The
process
to
be
enrolled
was
a
long,
tedious
process.
I
did
my
end
of
the
process,
but
there
was
miscommunication
between
FreedomCare
and
my
health
insurance.
My
son
and
I
had
to
keep
on
calling,
leaving
messages,
and
redoing
things
that
were
already
done.
FreedomCare
automatically
closes
the
case
if
you
don't
answer
three
times,
which
is
very
unfair.
If
I
wasn't
sick,
and
really
needed
the
extra
help,
I
don't
think
I
would
have
even
gone
through
the
whole
process
to
be
enrolled.
But
now
that
I
am
enrolled
with
Freedom
care,
I
think
it
is
easier,
now
that
my
son
is
being
paid
to
take
care
of
me.
It's
not
much
money,
I
still
feel
like
the
state
and
my
insurance
should
have
approved
me
for
more
hours,
as
I
cannot
do
a
lot
of
things
on
my
own,
due
to
my
mental
health
condition,
but
I
guess
I
am
happy
aside
from
the
long
process
it
took
in
order
to
be
enrolled.
