I would give them zero stars if possible, but the truth about this place is they are dishonest crooks, swindlers, and hoodwinks. I cancelled my mother's appointment with them two and a half weeks in advance because my mother's primary care doctor wasn't going to be available in time for her to have clearance for the appointment, due to the doctor being at a medical conference, and they went ahead and billed her almost 300 dollars, claiming that we didn't cancel the appointment in time. Total hogwash. Plus, the female doctor who attended her was pushy and rude, almost Gestapo like. My advice to you is to avoid this location like the plague. Go somewhere else, where they care more about your health and not trying to rob you like scam artist.

Got a quick appointment, medically I was taken care of more than satisfactorily and they took my insurance wait time was 15-20 mins.

Dr. Smith Peter was very helpful and understanding. They were so kind and guided me step by step.

I’m giving the one star review since the call service put me in a very unpleasant situation with this location. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was told the location accepts my insurance. When I got there, I spent half an hour waiting and only then was told that they don’t accept it there. This is insanity upsetting and distorting. I was offered to go to another location in midtown like I have all the time in the world to travel around Manhattan. What can I say - Never again! You guys will lose your patients soon enough.

Staff is polite and the Doctor at Fulton st. is amazing! I am glad with my sudden results and I can't wait to see the final results in the future. I recommend anyone that's having poor blood circulation and veins popping out to get this procedure done ASAP. I'm glad I decided to begin this treatment! Thankyou 😌

It was very quick process and the doctor was very nice actually all staff was very nice and very knowledgeable especially the young lady at the end helping me in my mother obtain our cards thank you all have a blessed life.

My experience when I did my veins was excellent no pain . I would recommend it to family and friends.

My appointment was very in depth. I was asked a lot of questions about what was going on. Then the Dr. came in and checked my legs then we did the most thorough ultrasounds I have had. Then the Dr. reviewed the images and my legs again to verify everything. My Dr. was wonderful!

As a first time client, I was very pleased from the customer service at the front desk to the nurses and the Surgeon. They were all very patient as well as attentive. All aspects of the process was explained in laymen's terms to assure you clarity.
