I’m now 39 weeks pregnant. I’ve been coming here since I was 14 weeks and everything was fine staff were friendly. Up until two weeks ago when they started asking me to come in weekly they would schedule me for an appointment AND LEAVE ME THERE FOR TWO HOURS FOR A DOCTOR TO SEE ME. Yesterday I had an anxiety attack because I thought my water broke and the nurse was so uncaring and left me for two hours. I had to stand in the middle of the hallway and yell and cry for the damn doctor to see me. My appointment was at 3:45 pm I was there earlier as per request. The doctor saw me at 5:15. This is unacceptable!!!!

Some of the medical staff seem competent and everyone is friendly and helpful while you are there. Unfortunately it amounts to nothing because of hold times of minimum 30 minutes every time you need to contact them, even about something minor like a prescription refill. They do not respond to messages through Connect. Frequently after the 30+ minute hold they tell you someone will call you back, which doesn't always happen. This time they simply hung up on me. I have been on hold for 1.5 hours today alone just trying to get a prescription refill, never mind treatment for my urgent and serious conditions.

So far my experience was positive. The facility (new location) is nice--clean, organized. The front desk staff was fine. I was 30mins early and the first nurse sort of criticized me for that. But when they found I was just there for labs, they saw me early & everything else went fine.

as a new patient they made me wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment that I made over 2 months in advance. front desk is rude, not there to help or assist. Oh and if you call them don't expect them to pick up at any hours of any day. Called at different hours on different days and was on hold for over an hour each time and then finally gave up. Terrible service from Weill Cornell.

I used to like the place . Everything was fast, and front desk was efficient. But they took to long to give me a call back about my request for some blood test (lab work) I waited on that phone back since Friday and I had to call Monday all day for them to give me a call back. I’m finally here waiting and the lady who was at the front desk instead of helping me to check in . She just show me the iPad to do it myself. However, after waiting for 30 minutes and see a lot of people coming in and go. I decided to go to the front desk and ask what happen, the lady just said β€œoh, did you write your name on the cupboard” and I was like ah?? You never told me that you only said I had to check in on the iPad.- β€œdo you have your bracelet?” -yes -β€œthen go head and print your name on the clipboard next to the lab” πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ (all I was thinking was. are you serious right now? ) She should work on her manners

I'm pretty sure I've reviewed this hospital badly already, but this deserves being added....I've been trying for over ONE YEAR to get my Mammogram results from them. They were transferred over from one hospital to Weill-Cornell...ONE YEAR . I have anomalies, I need those results for comparison. One of their employees actually hung up on me when I asked about them. She was rude and acted like I should know every rule that W-C has about medical records. I asked her to tell me which of those rules applied to me, she hung up. The Dr. that my records show has them won't even return my phone calls. Oh and, there is NO phone number for the administrative office that I could find, so no complaints to the actual place. I'd rather die than go to this hospital. I'd probably die in there from lack of care.

Great doctors but they must underpay their staff. I called to cancel an appointment and their receptionist screamed that I was chewing in her ear and I was being rude. She actually yelled it. Truth is, I had a cough drop in my mouth, and if she had told me nicely that I was being rude, I would have apologized and made nice nice. But she yelled "Ma'am can you stop chewing in my ear please" and I said " you must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed" she said I was being rude.. .. when I asked her for her name, she hung up on me.... very bad customer service... really.... really bad attitude... she told me she hadn't eaten and found it really rude that I was chewing in her ear... wow... I like the professionals but that one should not be working with the public... don't know her name, cause she wouldn't tell it to me.... that was a sign that she was in the wrong...

I don’t understand why this place has so many bad review. People are genuinely nice and care about you here. I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Erica Sun who’s my primary care physician. She is soooooo nice and caring. I don’t know what more I could potentially ask for. As someone who has been to a lot of practices, I can say with my whole heart that Dr. Sun is the best. Weill Cornell is so lucky to have her as part of the community.

This is a hospital for teaching and sometimes can have good interest and sometimes don't and fake information when it comes to test being done and vaccine for children's they will tell you don't qualify but new York department health said you do qualify it's best to get second opinion this place use be good I guess people coming through waiting to graduate hate people they service as patients it so sad wish everyone best in life God see everything trust and believe and what you do to children's your studies isn't getting you into kingdom of heaven or degrees treat people how you want to be treated and if you can make different in health care team be best and don't discriminate we all are brothers and sister's πŸ˜”β€οΈπŸ«‚πŸ™πŸ»

need a new primary. i have been coming for 15 years. this year quality of patient sevices radically declined. several ohne calls for 1 appointment. have to wait for the doctor/student schedule and a month wait for an appointment. not about patients. about their students and money. very bad patient service and care. different doctor every time. very disappointed to find a new primary at 65 years old. i get too frustrated and stressed just to book an appointment. used to be managed much better.

Came in for an overall medical check-up. Totally professional and thorough. Highly recommend. Good records shared via internet.

I came to have a follow check up for my hypertension but the receptionist (the guy with an eye problem) across the elevators on the 4th floor will make your blood pressure shoot up! He can talk to the clients nicely but he is very rude and disrespectful to the patients so I decided to change my pcp moving forward and cancel my next appointment. I’m wondering how could a receptionist be that so rude while he can talk nicely especially that he is the 1st liner. I’m too far from the place that I need to pay $110 for uber just to have a frustrating experience. Will just find a new pcp near me.
