Although I just started going there, it seems to be organized. Note that all patients are seen by graduating attending residents only. They then will report to the resident main DRs. The attending drs are fairly young (under 35yo). So if you prefer older experienced drs, this is not your place. They do have specialists but I have not seen them yet. Will update this upon my return. Stay tuned!

Now I was very well cared for by a very kind doctor, Dr. Vázquez. But unfortunately I ran into a very bad receptionist. What a bitter woman... I'm coming back because I want to change the pharmacy. And she answered me with attitude, that she doesn't work in pharmacies. Then the papers of the two girls were endorsed, I thought I would check them. And I told him that the pharmacy change was for both of us and again he came out with a bad attitude. Why do they make people so bitter if I was asking for something normal that every patient has the right I wasn't asking for alms very upset I feel

This place reminds me of McDonald’s drive thru. You never know who’s going to be at the window to take your order. The doctors have no idea what’s going on with their patients or maybe I should say the don’t know them. Every visit you see a different doctor even if you schedule your appointment every Monday for example. Run Run Run. Go somewhere else.

They check us in fast and hurry us up into a room only for us to wait 3 hours to see the doctor. This facility is extremely UNDERSTAFFED!!!!!!!!

Dr. Cruz is the best handsome doctor around Kew Gardens. Every 3 months, I see him. Best place to get check ups and follow ups in Kew Gardens.

The first time I had to wait 2 hours to see the Dr. The 2Nd time they promised not to repeat the same thing again & I had to leave after 30 min (because I was told that I'll have to wait for "another few patients", in order to have a X-Ray). Don't go to this place...it's the worst ever experience of your life. 2 hours during a chinese pandemic, it's life threatening. Beware!

This is literally the worst doctor I’ve ever been to . I’m pregnant and was having throat pains couldn’t swallow or eat and the doctor told me she didn’t see anything it would go away on it’s own and she couldn’t give me anything after I waited 3 hours to be seen . I went to a different doctor and they saw it was strep throat and gave me antibiotics. These people have no experience!!!! The worst place ever !!!!!

worst experience of my life, I have my insurance and they charge me $175 just because of a check out, no test, no prescription, no therapy, I paid my cop-aid, and they say that i still need to paid a facility fee. And they will not tell you anything about this, you will know when the bill gets to your house.

Ive been waiting for 1 hr 30mins already and still waiting for the DOCTOR. Horrible

Pretty bad impression at first. I had appointment at 1pm May 17th. The appointment paper said come at 12:45pm. I waited an hour trying to establish a primary physician and get a physical. 2 months later I get billed and my visit was not coded as a physical, so insurance did not cover it or the bill. I called several different number and no help was given to fix the fraudulent coding (it's against the law to miscode), so I have since then reported them and will not be returning. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND, find another place otherwise you'll have a hectic time getting them to rectify their error.

This clinic help me thru my first pregnancy and all was good for me . Now I bring my child for check ups and I have no complains. Friendly staff and awesome doctors . Thank you

Brought my son in as a walk in, the guy at the front desk took someone in front of us. Then we had to wait 3 hours just to see the doctor. Horrible experience.

Left waiting in the ER for prolonged time well my stomach Blood Out. And after three years of surgery at Jamaica Hospital I'm still bleeding out and no one can explain why

Anytime I come here I have to wait like 2-3 hours just to get seen by the doctor. I been here since 9 and it’s now almost 11 and I still haven’t seen the doctor

I had two deliveries here thanks to doctor Augustine for helping deliver my daughter love this hospital and there staff they are like family

It hasn’t been perfect but my doctor genuinely cares and checks in and ensures that I’m doing good.
