This new location is horrible. Once they moved from Arthur Ave they went down hill. Doctors comes & goes. I've had 4 different doctors in the past (4) years. It takes up to 3 months for an appointment to see a doctor & what makes it real bad... The new location is bigger and better but short staff! Updated 5/16/23: I made a doctor appointment which I was informed that my primary doctor won't be available for the next four months so they made an appointment with my primary doctor's assistant. Waiting over 4 months to see my or any primary doctor is absurd..!

I'm currently at this facility seeing Dr Raggio, who I hope will be my families dentist for a long time. Dr Raggio has giving me back my faith in my what a dentist show be like . He treats my family and I as a human beings not as a number, he communicates what he's doing and what needs to be done. He respects his patients and makes you feel comfortable to be at the dentist which we all know is not a place we wanna be, going through the nychhc system you tend to get ignore and get treated as a number. This place was recommended to me by my cousin.we have to travel outside our neighborhood ,but it is worth it.The facility is clean the people are friendly and very very professional.

My visit here was so pleasant and the staff was amazingly kind with assisting me with all my needs. The nurses, CPA’s and doctors were all very kind and helpful. I am glad I switched my doctors office to here.

They are super sweet, we had an amazing experience, starting from the staff, nurses and the doctors.

I just could not of Reach home to write a Review, I recently transfer from Brooklyn to the Bronx and I must say it's the honest truth....very clean, humble, great staff, n lovely place to bring the entire family....kings county Brooklyn this is your sister hospital here . After leaving Brooklyn I swear I would not meet another great place for me and my family but no thanks Gotham staff everyone! As long as I am in the Bronx this is my place

Great health care

Well, I am a Patient for twenty one years for a reason. Isn’t?

My first visit to this clinic was not pleasant. The wait time was extreme and much longer than I expected however, the director of the clinic did go above and beyond to ensure me this would not happen again. My second visit was much more pleasant, the nurse was very attentive as well as knowledgeable. Wait times were short and I was in and out of the clinic at a normal doctors visit pace. Overall the facility is extremely clean, the director is attentive and cares about his patients experience, and the nursing staff especially Alana are super friendly.

Unprofessional ! I arrived to see dr kabeer who has had made false report about giving my daughter medication that’s a lie And giving confidential information about my child mental health when she is not my daughter therapist demanding if my child wants to be left alone with her in a room and false saying that my daughter inform her that she wanted to harm her self I’ve had so many calls from this clinic I feel harassed. My daughter even inform social worker Katherine that she did not say that to the ms kabeer and she was never left alone with this doctor I am so disgusted and stress out due to this wondering what other lie this doctor going to say. People pls keep away from this clinic specially this doctor who lies to milk people health insurance i since then have reach out to the department of health and a lawyer !!!

I have been with this clinic for years & the staff is always helpful & respectful even now at the new location. The doctors are always looking out for your best health interests.

NYC Health attends and takes care of you in a fast and attentive manner. The staff is excellent, the Doctors and Nurses are attentive and careful while taking care of you. 10/10 Would recommend.

Nice and attentive staff. Very clean and tidy in there. I had a 3:00 Saturday appointment with my doc and I was out by 3:30. Not the best neighborhood, but the customer service made up for that. You need to consider if you work on the weekdays, no other clinics be open on weekends.

Great service, very nice workers , quick and well done , this is a clinic you would want to be at. I’ve been coming to this one since I was 5.

Dr Raggio this morning made me got my long lost smile back, he's the best dentist I met in my life and he handled my tooth with the best care and I was smiling happily all the way home ,thanks Raggio

I’ve been coming here since they were on Arthur and I love it. My mom started to bring me here when I was 8 and now I am 23. I love this place soo much that my daughter also goes here. The staff is soo friendly and it’s always clean.

Unorganized, unprofessional and slow, three words to describe this pediatric clinic. If you have a infant/newborn do not sign up to have this be your clinic. I recently moved states and decided on this clinic had an appointment for Monday they changed it and I was not notified so I wasted my day coming there. Went there on Tuesday after providing information the pervious days on myself and my son, on day of appointment they are going to let me know they can’t see me cause the don’t have immunization records. Bare in mind this is after coming previous day and speaking on the phone and being told they can access his records thru my chart. Wasting another day of my time, they told they should receive the by that afternoon and I should be able to be seen the following day. Days went by no call until I had to call them myself and still did not get a proper response. On Friday I received a call from them saying they received the records and I can come in the following week on Thursday. Arrived on Thursday they are going to ask me if I have his records. My response was the clinic call and said they received it and the pediatrician is going to ask me who told me that? After searching she found it. This unacceptable I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is just pure unprofessionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This poor service just made me realize how immaculate my clinic in Texas was.

The new management here is TERRIBLE. That lady named Claudia is very ghetto, unprofessional and not helpful. Where are they finding these people? I complained about an interaction with Samantha and they both started giggling and laughing at me instead of helping me. I'm not coming back until they are gone. I will be going to Bronx Care, Montefiore or St Barnabas and you should do the same!
