This hospital needs to be shut down. Most people in the bronx are lower class so they think we don’t deserve basic human rights. I had a stroke and they told me nothing was wrong. I wound up going to a hospital in manhattan where they were MORTIFIED that they told me nothing was wrong. They actually took down the doctors name. Horrible disgusting and ghetto. All the nurses there are ghetto and the doctors are from other counties. Very horrible. There are many other hospitals in NYC that are amazing. Do not waste your time going here save your time and most importantly save your life.

This hospital is gotten so bad A bunch of students working under one doctor. I would not recommend you taking your love one here They don’t ask a family member permission to do an exam they just do want they want . Not even checking with there love ones . The Emergency room doctors are good but once you leave it becomes a money machine. No supervision how are the patients are being treated. What a shame.

This hospital need to hire professional nurses and staff . Everyone seems to be on thier phone , gossiping , walking around . It felt like I was at the zoo. The nurse that was going to take out blood stuck this giant needle in my arm and caused a hematoma ! Only reason why I’m giving it two stars becuase the doctor was helpful and seem to be the only one who cares . I’m never coming back here again.

Worst hospital in NY, my father was brought to this hospital by ems because it was the closest. He was acting disoriented which is why the ambulance was called, not only did they let my father become dehydrated they also never told us the real reason why my father was acting the way he was, my dad lasted a month in this hospital and the only thing they came up with was that he had covid. It took my father to leave to the Dominican Republic for the doctors over there to tell him he actually had a brain aneurysm! Do not go to this hospital, they will let you die and your family will never find out what happened!

As a nursing student, I hope to never work for such an establishment. Things that shouldn’t be discussed in front of patients are. It’s getting worse and worse. They are so vulgar and nasty to people it’s disgusting! Bathrooms are unfathomable sometimes. In the Bronx working with possible patients in mental health crisis, they need an ENTIRELY different approach. What can we do about it? This is why they’ve been getting away with this treatment for years. Where are the inspectors?! The only reason they aren’t closed down is because they pay their bills!! Shame on NYC health system.

The worse experience EVER. They’ve just gotten worse and worse. I volunteer at hospitals that would never allow the type of wait time that these people have. The behavior of the nurses is unprofessional, by clapping and cursing. It’s insane. I was there for three hours they didn’t take my urine test till I waited an hour and a half to ask if anyone would pick it up and I was met with attitude. It was unnecessary. They’re not compassionate towards the patients. I left after three hours and I wasn’t checked at all,I had chest pains. lord knows what time I would’ve left if I had stayed. I don’t recommend. Please if you have an emergency that can kind of slightly wait try to go somewhere that actually cares. I am so disappointed in the care that they have for minorities. If it was a Manhattan hospital I know it’d be different.

Seeing that my grandfather was having a clear malfunction in his brain and was behaving slightly erratic for a usually healthy 75 year old man, they “sedated” him. He never woke up. Throughout his “care” they couldn’t figure out what was happening in his brain. All tests were “negative”. I have a hard time believing they did any tests and solely kept him there to get what they could out of his Medicaid before they let him die. He experienced multiple infections and a pneumonia because they NEVER changed his breathing tube and ultimately passed. We never got to find out what why any of this happened. My grandmother also died in this hospital and experienced abuse at the hand of the nurses and doctors in this facility. Don’t send your family here unless you want them to die from inadequate care and mentally deficient staff. I hope every single one of you that works in this death house experiences loss in the same way I have.

So yesterday was a scary day that I hope never repeats. So much craziness. I woke up and was sitting on my bed. I was about to go check in on my mom, because she was way to quiet. Just as I was getting ready to come in her room, she comes to my door and said, “Calvin, I don’t feel good. Take me to the hospital!” I sprung to my feet and asked what was wrong as I ran to her. She told me that she couldn’t breathe and she had sharp pains going up her left arm. I immediately knew I needed to get her to the ER. I got her seated and called 911. I took her blood pressure and her heart rate. EMS came promptly and we arrived in the ER within mins. We came to #BronxLebanon #BronxCare BronxCare Health System Women's Health WHAT A MISTAKE!!! My mom has been a member to this hospital for over 24+ years. They treated her like she didn’t exist. We arrived approximately 11:05am. They did bloodwork and a mobile X-ray. No sign of heart attack or stroke was in her bloodwork. They X-ray showed fluid on her lungs. They gave her some medicine to flush the buildup of fluid out via intravenous. That was around 3-4pm. They claimed they didn’t know how long results would take. Meanwhile, my mom was complaining of a headache. She still needed her regular medicine, which they claimed they would administer. My mom and i constantly requested medication. We were ignored repeatedly. My moms blood pressure escalated. I started getting angry. Through out the time there, multiple fights/arguments happened. Every one of the altercations were between patient and staff for lack of care and nastiness from nurses and doctors. At 9/10 pm was shift change. My mom still hadn’t received medication. Not even a Tylenol. My mom told a nurse that if she didn’t get her medication by 10:30pm, that she would need her intravenous removed and she would be leaving. I was stunned. My mom never walked out of an ER. 10:30pm came and they did nothing. The nurse Michelle went to speak to the doctor. A doctor whom never spoke to my mother or I. Whom we don’t know what they look like, told the nurse, to use a scare tactic. The nurse Michelle came to us and said, “It’s the advice of the doctor that you stay because you need to be in icu!” My immediate response was, “If you knew my mom needed to be in ICU, why haven’t you explained this to us before? We have been here 12 hours and you’re just now giving us this information?” My mother said, “Calvin, get me to Mt Sinai Hospital Emergency Room “. So I brought her home and we changed clothes. We got a cab and headed to Mt. Sinai. This was around 12:30am. You talk about a complete difference!! These doctors and nurses ACTUALLY WORK. No attitudes, No altercations, CLEAN AF! My mom loved it. My mom and I left at 8am. She is sitting across from me doing her crossword puzzles. Back to normalcy!!

I came into the ER feeling a paralyzing pain in my chest & ribcage. The nurses checked my blood pressure, ekg and oxygen, but I was looking for a MRI since it was an obvious physical injury from lifting weights. Hours later of nurses using profanity and telling personal stories, the doctor called me into a room. He pressed very hard on the area of pain (palpation). From my reaction, he said that my ribs were the issue.. then gave me a pain killer and let me go. No tests, nothing. If there is a shortage of doctors & nurses everyday, than hire new ones! If you can't afford it, close down!!

As the Covid Pandemic percentage of people sick goes down so should the regulations of this hospital with being able to visit our loved ones. With the hospital having a short staff issue and patients not being able to get the care they 100% need this is something the hospital management should consider and look over. We the family need to advocate for our sick loved. Really poor from this hospital. I will escalate this further.

This hospitals emergency room (BRONX LEBANON HOSPITAL ER- GRANDCOURSE, BRONX NY) is the saddest situation in health history! As a Minister, Wife and mother I would suggest to never bring your family here. This a place that will put our fathers, brothers, sons and husband's in harm's way. The security guards make problems. Just sitting and minding your business is problem for them. The scenarios at play at this emergency room is pathetically handled. Take my word, if possible go to an AFC Urgent Care Facility. Urgent cares are located all over The Bronx. If you need help finding one you can always call 311 or web search urgent care." We are all human beings and deserve to be treated as such." 0 stars in my good book!

Very unprofessional nurses at this hospital. My family member was inpatient and hopefully never has to return there. I’ve worked in many medical facilities and have not witnessed this type of care anywhere else. The nurses even speak to each other harsh and unprofessionally. But patient care is primary and the level of care here is less than standard. Trying to get my grand aunt to make a formal complaint.

The emergency room is poorly run, and the hospital itself is disorganized thus leading to ineffective treatment and overall care. The hospital is not very clean. I had surgery and caught an infection during surgery leading to another surgery to get rid of the infection. I've changed hospitals and doctors to get better care.

This place man say look here, don’t go here period place is unorganized, non facility communication amongst Dr to Dr nor nurse to nurse nor Dr to nurse. My husband went here was in Er over 36hrs finally was moved to room. Three days I watched how dirty room was getting, observed communication, husband was told stool sample needed it sat on counter for 4 days and they kept requesting never picked it up or sent to labs. On top of all this took 3 days for him to get food he could actually eat.. The atmosphere in this place is nothing more than a joke……. Could say understaffed but hey the key is to take time with each individual then move to next not bounce everywhere not being able to back track… IJS get it together your playing with peoples lives….

I have to say; THE WORSE EMERGENCY ROOM! - very unprofessional; Very Dirty; The Nurses and Doctors are so unorganized; The Non-Spanish Friendly. Treat you like you an Alien or out of space. Don't properly raised your concern; nor the patients; and the monitoring is the worse; no often cleaning or nor space the ER and Egress are block; with Bed From patients and Wheelchair. Unless I raised my voice or concern that's when they eventually try to react. I saw patients since 4 PM and its was 1 AM and no respond. Everyone respond with an attitude like you owe them. The Spanish are even the worse (Our Own Kind) threat you like Shyt - made you wait in an er bed for hours awaiting for a room. With not understanding of what will happens; no respond; no updates on the blood work; in OTHER WORDS AVOID THIS PLACE!

I came here on Sunday for severe back pain. I waited for about 4hrs in the waiting area which was absolute torture with the pain I was in. It was not crowded at all but I was informed there was only one doctor working. I was contemplating walking out and even googling other hospitals which also had bad reviews so I just waited. Check in and triage were very nice but they can really do nothing about the wait. HOWEVER, despite the wait, when I was seen the care was top notch! The doctor was so thorough and attentive to me and other patients I realized why the wait was so long. She asked thorough questions and attentively listened. I was sent for a cat scan and the wait was also long. The cat scan workers were great also and the lady in cat scan took me back to urgent care herself and did not have me wait for the er nurse to return. My only complaint is something needs to done about the wait time. Some people are in excruciating pain. I was in tears in the waiting area but the service I received was exceptional. Dr. Slezinger and her nurses yesterday were amazing!

Do not bother going or taking a family member to Bronxcare Hospital. The only good thing I would recommend is the hospital's Social Workers, especially on the 11th floor. The Social Workers are nice, caring, and work effortlessly to meet the patients needs. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff is unprofessional, careless, and thieves. My mother was hospitalized for two weeks and everything she possessed (e.g. Cell Phone, Deodorant, Magazines, and more...) was stolen by the nurses assistance and staff. In addition, the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dirty and staff uses patient's bathroom without consent or respect for the patients. Patients rooms are not kept nice and tidy. Overall, Bronxcare Hospital is by far one one of the worst hospital across New York City.

I stayed at this hospital so many times through all my years. And I must say this time around June 18, 2023 - June 26, 2023 I had the best nurses and PCP in BronxCare. Ms Sheena RN, Ms Blake RN, PCP Mr Marfo and PCP Ms De Los Santos when above and beyond to make sure I understood my diagnosis and my medications, and I was in the best comfort. They were very attentive with me and made sure I didn’t need anything. I felt I was a family member with the love and generosity they sincerely offered me. Real heroes! Thank you 🙏🏼

I hear a lot of bad comments about this hospital and did experiment some myself since a doctor called my 3 years old autistic son wild because he was refusing that he(the doctor) touch him,it really hurts me and I even cried that day. However lets not only give feedback when it is bad.I been going there from pregnancy,my Son was born there and we never had such a bad experience before. There is also a lot of good and Professional workers in bronx care hospital,we went today for his annual checkout and Doctor PRATIKA MIKKILINENI was so patient, nice and helpful as she should and more than she should.my son did not want to be touched as always but she team up with me to make it possible,it took longer for her but she did it without complaining or insulting him like the other doctor did. I believe it is really important for people to go into a profession not only for the money and or the prestige but essentially by love.don't become a doctor or work in hospital if you have no love or empathy for people. becoming a healthcare worker usually takes a lot of study and hard work so take that time and energy to pursue another carrier you will be happy doing, don't come make life difficult for people who already are having hard time or make other doctors who really deserve to be appreciated look bad, unprofessional. The solution is to put a face and name on every experience, bad and good.make sure to say thank you to the good ones and expose the bad ones by calling the costumers complain number and filing the survey.

I just had my baby here 10/31/22 they were extremely rough, did not listen to what I was telling them, caused more pain than was needed. When they took my baby to the nursery another nurse came in to get him she had no idea he was even taken by another nurse. They do not let you get any rest at all they come into the room every 5 minutes literally and have no empathy. The pediatrician I had for my son was extremely rude and told another doctor she spoke to me when she didn't. The lack of communication here is horrible.

I personally never had an issue with this hospital back in 2018 I almost died due to pulmonary embolism and they saved me and my unborn baby life. I do my prenatal here it’s quick and they are always on point with everything. I have had two babies already In This hospital they are very attentive and caring the labor and delivery doctors are amazing. I am due to give birth again here March 19 I’m pretty sure I will have the same good experience I’ve had before.

I came to this Hospital Broncare expecting a welcoming service’s, After my first visit I waited for my doctor to give me a call that he said he would after he gets my blood results, he never called me. I made a second appointment after waiting months to see him, he calmly justifies himself as to why he didn’t gave me a call regarding the blood results stating everything is normal BUT “Your Cholesterol levels are high” I guess that’s not urgent for the doctor. I wasn’t really interested in what he had to say since he lost my respect. The main reason why I came back to the this doctor is because I needed a referral to see the Demartogist, when I see the Dermatologist doctors, it was like they were ready to fight me, giving me the evil eyes. Before my appointment with the Dermatologist doctors they were on vacation. The staff did not gave me a courtesy call “that the previous appointment with the Dermatologist was canceled. The customer service skill is on another level in manhattan. The Bronx they just want your insurance. I could understand why so people grow meaner and cold with others.

They are the Best and have some of the hardest most dedicated workers in healthcare in my opinion. My review is in comparison to my the interactions and care I received within days of each other between NY Presbyterian hospital and Bronxcare. They have very detailed records and very attentive staff that provide excellent care and work well with each other at this hospital that do the Very Best they can with the little they are given by Administration.

It is unfortunate that the quality of service and the cleanliness of the hospital is so poor. Triage needs to be thouroughly cleaned. The walls, baseboards, floors and bathrooms. The treatment is cold. I understand that they are doing their jobs but for goodness sake you work directly with people. When I went for treatment, my blood was not drawn correctly, I was not taken to another room or taken aside it was done around other patients and forget a band-aid. Intake was fast.... why are yiu here tell me your weight and height, someone will see you, Sigh. The Dr. Was good and informative but I did not like that each person's case was discussed around other patients. I do not want to blanket everyone because I am sure most try really hard but the lack of professionalism and patient care is awful. There should be someone on clean duty around the clock. I had to search for a clean bathroom. This is where we live. We need this hospital and we deserve more. I hope someone in charge reading this will bring about change for this community and please get rid of those awful metal chairs they are horrible.

The doctors at this hospital are lazy..what happened to the times when you went to see your doctor and you was put in a gown and had a real physical. When I was called in the office they ask why I'm here and what is happening to me medically so she can refer me out. I need a real doctor from the 90s that did everything. I'm only giving 2 stars because the doctor was nice.

I went to Bronxcare for ear pain and hearing loss and was told to wait a month for my ENT appointment. Then I had to wait another two months for a HEARING TEST. Still in pain so I went to Montefiore yesterday and they got me both of those appointments within the week, had more concern for a young teen and tried to make the process of appointments faster by using referrals. Don't ever come here, maybe for broken bones but not for anything important, its really sad to see a place like this :(

This hospital is just as bad Lincoln! I heard one of the security guards saying one of the medic caught cold feet. There was a boy sitting in the emergency room with a broken arm & no medicine given to him. A baby crying on top of its lungs for 15 minutes straight because there were no doctors around. I saw a child being transfered on a stretcher to another hospital, I'm guessing due to lack of doctors. I'm still waiting here to be seen at all.

Bronx care has taking a turn for the worst . I came in on Saturday at 415pm . Didn’t get any meds till 1230-1 am and was taking up to my room at 430 am. I came in with a leg injury but there was no stretchers available due to the volume of patients so I understood the situation. But at midnight the Area of the Er I was in became almost empty and some beds came available. I asked for a bed and was told I could not get one . I was in pain the whole time being on my feet that long even sitting hurt . No one seem to care that I was in so much pain . I finally Made it upstairs around 430 and didn’t receive any meds until 530 -6. After getting my meds and finally getting a bed I got to get some rest . Later on that day after my doctor came to talk to me he would give me my pain cream every 12 hours . I received my first batch at 4pm. The next batch was supposed to be at 4am . I didn’t receive that until around 7am. Then I was supposed to receive my next dose at 4pm . I asked my nurse at 4 and she told me that it did come up from the pharmacy yet I said ok . I later on asked her again before she completed her shift and she said I had to wait . She left and my other nurse came in . I asked her and she said that I needed to wait because she had just walked in . At this point my leg had started to hurt very bad and every nurse that came in I asked to get my meds for my leg and I was told to wait . I didn’t receive my med until 1230 am. Meaning I spent 8hours in severe pain and no one cared how bad the pain was .

Reviews don’t even matter. They probably don’t even care to fix things. Avoid the ER in this hospital specially in the middle of the night. I came in with left arm pain and was taken in by the nurse right away. Everything went down hill after that. It’s been almost 4 hours and the Doctor still has not seen me. I did Urine, blood pressure, EKG but the doctor has not seen me. They only have one doctor per area in the middle of the night. It’s ridiculous and disgusting. They probably charge so much to the insurance too. They need to treat patients better.

A LONG READ. I complain a lot. Literally. But I would love to say thank you to BronxCare. Y'all really did me so great. I could've died had I not come in. I saw a two surgeons. The first surgeon was extremely respectful. I genuinely don't think he meant harm. But, his taste in jokes are extremely inappropriate. I needed a surgery and I didn't want anesthesia, I wanted to stay awake for my surgery. The type of surgery I was getting was needed right away but it wasnt a major surgery. And for whatever reason he only suggested different drugs where I couldn't stay awake for. The resident seemed really bothered by it too and wanted me to accept medicine. I can't remember her name but thankful for her because she convinced me to even have the surgery in the first place. His response was "I can give you propofol, do you know what propofol is? It's the drug that killed Michael Jackson. But don't worry, you won't die we monitor our patients. Michael Jackson wasn't monitored. And you'll be hooked up to machines where we can monitor you." 😑😐😬 was pretty much the face I made. His name was Dr. Marder if I remember correctly and needless to say I didn't let that man perform a damn thing on me. I stalled it out. Plus I had snuck food and you can't eat pre op. eventually a new shift came in and I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alireza Mehdizadeh, M.D. Assistant Director, OB/GYN Residency Program. That doctor is so wonderful honestly. Had to be one of the nicest and most reassuring person even as a doctor lm surprised at his ability to to still have compassion for clients after he's been doing this over 23 years (I researched him. I wanted to know who was doing my surgery.) Dr. Mehdizadeh also gave me an alternative to going to sleep and said he really just needed me to be still and if I have the pain tolerance and since I had given birth to children without epidural this would be a walk in the park. Not verbatim words but that's what he said. I have never met a doctor also who didn't make me feel pressured or didn't give me other options. He gave me a local anesthesia and asked what music I like to listen to he was playing jazz and I told him to keep it there and the whole team was like thank god 😂😂😅😅😅 there was a wonderful lady who sat up next to me and literally held my hand the entire time. I don't know if she was a nurse, doctor, resident or what. But I know I appreciate her more than she'll probably ever know. I also know I had a lot of mood changes going through what I was going through and the whole Bronx care team maintained professionalism the entire time. I also had the most awesome nurses in my room ones name is Amposah?? I am not sure but she's a beauty from Ghana and has the sweetest demeanor. And is really there for the people. Like she didn't seem bothered at all even though I wasn't listening with holding my arm Down during my blood transfusion. There was another nurse who was in and out to help her. Another beautiful soul. I didn't know her name she wasn't my nurse. But she wears a hijab(I added that so If she ever sees this I just want her to know it's her I was thanking her) this was all the staff on floor FIVE and FOUR and the ER. I THANK YALL so much and god bless y'all. Keep blessing others!!

This is my mom second admission to this hospital this year. On Monday the 17th of October 2022 is her last visit to this hospital. The two stars are for the nurse Ms. Morales and the gentle who puts the Id tags on the patients all in triage where EMTs bring you in from the ambulance. She arrived a lil after 2pm, taken to area B just a lil before 3pm. Seen a Dr. Mcbryanne at 4:02pm. She did not identify herself. She asked why she was her and I told her. She then asked why she didn’t stay at the hospital where the doctor took her blood. I then explained to her that it was a clinic appointment and she got the results when she was back home. I also stated I was under the impression that since it was a non emergency that the EMTs will take use to her hospital of choice. She took the bandages off my mom wounds to look at them. Stated that she will put her on antibiotics and give her something for the pain. I ask if they were going to take her blood and she responded that a nurse will be over to see her. Nurse Mabel came over at 5:17pm. She did not address herself or what she was about to do. She ask what brings her here. I asked her what she was about to do and what she was about to give my mom. She was not able to get blood. She asked for help from nurse Mindy and she was not able to get blood as well. They just left the tray with everything on it and did not say anything to me and went on to the next patient. I asked nurse Mabel was she going to wrap up my mom wounds and she said she don’t do that and she asked the nurse Mindy was she doing it. I went over to the Dr. Mcbryanne and informed her that Nurse Mabel stated she’s not doing it and ask who was going to take her blood. She said they have to find someone to do the blood and she will let Mabel know again about the wound to be wrapped. It was after 6pm and my mom wound was still exposed and no one came to take her blood, put her on antibiotics or to give her anything for pain. I went to get her food and had a hard time getting back in to give her food and was escorted and had to leave my 84yr mother who has mild dementia and hard of hearing. I left discussed and in tears. I’m just sharing my experience and pray that they do better. No one deserves that type of treatment.

I’ve been calling these people since April and all I keep getting told is I’ll call you with an appointment. I’ve left 2-3 messages when I can for them to get back to to me. I spoke to the representative ( men & woman ) and they both told me they’ll call me with an appointment. Never got a call and guess what it’s July and I’m freaking pregnant …. I’m surpass 40 weeks pregnant. See how much this hospital cares for there patients

7/23/22 around 1:26pm , The security employees that supposed to help you and treat you with respect they don’t has that. Please HR need to get qualified employees to work with patients in the ER with respect, no like animals. The hospitals in the bronx treat patients with no respect

Worst hospital in the Bronx. You can't pay me to go there. My mother was forcibly taken there when I am sure she asked to go elsewhere. But I believe in karma. Those emt workers that forced my mother to go there will experience a worse fate!!!!

I have never been to the medical practice, but I received the best customer service from an employee named Carmen when I called to make an appointment. I am impressed by the level of care and helpfulness I received in this one phone call. Great first impression!

I think this was the fastest care I ever received! Not only did I have a laceration in my finger but the staff made sure my child was safe and did not have to see the gory scene of my finger. The care was quick and they attended to my needs immediately!

They have to know the difference between emergency and urgency. My wife arrived with a cut finger and they didn't take priority and left her in line for a long time. And there are people who clearly have an urgency. Blood loss is a danger and you know it.

Absolutely disgusting. Traumatized me so much. Came here not by choice and will never be returning. I hated every second of it. Coming to this hospital ruined my entire life. It’s dirty, the doctor was literally asking me if I knew the current president like im stupid. Kept us in a room for hours and we couldn’t even leave. Thanks for ruining my life, I guess.

it’s my first time visiting Bronx Hospital the staff there was very professional and warm hearted I was treated with respect and most importantly my visit was pleasant there. Thank you to both the doctor and nurse who made my visit pleasant.

My experience here has been great. I had bunion and hammertoe repair surgery with Dr. David Wong DPM on two separate occasions and I am beyond pleased with my results. He did an amazing job straightened my feet and toes. Surgery day I had a crew of specialists attending to me and that made me feel safe and relaxed. My pain post surgery was bearable and well managed by medication.

Wow, had an amazing experience having a toe procedure performed here. The podiatrist Dr Joanna Ayoud (DPM) who operated on my toe has a private practice and knew exactly what she was doing. Got me in and out in no time! Oh yeah, and best of all I didn’t feel a thing. Staff was friendly and fast. Couldn’t believe it. VIP treatment. A+++

Took my Mom here a couple days and I had a wonderful first experience; friendly and accommodating staff. Commendable were the security and Radiology teams!

They need to work on professionalism. There's no need to hang up on people that have been waiting on the phone. Do your job and do it well. Frustrated!!

really discouraged went to my appointment on the 14fl grand concourse face I had ultrasound 30min the lady first of all I noticed that we received people who came after me then they sent me to janet w she had a rough behavior and she didn't even do 5min with me then gave me 2 blurry photos then I asks her to look at the child's nose as she could not because the baby was hiding she wrote abscence of nasal bones it is to put the person in stress. I have ultrasounds where the nose is visible. too much incompetence.

If I can give it 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. The overall hospital is trash. Waiting time is very long. Everyone just doing whatever they want and they just keep you waiting and waiting. Came here since 6pm and it’s almost 11pm and I’m no where near leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. Even if it’s emergency purposes. Go somewhere else please.

The service and the experience was very horrible. I brought my son to the emergency at 10am and left at 6pm and the caregiver is not nice at all. My son's scan results take 2hours to come out. I missed my work schedule and my son was very hungry. I gave birth to my 4kids in this hospital but I don't think I will continue going there because each time I take any of my kids to emergency I always left sad. Nurses and doctors at the emergency should do better.

My mother has hypertensive heart disease with high blood pressure and pre-diabetic. 71 years old was emitted to the hospital for 5 days and never got to speak to her doctor. Really no one was available for my family to speak with. Don't waste your time.

This hospital is not the worst but is extremely far from the best. They are EXTREMELY slow even when it not crowded. When calling you will be on hold for a LONG time just to get an operator

The guest service here is terrible, you want to talk with the woman and I can note she does not want to speak. We were to emergency and I tried to explain her about my mom can not to stay alone because she has afraid and I think she does not matter about that. I know my English is not good and I noted she was upset about that, I do not know what happen with the people!!!

The staff at the er was not compassionate at all. I came in by ems with a seizure and they allowed me to sit there for an hour seizing. I was in pain and screaming. No one helped. The staff was also nonchalant about getting me my medication to stop my seizures. The clinical technician said she lost my vitals when I was in the middle of the seizure and they were discussing their plans for the Labor Day weekend. Some of the nurses in the ICU and on the 7th Floor were very helpful and did address my needs. The surgeon was excellent. However, another clinical technician stated that I was not telling the truth about needing pain meds when I just had a craniotomy. How insensitive! I just thank God I made it out of that place alive!

This hospital is horrible. I took my child to the emergency room and we had to wait hours while she had chest pain and her heart was hurting but when they finally called us they gave her some pills that didn’t work and quickly told us to leave without properly hearing her out and not to mention, the doctors there are extremely rude and fast paced. As if they don’t care about their patients only about getting paid and getting through their shift. I’ll never come back to this terrible and sad excuse of a hospital and I’ll never recommend this hospital to anyone, I could be dying in an ambulance with limited time left and this could be the closest hospital but if they took me here I would rather go to another hospital and die in the ambulance

This is the worst hospital ever, gave birth there and was sent home with a big chunk of placenta left in me. I thank god that it came out by itself because they had given me an appointment in the following month I could’ve gotten an infection or worse. I was left traumatized and unable to care for my son. I wish I could give 0 star. Stay away from this hospital.

SRINIVASAN KRISHNA.MD.MPH.FACS HAS BEEN MY SON'S DOCTOR FOR MORE THAN 10 years and I would not change him for any other doctor since he is the best both as a doctor and as a person, he is very kind and very efficient, I trust him a lot and in his surgeries I am very grateful to him for being an excellent doctor. Thank you, this hospital is number 1 for me, apart from the fact that they are friendly, they have good doctors like the surgical doctor SRINIVASAN KRISHNA. I highly recommend him, he is an excellent doctor, and he is also very friendly. If you could give him 10 I would give them stars 🙏
