👍👍 I love this place! It's free! Everyone cares or is at least courteous. The wait time is long but if you get in early in the morning you'll be good. DO NOT go around noon you'll be waiting forever!!! People often mention people, staff,

2:46 pm 03.24.2023 the woman at the reception said that they no longer accept people and was quite rude. I'm not sure who they work for? With such a ridiculous schedule, it is impossible to get to the doctor or get tested. It looks like they're just emptying the bank account of the New York City Department of Health, which taxpayers replenish with every single paycheck. Update The organization of the process is terrible! The staff of the clinic humiliates you for simply being there. you need to talk to 5(!) different people in the clinic and it takes 2.5 hours(!). 3 different people who check you in. Couldn't it just be one person? Why are these 3 different people? Then a nurse, then a doctor! plus 2 different people on the first floor and a receptionist on the second floor. total 8 people. Insane... You must still remain 6 feet apart. Guys, it's 2023, not 2020. 🤦🏻 They have the police (!) as security who keep you on the first floor until you see the receptionist on the second floor and treat you like you've committed a crime. Is this a prison or a clinic? The facility is insanely old, dirty, coupled with the angry attitude of the workers and the poor organization of the process, this is a terrible experience visiting this clinic. Is this for real for our own tax money?

This place is so unprofessional I got here before 1 and they told me to come back when I came back they wouldn’t let me be seen by the doctor and they sent me to the third floor… the cop in there was very rude and didn’t give af and so did the security guard and the manager.. I’ll never ever recommend anyone to go there they play with your time and emotions

the people here were not professional. the asian nurse who i could tell was new was one of the only professional staff there was, she was being precepted by an older nurse who was in the room when i was going to get something done. the older bigger nurse laughed at my genuine questions and i smiled but i thought that its really unprofessional to laugh at your patients inquiries, she was also embarrassing my nurse in front of me correcting her in a disrespectful manner, which is also not good to do in front of the patient. The woman in the front who handles the forms is also really mean, like her job is so hard. i appreciate the services here but the professionalism in this healthcare facility went out the window

Amazing admin staff and even better clinical staff!!! If this wasn't just a first step for outside referrals to long-term care providers, I would love to have these professionals be my primary care physicians. Thank you for such a positive experience.

the staff are a delight. whoever is contributing to the team culture + patient care is a rockstar. from security to intake to collections and exit (~20 mins), everyone was kind, professional, and warm. so grateful!

Extremely rude and gave misleading information at the front desk- waited for 30 mins only to be told I couldn’t be seen. Waste of time

I had an appointment today (received so many confirmations by email and phone), when I arrived, the girl just told me "it's closed today, maybe tomorrow". So nice.
