Having or knowing someone with a CHD “ Congenital heart disease” is a terrible and devastating thing that could happen to family but also taking them to the right hospital and being treated by the best Doctors is a such relief .My son “ Nacer H” have had two operations within a year . The first was a heart tumor at a severe stage that needed to be removed. The surgery went very well and I was so happy that my son was under good hands starting from Dr Achiau ludomirsky his cardiologist to his surgeon Dr Susheel Kumar to all nurses and everyone with no exception everything was perfect , the whole environment helped and toke care of my son to recover like their own . Then had a second open heart surgery a year later because of the size of his pulmonary valve that was caused by the tumor he had before . And again same team same doctors same environment contributed to an excellent and amazing work. I can’t thank enough all the doctors and nurses for the great work they have done to get my son to better shape and stronger heart and giving him a possibility of a long life again after being threatened twice by “CHD”. I highly recommend this hospital with its doctors and everyone and everything in it . Thank you again 🙏

What a modern hospital. Starting from the modern entrance lobby to the room's equipment like from Star Trek plus the views are amazing from both sides of the tower. Having 70" TV is a nice touch! Staff is nice and proffecional. I don't wish anyone to be sick or to be in the hospital but if you do this is definitly a place when I want to spend my sick days. I think architect knew that big part in recovery is the environment where you are!

Beautiful hospital and kind staff but at a very high cost. Very shady and opaque billing practices. My daughter was here for two nights for a stomach flu and we received a bill for both occupational and physical therapy -- almost $1000 each. These 'evaluations' consisted of someone dropping by for five minutes essentially asking how she was. In neither case did these seem like proper evaluations done by a specialist. I'm in the process of disputing these outrageous charges. It's a shame that their greed overshadows what was an otherwise pleasant experience.

Had neck surgery, this place is excellent .first and foremost Dr.protosaltis is a very good surgeon, explains what needs to be done and what should happen after surgery. His staff the staff of the hospital also were involved my surgery and very good my room was spacious and clean, had a good view of the high rise building's. Would definitely recommend Dr Protosaltis for spine surgery along with the staff. Stay safe and have a great day. This hospital is part of NYU Langone. Stay safe.

An amazing facility. There is nothing pleasant about your child needing surgery, but doing it here just made the whole experience more bearable. All of the nurses, assistants, and hospital staff we encountered were extremely warm and comforting. I loved the text updates from the OR. The cafeteria had a beautiful terrace with ocean views that was extremely calming. I know my baby was in the best hands here!

Listen up people NYU Children's Hospital (Manhattan location) is the BEST hospital if your loves ones are sick. The nurses are one on one , caring, understanding, sympathy, genuine and go above and beyond. I would like to a VERY SPECIAL shout to Nurse, Kamryn on the 8th floor. She is Amazing!!!! She is SUPER NICE, tentative, caring, patience, great listener , professional , and warm. She treated my son and I like actual people not just a chart number. We definitely need more nurses in the field like Nurse Kamryn ! You can tell she actually loves what’s she doing and it’s not just a paycheck! She made our stay awesome! If your child needs blood work done ask for Nurses Kamryn and Brittany with this duo your child’s blood will be draw in literally 1 second. OUTSTANDING! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😉😉😉😉😉 these 2 nurses definitely put my mind at easy knowing my child is in their care! Don’t forget the names , Nurse Kamryn & Nurse Brittany. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I was visiting NYC with my 16 year old and she got a terrible stomach virus. We went to NYU Childrens hospital and it was such a great experience. Everyone was so nice, it was clean, check in was extremely easy, little to no wait, the staff was impeccable and overall care was 5star. We saw 2 doctors and 2 nurses all of which were so personable, took their time and genuinely cared for my daughter. We were both extremely happy with this hospital.

This place is a game changer! This is the way a children’s hospital should be, they thought about everything to insure the child and parents have as much of a comfortable stay as possible! The staff were also incredible. Thank you

Being a parent of a CHD warrior is something that terrified us at first . We were so scared to loose our little baby who was only 2months old. That feeling was immediately changed to hope and inspiration when we met the doctors and nurses at NYU Langone hassenfeld children hospital. My son had 2 open heart surgeries in this hospital and was treated like their own child. everyone (Doctors, Nurses, surgeon) took an amazing care of him. I can’t thank enough the whole team especially surgeon “Kumar” and cardiologist “Ludomirsky” for changing my son’s life and giving him a chance to live a longer healthier life. Thank you again to the whole team and i really recommend this hospital to all the parents that are going through the same experience.

First time coming here with my 3 year old. The staff and her doctor was amazing with her. Staff and doctors was fast to come see her but very patient when it came to all my concerns. The doctor was listening to me and examining my daughter very well and didn’t go against my judgement or further testing I wanted done he agreed to all. I love the toys and bubbles they bring out as a team to help parents when giving their children oral medicine or for fussiness. They called the next day checking on her and i appreciate it that a lot. Would 100% recommend this children’s hospital! Thank you!

This is bar non best hospital in New York City! They provide a wholesome kind of care with services you didn’t even know you needed such as occupational therapy and wellness entertainment that make children’s forget that they are sick. My daughter had some health issue and had to stay a couple of nights in and it honestly felt like being in a hotel, everyone is very helpful and caring also the their continued communication is excellent they make the parent feel engaged in the treatment and recovery of your child and every decision and fully explained and consulted with the parent. Sure there are a bunch of residents but they are lead by well mannered, knowledgeable and professional doctors. The facilities is top notch with attention to details and patients confort in mind. I mean the whole NYU hospital network is pretty amazing and their app is outstanding, you will be in really good hands here.

It's a beuterfull Hospital, always sparkling clean, the interior is the nicest I ever seen in a Hospital, the tech in each room is amazing, how you can open close, the lights the window shades, ask for food and whatch a video, every thing on the tablet in the room. The reason why I give a 4 star and not a 5 star is because of the attitude from the security, and a lot of the nurses, I dont know why they cant smile by mistake, why cant say good morning with a little feeling in it, I'm not talking about all of them, but a lot of them are like that, it's a shame that such a good Hospital where everything is so good should be like that.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My daughter had surgery here and the entire experience from the moment we walked in until we walked out was pleasant. Nurse Ayesha and Kim were so great (so was every other nurse we encountered i just didn’t catch all their names) Jennifer was amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable. (She even got her stuffed toy a little gown and hair net). Just an overall amazing place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for all that you do every single day. You’re appreciated.

😠 Cohen’s was my number one choice when I was told by urgent care that my daughter needed to go to the hospital. The care is suppose to be exceptional but I could not tell you that as I am still waiting after four hours. We were brought from one waiting area to another. The walk to the fast track r...

😠 This hospital is absolutely atrocious! To spend 5 hours in a emergency room! To be sent home with no medicine no care plan. My child came in with a fever of 105! No one thought to administer any type of medics to help the fever go down. It took NEARLY 2 hours for Motrin to be administered. When gre...

😐 My wife and I brought our son for his super swollen eyes after he was seen by his regular doctor. The nurses and doctors are super nice and comprehensive. 👍👍 To the Rivera’s if you have such a problem with the staff and facility why continue keeping her there for over a decade sounds like you are turning a little incident into something it should not be and at the same time playing with peoples jobs. I’m sorry to hear what happened to your family member...
