This place is Extremely disorganized. I give zero stars. I had waited 4 hours for a PFT which normally takes less than 1.5 hours. I would have waited more. I finally had enough and started to question what type of intake system they had where anyone just comes in and gets seen by the NP and others wait for hours and hours. The place has inadequate air conditioning and all of their medical staff are new due to their high turnover rate. Extremely disorganized and the admin staff are highly rude.

Super friendly staff that actually care about the patients that go there. They go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of. I highly recommend it.

Been here at least 3 times to do my uscg medicals and drug testing for either mmc renewal or for and upgrade paperwork. Never had and issue, especially when your all squared away. I'm always in and out. Not sure what some of these others folks issues are. Dr is great, the male secretary in the front was very professional.

I was very pleased with my experience at Medical Associates of Wall Street. I normally get all of my routine drug and physical testing completed in order to meet employment requirements. Staff are friendly professional and care about their clients. Staff Nurse Tran attended me with professionalism was very kind and made sure I was being attended to. I will continue to come to MAWS for routine checks and test. A big thank you to Tran and all staff at MAWS

The entire staff from the front office to Dr Gandelman were great. It was very easy to make the appointment, the office sent a reminder and I was seen within minutes of walking in the door. I highly recommend this office to anyone who would benefit from their services.

Do not trust this place! I went to Medical Associates of Wall Street on December 1, 2021 to get a Yellow Fever shot. The office itself was not what I was expecting...seemed more like an old office building and a bit unorganized. Nevertheless, after being told I needed to take a pregnancy test and taking my vitals I was finally seen by a doctor. The doctor is not on the "Our Team" page of their website currently so I don't know if she works there anymore. She was nice enough and explained every detail of what she was doing to me very thoroughly - almost so much so that it made me question what was going on here. For example, she showed me that the bottle containing the vaccine she was about to give me was not expired. I've never had a doctor do that before...shouldn't it just be assumed that the doctor is going to give me a vaccine that isn't expired? Once the vaccine was administered she continued to ask me about my experience and "wasn't this office so great and I would give them a good review right?". Very odd. Circling back to the reason I decided to review them today - I received a bill in the mail showing I owe a balance of $860 and that it is past due. I have no idea why I am receiving this because I paid the flat fee of $350 for the vaccine on the day of my visit. The bill has no line items listed. When I attempt to call the office number listed online the call fails. When I click the "Contact Us" button on the website I get a message "Feature Disabled". I'm just going to ignore the bill and probably go ahead and submit a complaint to the BBB. I'd advise staying far away from this place. I chose to go to them because I needed the Yellow Fever vaccine asap before a trip to Africa and they were within walking distance of where I live but I wish I'd done more research and gone to somewhere more reputable.

I've been here for over two hours waiting for a random drug test. Guy next to me had been there since open and still hadn't been seen. Staff didn't seem to be in a huge rush. No explanations given. Would not recommend under any condition.

I came here for a pre-employment test. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the phlebotomist seemed nervous and had a hard time drawing my blood.

Great experience getting USCG medical. I was taken on time and efficiently went through the medical and drug testing process. They were knowledgeable of the procedure and answered all of my questions.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! Long story short: They were disorganized, under prepared, not well trained and I ended up passing out and hitting the floor during getting my blood drawn. *Long story with details below* I as sent here by my employer to have a pre-employment medical examination done. Upon arrival the front desk lady seemed very friendly and gave me the necessary paperwork to fill out. I filled it out and waited to be called. Once I was called it was apparent that things seemed to be disorganized as the lady who would do my exam could not find the scale to weigh me. It had been moved to a different room and some of the workers expressed their frustration to their coworkers about this in front of me. I didn't think much of this; however, it was soon that I realized the lady doing my exam was VERY unsure of what she was doing and seemed very new. Still I was nice and considerate. She brought me into a room for one of the exams but didn't have the neccessary tools available to complete the exam. So from there she said we will do a different test first (not telling me which one). It was the blood test which I figured out on my own after seeing the syringes in the room (would have been nice to be informed first considering I don't do well with blood, but I went along with it). She began to prep everything without saying much at all to me. Once she got the needle in my arm I was fine since I was looking away and mentally prepared myself. However, next I hear her say "oh shoot" and she pulls the needle out. At this point I become very lightheaded, hot and pale. I ask her if they have crackers around because I don't deal with blood well. She didn't really answer me. Then I tell her I need to put my head between my legs to get the blood flowing so I can feel better. All of the sudden the next thing I know, I'm waking up on the floor not knowing where I am and covered in sweat hearing people say "Miss, Miss are you okay". Apparently I had passed out and knocked my knee as I observed that the skin was broken. They immediately gave me water and orange juice to help me feel better. I heard the lady who drew blood from me say, "yeah she just slipped out of the chair". Another lady responded "Did anyone tell you she was fasting for this exam?" The lady doing my exam replied "No". And they asked if she had asked me that which she did not. Like ,WHAT?!?! You don't tell your assistance pertinent information before examinations? CRAZY! Eventually they brought me to another room to lay down until I felt better. Finally I was feeling well again and they had to draw blood for real this time since the first time was messed up. Of course I was so nervous, but it worked this time and I got through it. After this the rest of the exam was quite disorganized. The headphones for the hearing exam didn't work for one ear so the lady asked if I was deaf in my right ear. "Ummm, not to my knowledge" I responded (way to freak me out lady!). Next when measuring me she got the ruler stuck in my hair... At this point I was like okay get me the hell out of here, but I still had to wait to see the doctor. I finally saw the PA and she was very nice, considerate, and to seemed to be very knowledgable which calmed my nerves. She completed my exam and I left swearing never to return again as it was negative experience. Granted I don't do well with blood and I've known this about myself for years, but because of that I've learned how to make sure I'm okay and prep myself. Never before have I ever passed out from shots or drawing blood. I was just very shocked at how unprepared the lady who did my medical exam seemed to be. Maybe she wasn't trained by her company well enough? Who knows. Hopefully no one else has this same experience.

This office has always not been professional. I have had to have a procedure done here on more than one occasion that was done in the most humiliating way possible. Ill never forget how they have treated me In the exam rooms. What is said at the front desk by the male and female staff is also very improfessional especially the young man that works there. I hate the fact that i have to deal with this office sometimes.

👍👍 Everyone at the office is so nice. Dr. Shelton took his time with me and explained all my options without pushing me into anything. He’s wonderful and I trust his expertise. 😠 I’m 32. Been going here since I was 14. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous. I was told I needed to have a surgical procedure done and that I needed to meet the provider. On 3 different occasions I was scheduled at the office and each time I got there, staff notified me that...

😠 First of all, I'm a local this was the second time I went to this place. August 08 at 1:00pm, I did 3 person line and I overheard people were arguing at the front desk. My assumption was that of course front desk had an attitude base from last experience. Shortly, a young lady coming out saying to m...

😠 ZERO STARS. They botched my blood sample and lab could not run my tests. Now they are playing a cat and mouse game with phone calls and emails. During my second visit, one of their 'assistants' (will keep 'them' anonymous) asked me for a job because this place doesn't pay them enough. They also have...
