Dr.Keshet and her entire team are amazing. They are always extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I have trusted them with my grandmother's care and I am beyond impressed. Everyone is amazing but Vanessa is an absolute dream she goes above and beyond to help you get ready for surgery. :)

I've been seeing Dr. Keshet for a few years now, first to treat a severe case of dry eye and eventually, once my eyes were healthy enough, to get PRK. My entire experience with her and her practice has been wonderful. Her staff is helpful, professional, and incredibly efficient. I never have to sit and wait around to be seen, I'm always in and out quickly, but the appointments are never rushed. Dr. Keshet has always taken the time to sit down, answer any questions I have, and talk through any of my concerns. I was incredibly nervous about getting PRK, but she made the entire process as easy as possible. I cannot recommend and her practice enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Keshet! While very anxious over an eye infection, Dr Keshet was reassuring, understanding, knowledgeable and her diagnosis and treatment was right on point from the first minute she saw me. Her facility is modern, very clean with state of the art material and her staff very kind. I definitely recommend Dr Keshet!

I’ve been here a few times for a recurring stye and every time I’ve gone, the receptionist was rude and the wait has been over 30 min. The last time I went for a check up on the stye, the doctor REFUSED to examine the lump in my eye and told me it’d go away with time. It did not and I went to another ophthalmologist. No medical services were provided during my final appointment yet I was still charged. I will not be back.

This is my new eye doctor. Dr Keshet was so impressive. She took her time to explain everything. The staff - Neil in particular - is top notch. It was a pleasant experience. When have you heard that about visiting a doctor's office? I am definitely recommending my friends and family. I am a real patient! LOL

Maayan Keshet MD is a very professional eye's doctor. On Oct 2021, she did an DSAEK tissue transplant on my left eye. Thanks God, the second day I have my vission back and still imrprove every day. I totally recomend her. For me, she is a very good person, very kind and excellent doctor. Thanks God, that I met her.

I had prk surgery about a year ago and after EXTENSIVE research, I came across the good dr. The procedure went perfectly. The staff were very accommodating. The place is clean and easy to access.

Dr. Keshet is a rock star. I was a very nervous patient and she got me through it and did an expert job. At the office Vanessa went above and beyond to take care of me and answer my many questions and showed an amazing amount of care and humanity.

Dr. Keshet is great but the rest of the team is not respectful of time or well organized. Based on great experience with Dr. Keshet first time, went back to the clinic but had to meet Dr. Regina as Dr. Keshet was out and I had an urgent need to resolve a critical issue. Was one of only two patients in the office and still waited a long time (~30 mins) despite appointment to meet. On Dr Regina’s recommendation, the team took two tests the results of which were never shared verbally or in writing. The team suggested to get another test for which I was kept waiting for so long I eventually had to leave untreated - no one mentioned how long the wait will be and just leave you in the room forever. When I raised the issue, the receptionist started a shouting match and I had to decide to not return due to poor management. Side note: had also heard the other patient engaging in loud voice with the receptionist in background while I was being treated, not sure what the issue was there though but you see a trend. When I really pressured the team, they gave me the medication to pacify the issue temporarily, otherwise they could’ve very well spent the entire day doing tests with no clarity on timeline. If you have a whole day to spend, it’s a fine clinic to go but the poor management was unfortunately too much for me to return.

My experience with Dr. Keshet was excellent. She referred me to a nevus oncologist and I am forever grateful. She is kind and patient.

very caring doctor and staff. i had my PRK surgery here - I felt in great hands before, during and post-surgery. it does get busy here but it just goes to show how many patients choose dr. keshet :)

Front desk is so rude. Is honestly infuriating. Are you aware that I am paying for a service here? This isn’t free. To be treated this way. Be ready to wait over an hour to get absolutely anything done. I had to get rid of a chalazion. But will never come back here. Nobody cares about helping you. They just want to get it over with.

I turned to Dr. Keshet after having received treatment from doctors on Long Island without success. Dr Keshet prescribed several different medications and my vision has improved significantly. Without a doubt, Dr. Keshet helped me avoid a surgical solution and is well worth the trip from Long Island.

I have been going here for about 5yrs now. Probably even longer. I travel from the BX religiously to make these appointments. I will never go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my eyes. No matter who you see when you go you will be well taken care of. I don’t even have a preference, whoever’s available because they are all great.
