👍👍 Covid Testing was simple and straight forward. Got in line at 830am. Opened at 9am and took the first 20 people to test (left side) and signed everyone else up for the virtual line (right side) so they wouldn't have to wait in the cold. I was #10 and was in by 9:30 to do my Rapid Test. Took 15 minu... People often mention staff, care, time, professional, experience, friendly, wait, recommend, efficient, minutes,

I have gone to this particular City MD many times. The staff is kind, patient and the thorough. I never feel rushed or that my questions (and I sometimes have a lot of them) are annoying.

I went to CityMD while visiting Manhattan for a wedding. I was amazed by how quickly I was seen and how friendly and helpful the staff members were. I had an issue with my eye and Dr. Webster's treatment helped alleviate the pain and prevented my eye from becoming infected. I was able to make it to the wedding and enjoy the rest of the weekend. I was happily surprised when Dr. Webster called me after I returned to Michigan to see how I was doing and make sure I had followed up with my opthalmologist. My opthalmologist was very complimentary of the care I had received. I highly recommend CityMD!!

Miserable. They refused to treat me for hypertension since it’s Friday night and they need to enjoy the weekend (they said I came at a “bad” time)… I need to choose a “good” time to get sick?!

Surprisingly amazing service. I was seen very quickly and everyone pretended to like their job in a very convincing way. I would come back here but hopefully I don't have to.

I honestly just wouldn’t waste my time at this place. The front desk people were really friendly and the medical assistants that do your intake and such are super nice but the physicians are so rude. I’ve been here 3 times and all three times the physician was super rude and seemed really annoyed I was there at all. They bearly check you out and just act like your crazy and faking sick. 2 of the three times I was in I was diagnosed with an illness later when I was finally able to get in to see my GP. I originally thought it was just a coincidence but I just think they don’t care and are annoyed by their patients. Would not recommend wasting your time or money.

By far the worse experience ever! The receptionist were polite but that was it. The Doctor (Walker) was texting while I was explaining my symptoms. I told him my ear and throat hurt, he didn’t even bother to check them. He didn’t even care what I was saying. He prescribed nasal spray when I told him that my PCP told me it’s not good for me because of my sinuses. One of the nurses the Dominican girl with nasty braids was more concerned in flirting with my husband than paying mind to what medicine she needed to send to the pharmacy. By far the worse CityMD I’ve been to.

Great visit - the PA who saw me was patient, explanatory, and answered all my questions! Only had to wait ~3 minutes before I was seen as well. Would highly recommend!

They don’t care if you are exposed to COVID-19 they’ll make you wait in line even if you tell them they have a nasty attitude behind the front desk don’t go here only go ahead if you’re dying or if you’re injured take your business elsewhere

I came in for severe nausea and vomiting and received great care right away! They were very thorough and quick. I can’t remember the name of the doctor but she was extremely kind to me. I have pretty bad anxiety especially at doctors offices and with anything involving needles but she seemed understanding and helped calm me down and reassure during my IV and while giving me my shot. I went home feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

I hate this place. I got the worst care and they literally shrugged their shoulders and said "it could be anything" when I said my ear was hurting. I also had a swollen lymph node and the doctor insisted it had been there my entire life and I was just now realizing it.. Come to find out I really did have an infection. They then sent me the wrong billing address and are claiming they never received my payment. I would avoid going here 1000%. It is only a little more expensive to get real care from elsewhere.

Very very disappointed in the billing experience here. For context, I called in advance of coming into CITY MD to confirm that this was the right place to go- citing sharp stomach pain in my right abdomen and concerned about appendicitis. They told me to come in. Upon arriving, I paid a $50 copay and was seen by a doctor who IMMEDIATELY said that the procedures / evaluations would be out of the scope of work for this urgent care, and to see ER. I asked if I could waive the copay, and they said yes. I have now received MULTIPLE invoices from City MD, telling me that a bill is past due, and that it has to be paid immediately. There has been no communication / answers at all from City MD.

Got me in and out for a flu test within 15 minutes. Amazing team from the friendly front desk staff to the nurse and doctor! Thankful to have this clinic in my neighborhood!

Staff was friendly, personable and helpful. I called before visiting to confirm CityMD accepted my insurance. The person assisting me was very informative and answered all my questions. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome and directed to self check-in kiosks that were extremely easy to use (which was great when you are feeling so sick and can barely stand to look straight). I waited less than 5 minutes to be brought to a room. All staff were professional and the clinic was very well maintained and clean. They called in my prescription upon leaving and it was ready for pickup as soon as I walked over. I couldn't have asked for better care or service during this time of need.

Fantastic experience. Intake was fast, was seen right away, RNs and MD were all professional, knowledgeable and very kind. A great start to an otherwise unpleasant flu season.

I was today at CityMd just 10 to 7 pm and they took me! People there are very nice, polite. Dr Wagner came and help me immediately in a very professional matter. I was treated very well. I recommend this place as not only very pleasant but they provide very good, professional care.

My experience at this location was nothing short of amazing. By the time I completed my forms and sat down they were calling my name. I almost did not get up because I thought it was a mistake. It was even better to walk into the back and be greeted by such a caring and efficient team. Everyone, was on point. They were actually more efficient than the ER and I walked away with answers. I will go out of my way to come back to this location and I live and work in Brooklyn.

They took my insurance and didn’t try to overcharge me like another place down the street. Was in and out pretty quickly. Dr Wagner was great and super helpful.

The physicians and staff here are so kind and caring. Rachel, Jack, and Vanessa truly made helped make a not-so-great problem a bearable one through their reassurance and support to a solution.

My Lyme test results are taking a month! I was told it would take 3 to 5 days! This is ridiculous and all other patients seeking Lyme test results should be informed of this at the front desk.

I’ve never had a good CityMD experience in my life but I had to get some tests done here last minute, and I was so pleasantly surprised at the bed side manner and professionalism of the staff there. I had a pelvic exam and both the MD and MA were male, so they switched out to have a female MA present to make me more comfortable, which I hadn’t even asked for. I had some anxiety around upcoming results and the way the MD spoke was very straight forward but also caring (a difficult combination). Good to know if I ever need last minute care that this place is great and I’ll feel taken care of

Great experience, efficient, caring & knowledgeable physician. I had about a 3 minute wait time. The medication recommended was very effective, thank you!

Despite the immediate area, this office is extremely clean and professional. Had to come in for a COVID PCR test and they got me in and out in under 15 minutes. There were several people waiting before me, but they prioritize COVID testing because it takes so little time. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for any future needs! Thank you, CityMD

I would skip this location. The doctors and staff were very inexperienced, egotistical and clueless. I will certainly take my business elsewhere going forward and highly recommend you do the same.

The provider i saw, A Talat i believe, should not be working with people. Came in for an examination, she stood atleast 4 feet away...how can you properly examine someone like this? Well I can tell you I was misdiagnosed by her, given medication that didnt help and now the same issue i went in with is far worse than when i 1st went in. UC types like this is a farce, they take you money and show very little care/patients. Also seems as if this provider needs to go back to med school or online college to be instead of act like a doc

People is almost always very nice there. The only problem is that it’s been 5 days and I haven’t gotten my pcr results. I missed a flight yesterday and I’m about to miss it again today bc I don’t have the results. Called them yesterday to ask what could be done and even the manager said that nothing could be done about it. Very frustrating. They also contaminated my sisters pcr sample.

I live around the corner and have gone to this particular one on 6th avenue a dozen times. Every time I was seen quickly by polite professional and quickly diagnosed w medications prescribed, or advice on what should be my next step. 12 trips, 12 good experiences. You do the math.

Great staff, Dr. B. RANOEWIDJOJO, your expertise and attentive care were paramount in addressing my concerns. Your ability to listen patiently, diagnose swiftly, and explain the situation clearly made all the difference. Your treatment was not only prompt but also effective, bringing me much-needed relief.

Very quick check-in process, no appointment needed. I was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes and she was able to diagnose the problem and send a prescription to my pharmacy within the hour. I was given written information/instructions about the problem I was experiencing, treatment recommendations and what to do if the problem didn't improve or became worse. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this location (CityMD West 4th), and would definitely recommend it to others (rather than waiting for hours to be seen at the E.R., or waiting for an appointment with their PCP.) My insurance covered the visit (I paid a $25 co-pay) --significantly less expensive than going to the ER. My visit was on a Thursday afternoon, and I was treated by Anisha Lashkari, MD (about a half hour after I called to see if they accepted my insurance.) Dr. Lashkari was kind, reassuring and competent. Her assistant was also pleasant and attentive. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient too.

All positive. Dr. Walker took all the time needed to answer my questions, cut through the uncertainties and ambiguities, and leave me with a clear understanding of the Covid process. I was traveling and needed to know where I was on the Covid-contagion timeline. Dr. Walker laid it out clearly. The staff were efficient and more than competent. The wait time was minimal.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in the healthcare system. I came in at 1:57pm with my sick 5y/o child with a high fever, swollen tongue and tonsils, headache and rashes all over her body. They did her vitals and locked us in a room without checking back on us or following up for a whole 40mins. When I inquired about how much longer I was told by the receptionist that I can always leave with my sick child after waiting for 40mins. After another 15 min wait, the “Dr” waltz in with no apology in a singsong voice asking how we are doing. She barely looked at my child and said she will prescribe penicillin when I asked her to give her another alternative to penicillin she was very offended. When she was about to leave, after the 30second consultation, I asked her what about the other symptoms she responded by saying oh just give her “something over the counter”. I asked her to give her cetirizine. Her remark was, ‘ oh I don’t have that here’ I said what do you mean? She said it as though I was begging for free medicine. I had to ask her if it cannot be prescribed. That’s when she said sure I can prescribe it. This was the most disturbing experience with a medical professional, it was so bad that I decided to take my child to the ER because I do not trust her. The staff members were all chatting and galavanting as if it was a marketplace, they were so loud and ratchet, I could even hear them discussing patient’s conditions among themselves. These same staff members have the nerve to tell me to lower my voice after being told I could just leave with my sick child. If you only have one doctor on staff instead of being greedy and unscrupulous, be transparent and let people know so that we can go elsewhere. To add icing to the cake, they took a patient in that had his fingers cut off instead of sending him to the hospital. When I was being checked in the were talking about that patient coming in. Would never recommend this place to my dog.
