don't have your baby there the doctors and nurses do not care !! The ivy literally fell out of my girls hand and it took them a hour just to get someone to come speak to her. The doctors spend more time conversating that actually helping people, by far the worst hospital in queens and possibly the worst hospital in the state!!!!! Your better off at any other hospital this is by far the worst experience I even been thru

My grandma was very sick and sent to this hospital center. While she lived in there, the doctor called my dad really many times to "recommend" my dad to give up the right to save my grandma's life when necessary. Also, they said my grandma was in a very stable health condition, and then my grandma died right after that day. They did not notify my dad until my grandma stopped breathing and passed away so we did not even know if they tried to save my grandma's life. The worst hospital I have ever seen!!!

Delivery Department is horrible. I am not saying everybody is bad but a fery few nurses. The chinese-amrican lady who sit on front desk of 5th floor delivery depratment is very rude. me and my father was little bit upset beacasue doctor was not coming to visit my newborn child for long time and doctor told us not to feed the child for long time thats why we were talking very loudly with that front desk chinese lady but instead of saying any courtesy word she called the security immidiately. When head of management came to me instead of saying any courtesy word he supported his employees and told me that there is no screaming inside the hospital. I have never seen this kind of attitude in any hospital in nyc even lowest rate of hospital. another concern :one of the nurse make 7 hole on my wife's hand but didn't find the vein to take bloodwork but immidiately after 1 minute another nurse came and got the vein and the complete the bloodwork. i My wife had covid 19 and i called the DR aparajita Chowdhury's front desk but the front desk lady did not help me to reach the infromation rather she cut my phone and tell me to call the delivery department but when i called the delivery depratment the front desk chinese lady pick the phone and told me that she will call me back and cut my phone and never call me back.

The rooms were super hot while I was in extreme pain and was giving me hot flashes after I asked multiple times for them to help especially when I just got out of surgery. One nurse (Virginia)was quiet rude to my mom I talked with her one on one she doesn’t seem like a bad person but I wish she showed that with her attitude because my mom was not all there mentally after my unexpected surgery and to deal with a nurse who’s rude instead of supportive was not easy .the reason why I’m giving 4 stars is all because of the nurse Paul who works at night which was such a sweet kind hearted person who was very supportive and kind hearted to me and my mom I wish I coulda said bye before I left he was an amazing person and helped me so much during my hard time he deserves everything good in life .

The worst customer services reps in the ambulatory clinic. I made my copay payment online right in front of the rep. He refused to check me in stating it’s not showing on his system even though the MyChart portal confirmed the payment however, I had to be checked in for the payment to process. Instead of listening (since this is not common), he chose to speak over me repeatedly telling no I didn’t make the payment and he can’t check me in until I pay it. I refused of course and waited. These people definitely need an updated verbal consult on customer service. Many of them are TERRIBLE.

Imagine your biggest fear is giving birth, the day that you are in labor to find out your designated Obgyn that you took so many precautions on choosing won’t be able to be there. Well I was happy at the end because I had the best residents to assist me with the delivery of my baby MD Torres Baez Ivonne Marie and MD Attanagoda Saritha I am so grateful that you guys was there that day and I have a lot of respect for you, thank you for being so supportive, kind and patient with me. You took so great care of me that I didn’t feel not much pain after delivery. Keep up the same attitude and a lots of women would be happy 😃. I also wanna thank my nurse Lee Su Jung who never gets tired of me being so immature and comfort me and support me through the whole process. It’s sad that I choose this hospital for my last born but you are awesome 👏🏽 thank you again. Nb: I forgot to mention about the room I was transferred to after the delivery, you will only know the difference from a 5 ⭐️ hotel because of nurses coming to help you when you needed. If you’re in queens is the best place to deliver your baby

On Saturday 20. 2022 at about 10 am I arrived to the emergency room with a problem on my right eye. At about 3 pm, quietly I decided to leave the hospital, an angry nurse approach me asking if I saw a doctor I said not yet. then she started yelling on me with not reason. I quietly left the premise, very aggravated as a result of the way that nurse mistreat me without a reason. Flushing hospital administration should have to do something to educate some staff members in order protect the right of the patients. This is not a free service; and every patient have to be treated with courtesy and respect.

An incredible experience. We had our first baby about 7 years ago. We recently had our second baby. And what a great place. Everything from rooms to beds and much more has been renovated. The nurses and doctors were so so nice all the time. Taking care of us before and after the baby deliver. Over all it was such a pleasant experience highly recommended

If you have an emergency, and needs to go to the emergency room, this is the last place for you, especially if you are pregnant. Me and my wife waited for more more than 5 hours in the waiting room to be call in. Then we wait more than 3 hours inside to see a gynecologist for a sonogram. I really which we can leave negative starts to give then all to the emergency department. Note: the personal at the triage are very efficient and nice. The mess is the emergency room process but everybody that works there are very good. Very sad to give this review. I came with high expectations. This review is based on my own personal experience.

We had a great PCP in the hospital. That's why I have brought my kids to this hospital for 8 years but the secretary, front desk staff are rude. Also, getting an appointment takes months. That's why I just changed their PCP. So, I will not take them the Flushing Hospital anymore.

Their emergency room is poorly run. Rude staff who obviously don’t give 2 cents about you. Extremely long wait time. However, RN Kim from the er room is compassionate and kind. Hospitals need more people like her.

Avoid this hospital at all costs. My father was hospitalized here twice in early 2023 not by choice but due to the EMT refusing to take him elsewhere. The ER is filled with homeless people who appear to be high. Once admitted there are no attending doctors around. Only residents and medical students doing rotations. Impossible to speak to a doctor. I will say that the social worker and nurse case manager were very helpful and provided me with good advice.

An ambulance brought my father to Flushing Hospital Emergency Room. The staff was quick to get test done and help him feel comfortable. It took a long time to get him a bed but thats how it goes these days. A very positive experience on a pretty bad day.

I don’t know understand the purpose of the portal when the doctor doesn’t get back to you within the time frame it says! I don’t understand how your pregnant and have to deal with the attitude of the staff! They need people that want to work not lazy people that have attitude and our disrespectful towards u! It’s hospital they should be more kind and also more thoughtful of ur situation YOUR PrEgnant. Also what’s the point of given u an appointment if the doctor never arrives on time!

I find it very upsetting that I came to this hospital because I had an emergency and was not taken seriously in my symptoms. I had gone to the Urgent Care, which was phenomenal care, and they sent me here because of their findings on the X-rays. I am having trouble swallowing, and they wanted to make sure there is nothing abstracting my airways. But for starters, I come here there is people sitting in their car waiting for people in the ER so I couldn't park in the "Patient Parking Only" spot. Then I come inside to see if the security guard can assist in the situation, considering that I'm having difficulty swallowing and he said to look for Parking a couple of blocks away and I came back 3 times to tell him I'm having difficulty swallowing and there is no Parking and that I was sent from the Urgent Care CIty MD on Nothern Blvd. And 191. Then I finally found Parking, and he and the nurse assistant sitting by the door are chatting a storm away and not even taking into account my symptoms or paperwork. And to add to that, the nurse assistant is passing people ahead of me while I'm patiently waiting, and when it's my turn all the while, I'm struggling to swallow a lady comes in with chest pain and again I'm waiting. So basically, I guess I have to pass out on the floor to get seen. Because I guess my symptoms aren't that serious for them..

5 stars to the nurses and doctors, they are super attentive and make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I had an induction Friday and the nurse that stayed with me till I delivered was amazing. After I delivered the nurses soomee, faviola, & savitri were there for me and baby. Anything I needed plus more was given to me to make my recovery as easy as possible. Just all amazing and super helpful.

The worst hospital for labor and delivery. My experience with my first child was so terrible! No one cares about you here. One nurse managed to give me a bad comment about my appearance while I was having painful contractions. After giving birth, I also had to stay all alone with my newborn for the night because they did not allow my husband to stay with me!!

I gave birth to my baby here, he was born at 38 weeks, I was induced because I had diabetes and everything went very well, even though I had covid, everyone was very attentive. I will not forget the nurse who encouraged me with my husband while I was pushing and congratulated me. I was very afraid to choose a hospital and I chose the right one, thank you very much, my baby is now a month and a half old ❤️ although I suffered some complications after giving birth, they helped me and I came out very well!

I had major surgery and I was prescribed 5ml of children's tylenol EVERY 6 HOURS! Children don't even get that little bit. Mrinalini Alla prescribed it and this has got to be the most incompetent person in the medical field. Then I had to call my doctor's office repeatedly in order for him to prescribe something stronger. I don't understand how a doctor can think that 5ml of children's tylenol is suffcient after surgery. I was in excruciating pain for a week and was told told to give extra strength tylenol and then motrin a try first before prescribing something stronger. SMH!! It's a shame because I had good experiences with a few surgeons, nurses and PCA's but this ordeal just overshadowed it all. If someone is in pain, believe them!!! Also the lady in admissions was horrible, she saw that my mom had a walker and was still rushing us. The preop nurse was lovely however and so was the day nurse and the day PCAs that helped take good care of me.

I had surgery July 7th . I had a very large hernia under my diaphragm that led into an additional surgery in my stomach . The surgeon was fantastic . The hospital experience was horrific. They put me on a hospice floor to heal . Overworked nurses and residents . I have nightmares over it .

I went here after having another dentist crack a wisdom tooth trying to retrieve it. The staff is very friendly and careful. It was a difficult pull and luckily there was a professional visiting who had studied cultural/ethnic jaw structures that offered the staff some insight on the special attention snd different tool needed for my care. It was amazingly removed. I never got his name but hear he only cones around once a month. Many thanks.

I went for my first surgery in my entire life. The staff made me feel so at ease and was there for me. Narchelle (spelling?) and Johanna were my amazing nurses. So sweet and helpful and my doctors. I am so sorry I can’t remember their names. I think one was dr. Doug, and his intern, and the other one (the hot one) lol were very helpful and kept the atmosphere light and fun. I also can’t forget my surgeon Dr. Shah who did an amazing job on my surgery and had me up and walking the same day. I had a really good experience here thank you so much everyone!!!

Terrible care and I have a child again, I prefer to have him at home than in that hospital where the worst experience and the worst prenatal checkups because it was always a different doctor, you can imagine that they always told me different things and soon. nurses. . They were even more rude, bad experience.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! I had my two babies in the hospital, the first in 2022 and now in 2024... I really have nothing but praise and gratitude for the hospital, its service and its kind staff... in fact, I could say that they outdid themselves on this occasion. . Without a doubt, when they ask me about the hospital care, I simply tell them that it is 👏 wonderful. Thank you FHMC

I see a low rating for this hospital, so I want to give my 2 cents. The staff is wonderful based on my experience. My wife went here twice for her hysterectomy. No bad experience at all. Parking is free if you go in for a procedure.

A medical examiner, “Ivan N Ngai” treated me with absolutely no respect. He walked in while I was naked, without knocking, getting my sonogram done. He commented on my appearance, twice. Very rude and not professional at all. Please don’t go here.

Wouldn't really recommend I should've known from the bad views, not to come here but it was the closest hospital I could find. I had an extremely bad headache and they replied "you have to sit there with the pain because the wait time is 6 hours. Sorry, nothing else we can do".

Waited 6 hours with a severe fever and didn’t get attended so I had to leave. Nurses downplayed my symptoms even though I was crying in pain. They are more willing to treat crackheads and drunks than an actual sick person with medical issues. If you actually want to be taken care of don’t come here at all costs unless you don’t mind waiting 10 hours for a bed in pain.

The doctors and nurses are great. I really appreciate their time and effort to have our first baby. The care and treatment is excellent, always ready to help 24/7. After born sometimes they took new born to NICU, but it’s normal and if baby have feeding intolerance, jaundice or for vaccination purposes. They are always open to all questions and help. I am really grateful and appreciate and recommending to choose this hospital for new coming Mom and new born.

I went this hospital on 10.05.2021. The primary procedure they did with in very short time. But I had to wait long time to see the doctor inside the emergency room. When I entered, I understood why its take long time. It was overwhelmed. The lady nurse technician and Dr Marco's Zelaya was beautiful. I didn't had to wait long time . They took care so fast that was unbelievable. God bless you all. Love from Rubina Louis

Everyone says the hospital is the worst so I was hesitant on coming her but then I was like let me try first I took him to supposedly the best hospital Cohens they just looked at my baby said he has bronchitis take him home after waiting 9 hrs so got home my baby got worst couldn’t hardly breathe so I brought him to flushing they took him right in started test X-rays and the Iv they admitted my baby with pneumonia bronchitis rsv rhino they have been so great these nurses are incredible they staff has been amazing with my baby love the only thing is they need to give the parents a place to sleep make it comfy since we here with the babies for as long as they are the chairs are so hard love the staff they do a great job but they need fixing look at the beds they give the parents it doesn’t even close flushing needs funding for the parents to be comfy too it’s not the nicest but they give u the best care Maggie is my favorite she is super great

Ambulance brought me to the hospital. The register made me sign to many times. I was waiting to see the doctor over 5 hours. Doctor refused to fill out the form ( 1 page, mostly just a check marks) for my employer to be able be paid as workmen compensation. I did everything what was required by the hospital, but hospital refused to do his part. Now, let's that Dr. Oscar Marcilla pay off all that medical bills and compensate me for my personal time of waiting for him!

My mother gave birth there that staff was completely unprofessional rudest people i’ve ever met. Half of the staff weren’t wearing their masks and kicked me out because of “ covid reasons” even tho their staff didn’t care to wear masks. In addition to this the floor was incredibly dirty for a hospital i don’t recommend coming here.

I love this hospital, they are so nice , clean place neat and welcoming. I only have good experiences here and I’m a patient for 6 years. I have been admitted and spent 10 days there and it was amazing. I love Dr Saint Johns

It was horrible, patient's right were ignored, we waited for 75minutes in waiting room for the emergency department, then we asked how long an emergency patient should wait? We were told normally around two hours!!!,Imagine a patient should wait TWO HOURS IN ERGENCY DEPARTMENT!!!!, then in the E.D., We told to wait again on a exam bed in the main hall, and no room!!,after a while, I asked the doctor to visit my wife, and he told me "I am busy, I have seen 3Patients so far, I am just one man" the attitude was not professional, and then we waited again for a long time, then we left without any received care or service, because after three hours there was no care!!!, that was our experience as two persons who seeked help in an AMERICAN HOSPITAL!!!

I was brought in because I had a hang nail but in the end the charge nurse misdiagnosed me as having a heart attack and I ended up dying on the table. Good job. Now I play a harp with the angels. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because of their proper use of personal protective equipment to try to keep me Covid free. 👍🏼

Would not recommend. To get anything is an issue. My fathers IV was not put in after surgery. He was dehydrated and kept asking for water. Nurses couldn’t give him water because of the procedure that was done.

The people who work in the OBGYN department are deplorable. They have so much arrogance and ego, it’s sickening. They have no respect for women. Especially the doctors, they don’t care about women! They just care about money and power! NEVER EVER GO TO THE OGBYN HERE!! EVER!!

Yesterday I took my 15-day-old girl to the emergency room. I spent 2.30 hours waiting for her to be registered but I didn't get any calls until I had to leave and go to another hospital. I don't know if the flushing hospital has clowns or doctors who don't have any. commitment to their patients not to mention care

The nurses here can’t do enough here for you. The emergency room nurses were great couldn’t do enough for you they go outa there way to help you and if you have questions they answer you the doctors even do great service to you. All in all the hospital is wonderful. The food not the greatest!! But what hospital food is good anyway even the staff can’t do enough for you

Whats the point of making an appointment at least 2 weeks ahead and still have to wait 2 hrs on site? I've been here for about 10 times and every single time I have to wait but today is the worst! They had me pay for my upcoming visit before I get the treatment and had me wait here forever! Ain't nobody got a whole day when we've already made appointments!!!!! The front desk staffs are also slacking 😴

I gave birth to my lovely daughter at Flushing Hospital. Fanola Romales is especially good. She teaches you how to take care of the baby by herself. Every time she comes, my daughter is very comfortable and has a sweet smile. Is she really the best

Do NOT ever come here for emergencies!!! My aunt was taken to the ER for a broken wrist and it was the worst experience ever. There were a bunch of people sitting at their computers and no doctors in sight. Nurses kept brushing us off and told us to wait. We waited 5 HOURS for someone to finally get her some pain meds and an xray then another 2 HOURS for them to put a cast on her. After the doctor said we’re good to be discharged, we had to wait yet ANOTHER hour for paperwork to let us leave. INSANE!! We were here at 6pm and didn’t leave till 2am in the morning!!! The people working here were also all giving different messages. We asked for water and the first nurse said my aunt couldn’t drink or eat until after she saw the doctor. That turned out not to be the case when we asked again in a couple hours and the other nurse gave it to us… We also asked the technician for a copy of her xray and he said we had to ask her PCP to call. we asked the doctor and he straight up airdropped the pictures to us…
