I
wish
negative
stars
were
possible.
This
is
the
worse
run
hospital
on
the
east
coast
really.
I
can't
even
imaging
people
surviving
here
for
bigger
emergencies
than
me.
I
arrived
almost
1
am
bleeding
and
was
met
by
a
loud
speaking
security
guard
who
seemed
to
be
upset
that
i
interrupted
her
phone
call.
Asked
me
what
i
was
there
for
in
which
i
pointed
to
the
blood
and
stated
i
have
an
emergency.
She
had
me
sign
a
paper
and
pointed
me
to
seats
by
the
door.
Then
she
calls
nurse
on
a
phone
on
the
wall
and
states
"you
have
another
one"
and
returns
to
her
personal
phone
call.
The
triage
nurse
comes
fast
and
brings
me
to
a
room
and
leaves
me
standing,
in
pain
and
visibility
uncomfortable,
while
she
asked
questions.
Only
when
she
took
my
pressure
did
she
let
me
sit.
Then
she
gave
me
a
urine
cup
and
didn't
tell
me
where
the
bathroom
was,
just
sent
me
to
yet
another
waiting
area
to
do
registration.
"Wait
in
the
other
waiting
room
and
they
will
call
you
for
registration"
she
told
me
and
sent
me
away.
No
she
did
not
bother
to
point
me
to
this
other
waiting
area,
she
just
put
a
band
on
my
hand
and
sent
me
on
my
way.
It
was
really
funny
and
had
i
not
been
bleeding
and
in
pain,
i
would
have
laughed.
This
part
was
fast.
I
arrived
minutes
to
1
and
by
1:10
I
was
done
with
triage
and
sent
to
registration.
Impressive
for
an
ER.
Rude
staff
but
they
did
quick
work.
BUT.
Then
the
absolute
horror
of
this
place
kicks
in.
Registration.
Registration
had
me
waiting
for
two
hours
(minutes
to
3
am)
before
I
was
even
called
to
stand
at
a
window
and
speak
all
my
information
loudly
to
a
girl
typing
at
the
computer.
When
I
say
I
was
in
absolute
confusion
because
in
that
space
of
two
hours
i
watched
this
girl
not
take
any
patients
at
all
so
why
did
she
make
me
wait
to
call
me
up?
At
the
window
she
even
asked
my
social???
Does
it
make
sense
to
do
this
in
public?
At
lease
give
a
tablet
or
paper
so
we
are
not
yelling
private
information
to
a
waiting
room
full
of
people.
I
just
didn't
even
care
to
fuss
because
I
was
sitting
there
bleeding
for
2
hours
and
I
needed
to
hurry
up
and
be
seen.
Then
she
makes
me
sit
for
another
40
minutes.
After
this
I
left
to
a
different
hospital
to
be
treated
because
I
was
bleeding
and
dizzy
so
waiting
for
more
time
didn't
make
sense.
I
was
not
treated
in
this
hospital
at
all.
Sending
surveys
or
bills
doesn't
make
sense.
