There
was
an
unnecessary
bill.
The
clerk
said
that
horizon
blue
cross
blue
shieldβs
portal
was
down
and
could
not
verify
insurance.
The
clerk
obtained
this
information
over
a
chat
with
someone
outside
the
office.
Claimed
it
was
an
offshore
team.
This
questions
how
information
is
being
shared
and
the
fact
the
office
does
not
have
a
system
to
urgently
or
adequately
provide
health
services.
After
waiting
in
a
line
with
little
to
no
information,
customers
are
told
they
needed
to
pay
$89
or
leave.
Portal
down.
The
portals'
unavailability
is
not
a
customer
issue
but
that
of
urgent
care.
It
would
be
good
to
inform
before
leaving
people
in
the
cold
for
hours.
Very
mediocre
service
and
workers.
The
same
person
is
responsible
for
cleaning
the
chairs,
spraying
disinfectant,
opening
the
door,
and
testing
patients.
The
vents
do
not
seem
to
work.
This
is
ridiculous
or
more
likely
to
catch
Covid
while
waiting
to
be
tested.
The
office
has
no
hand
sanitizers
-
wall
mount
was
empty
-
and
so
was
the
water
jug.
No
cups.
The
floors
are
dirty.
An
overall
mediocre
experience
for
the
price
of
a
Covid
test
that
is
free
elsewhere.
Better
go
through
the
trouble
for
a
free
test
than
to
pay
for
this
service.
