Very pleased with Freedom Care everyone that You speak with is so pleasant, professional, and knowable about almost any question that's asked of them. Just all around friendly and eager to help long before I communicate with my Coordinator. It's so nice to be able to be cared for by my family member instead of a stranger. I should have did it long time ago ; But I didn't know about the service. A friend told me. CDPAP is a Very Good Program. If You choose Freedom Care You will not be disappointed. 😃🤗

I worked as a caregiver through this company. my last date of work was December 31 2022. I haven't received 2 weeks paycheck yet. I called 100 times they always said it take few weeks .and its more than 7 months i haven't received my paycheck. They are very worst . Never go there. You will not receive your pay. If i can i will give them 0 rating.

If I can give Freedom care zero Stars I would they say freedom care cares for you Freedom care doesn't care for anyone I have a caregiver who received his W-2 form and freedom care didn't withhold federal tax which means my caregiver can't do his taxes it's against the law for a employer to not withhold federal taxes from there employee paycheck I'm not my caregiver first patient he was a caregiver for someone else before with this company and it happened to him before and now IRS is taken money from him and when calling freedomcare to fix the problem they give you the run around so now my caregiver wants to take legal action on freedomcare I strongly suggest who ever this happened to should take legal action as well freedomcare needs to know that patience and employees are going to make sure that they live up to their name and slogan Freedom care cares for you by taken legal action on there imperfections

My brother has been receiving services there and my mother has been working with him for about a month now. I have no complaints. Freedomcare allows for a flexible schedule and my mother is paid in a timely manner. She receives vacation and sick time. The staff have been kind when calling to reach out to ask questions. I reccomend Freedomcare.

I am new at Freedom Care, I started working through them for my sister about 4 weeks ago. I love what I do, I am able to take care of my sister and by doing so she gets the help she needs and I get to spend quality time with my sister. This job by far is the best job ever.

It was a long process from the time it began until we finally got through. Then they offer instapay (which doesn’t work) and I am not able to make changes to my schedule, (like doubling up time for one day) on my own. I have to request it. It’s just not what I thought it would be.

By far THE WORSE CDPAP PROGRAM EVER! As a patient of Freedomcare they hard extremely hard to get in contact with when I need to express my concerns and needs. My home health aide couldn’t get the help she needed with her timesheets, YES I SAID TIMESHEET(s) not one but many of them that Freedomcare refused to help with which resulted in missed paychecks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON FREEDOMCARE!

I have to say for this being first time applying for care giver process it was not bad at all. Agents are always there to answer any questions I have. I love how easy the app is and also training was done through app its great because everything I do is on my phone.

Please pay my caregiver correctly and timely? When you don't pay on time for my care, I have costs. Are you paying me back? Your business is awful and a regret for this patient and caregiver. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Very helpful agency. Answer questions and navigate any issues thoroughly. If there are ever any issues on the app they also help navigate and figure it out very thoroughly to explain as well.

Chris was very professional and informative. I was helping a friend and mother to get information about freedom care!. Chris did everything necessary to represent Freedom care as a place that does care and took it upon himself to keep communication open and mailed out all pertinent information. Not sure if the case was opened or not but I will definitely recommend this agency!

The process to be enrolled was a long, tedious process. I did my end of the process, but there was miscommunication between FreedomCare and my health insurance. My son and I had to keep on calling, leaving messages, and redoing things that were already done. FreedomCare automatically closes the case if you don't answer three times, which is very unfair. If I wasn't sick, and really needed the extra help, I don't think I would have even gone through the whole process to be enrolled. But now that I am enrolled with Freedom care, I think it is easier, now that my son is being paid to take care of me. It's not much money, I still feel like the state and my insurance should have approved me for more hours, as I cannot do a lot of things on my own, due to my mental health condition, but I guess I am happy aside from the long process it took in order to be enrolled.

I’m very happy with freedom care, I had major spine surgery and with out freedom care having my daughter work and help me, I wouldn’t know what to do. I’m so happy to have my daughter come over five days a week to assist me with my care. I would highly recommend Freedom Care to everyone who is in need of care and better yet care from someone you know or a loved one. Thanks Freedom Care!!

I am loving having an aide to make my life a bit more manageable. With Freedom Care you train your aide to do things your way and the company is very happy to assist in any way possible.. They walked both my aide and myself through the process of starting our journey and stayed in touch letting us know how things were going. It has been our pleasure to work with this company!

I've been trying to get services for my grandmother but they literally do not answer the phone. no ones call you back , they give the seniors and home health aides the run around ... I've spoken to managers email compliance and still can't get a response or callback. very unprofessional agency

  • 5/5 Janet F. 1 year ago on Google
I find this agency to be professional and very helpful. When calling them I like the fact that whoever answers the phone can help you with whatever the problem is. They are easy to work for and very helpful in setting you up to start working.

Very Very good service you can call and ask questions there always some one to listen

  • 1/5 Aleda M. 1 year ago on Google
Do not recommend this company. They told the applicants we were in the process of hiring, not to send any more paperwork in because Fidelis did not authorize aide service. The authorization had expired because it took so long to get the aides signed up. Instead of calling Fidelis or myself, they told the aides they wouldn't have jobs. We lost 2 of 3 of the only people in 3 counties who applied because they felt like they were getting jerked around. We found out about this from an applicant, not from Freedom Care. They repeatedly messaged applicants with requests for information from my Mom. They were unable to even keep the phone numbers straight. We regret using them and don't wish what we had to go through on anyone. It made a huge problem for my Dad as he was not getting the help that was needed, and took so long to get an aide started it created a very stressful situation that could have been avoided with just a small amount of care and competency.

I’ve been working for almost a long hike with them and I haven’t had a problem. Everything is ran smoothly and everyone I have talked to was nice and helpful!!!

  • 3/5 Wendi M. 7 months ago on Google • 2 reviews
They’re ok. I gave 3 stars because there was an issue with one of my pay checks and I was told it was because I didn’t clock in on a certain day which wasn’t true. They realized it was a mistake on their end but I still had to wait two weeks to receive my pay for that day! Also I don’t like the fact that I have to be taking a picture of myself and my mom whom I care for. It just doesn’t make sense to me especially because well…it’s my mom and she lives with me and my children! I get 15 hours which is fine it’s my mom and I do anything for her with or without pay, I just don’t appreciate having to take a picture when i clock out. I have a niece who does hha (through a different company) and she doesn’t have to do that! I’m actually considering switching. I just don’t know if I want to go through the whole process again which is why I’ll prob just stay. But other than that, most of the representatives are very kind and helpful.
