ZERO STARS*** Worst service ever! They made me wait 2.5 hours for a doctor just to ask me if I have any medical conditions and just sign a form. They gave me the form incomplete and also I had to come back because they did not ask me to sign it before sealing the envelope. On top of that, I had a laboratory sending me a bill for tests I paid upfront at the office. Now, 3 weeks after this bad experience I need to come back to this place because the USCIS sent me a letter saying my form was missing pages. I paid $400 for the worst service I could’ve ever got. This really could compromise my immigration case. Don’t come to this place if you don’t want to get screwed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Nao Medical. I scheduled an appointment for a CDL medical card online, taking time off work and driving 30 minutes to their office. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no doctor was available to perform the exam that day. What's even more frustrating is that they didn't offer any apologies or check their schedule before my arrival to notify me of the cancellation. This lack of professionalism and consideration for their patients' time is deeply disappointing.

This is by far the worst urgent care I’ve been to. I needed a rapid covid test and since they have a sign stating they accept walk-ins, I went. However, once you walk in they make you scan a code and tell you to make an appointment which defeats the purpose of a walk-in. It was 1:45pm when I went and I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. I was then told I needed to wait an hour to be seen because the doctor hasn’t gone on their break yet. When I asked why would I be allowed to schedule this time if they weren’t available I was told the doctors break was at 1pm but they had walk-ins so he took them. Here’s what makes no sense to me. If your lunch break is at 1pm, why continue to see patients and then at 2pm when your break is supposed to be over, you start to make them wait? They also make it seem like the only person who can give a rapid covid test is the doctor. Everyone else who works there seems to be for show. I should’ve known this place was a problem when I watched three people ahead of me walk out. Never again.

I was seen by Ms. Christine Christian today and she was so pleasant and nice. I think all staff members should be as kind as she was to me. Thank you ergent care staff

Always a pleasant experience with the staff . Never had to wait for more than about 15 minutes . The clinic is always clean and still follows Covid-19 protocols. I will Go back as many times as needed.

This place is always clean, staff is super friendly and attentive, I went in today and got treated with respect and dignity like always, and I was prescribed the medicine that I needed. Super happy this is so close to my house. Thank you all for all of your service.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years already and I’ve always had a good experience coming here as it was a fast process. Lately there’s a huge wait time. Maybe there’s been a change of management or something but it’s a mess. Just to get checked in, it took me almost an hour and there was no one else waiting!!!! The ladies in the front just gossip amongst each other and finish their conversation before attending to the patients. Never coming back here again

Very ignorant and unprofessional. Waited 15 mins to get told we are no longer taking Covid exams. Watched them talk amongst each other and talk about a client because he was frustrated because of the wait. Please go to City MD if you can PLEASE. It’s bad enough we have to deal with this virus but to be rude and ignorant in healthcare is another.

You want a quick covid-19 test? A pcr test? Or antibodies test? This facility will have all those things done for you. Even the pcr result comes in less than 72 hrs they indicated. But i am wondering, and this just on my personal experience, if the antibodies testing being done are accurate. I am not specifically pointint to this facility as they are the one doing the actual analysis. My igG was positive before, now negative. Hmm...

It was wonderful. Very convenient. I went right after work and received my results the next day. Thank you

Terrible service, terrible people working there no hospitality threatened to call cops on me, just rude and then tried to paint me as the crazy lady for losing it after the treatment I got. I would urge everyone to go to the urgent care located not too far away at 2304 eastchester

My appointment was for 12:30 and I was able to get there 8mins early.I was checked in and was told to sit in the waiting room to see a doctor.The thing I never understood is why schedule someone or have them schedule for a time to be seen and still don't be seen at the select time.Its the fact the waiting room is empty,with about one or two people in the exam room(s).

I came to start care on 10/3/21 for a PCR test I explained to everyone I was going away on 10/6/21. They reassured me that my results would be in 72 hours I have not received my results no one knew which lab had my PCR test. I am missing my flight because I received poor service from stat care. This should be unacceptable I would never use their service or my friends or family.

Took too long when it was only me and two other patients. One provider asked me the reason for my visit and then when i was done, another asked me the same questions. I don't think they knew what they were doing and it irritated me because all I had was an ear infection. I Never received my summary report or prescription details bc I had to leave due to the long wait. Never AGAIN! Disappointed in the Community Care

Very long wait . Good service . Recently contacted them for my vista summary because I need it for surgery. I’ve been jumping through hoops just to get it since 8am this morning. The receptionst was had a very nasty attitude. Using words like I said to waitttttttt and why don’t you got your visit notes cus I’m not the doctor and they were never given to me.

Good staff. Typical clinic but without the massive headaches/back and fourth nonsense. Go in and tell em why your there and they'll assist you! Definitely recommend

I did not have to wait long. The doctors were professional and took there time to explain to me what my condition were.

I met Frank and he did a fantastic job seeing me and taking care of the pain I was in and treated me like a real person which I appreciated ,I feel at work and hurt my knee and my back ,he took good care of me

My experience first getting there was poor, There was no one at the front desk to service patient’s and someone should’ve been there at 8 am I entered the building at 8:45 am. Other people was there so I asked a young lady that work’s there if someone world service me where she stated that someone should’ve been here at 8 but isn’t here yet and she walked back to where she was sitting and talking in the back. So I had to wait until 9 am for another young lady to come in. I was definitely upset because I couldn’t breath due to asthma and my blood pressure was very High. Once inside and they discovered my condition’s I did feel a bit relieved, I mean I was finally getting the attention I should’ve gotten immediately. The male nurse was very nice and answered all my questions to the best of his ability and the doctor was also nice. I received Asthma medication and I’m feeling much better now. I just feel as though they could’ve at least asked what were here for if the door’s were open and people were inside just standing there.

Nao Urgent care has always been one of the best facilities I've ever been too. The staff is WONDERFUL and they were fully on top of my Medical needs. I always got a call from someone in their office to check on me after my visit. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars.

Did my DOT Medical certification at this location. Nurses are super friendly and polite. Clean, and well kept office/waiting room. Nao Medical will be my primary care Provider going forward. Thank you guys.

I have been here twice so far. Both times I received great care. I have went early both times so it is never packed. The place is clean and the staff are really nice and helpful.

Waited 2 hours just to sign some papers WITH NO WAITING LINE, doctor just lazy sitting around stealing your insurance money while patient just lose their mind waiting

Prompt, courteous staff, good Dr and treated for my issue efficiently. In which I can appreciate. Dr. was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would return. This is the 2nd time I came to this location. The 1st time was for my Covid-19 rapid test. Which was also a good experience. Fast. Little to no wait time and efficient service also.

Front desk was very rude and let the person behind me frist because the email was saying I was blocked and refused to help me was very two face about it. Very disorganized but if you need a quick letter or anything under the table perfect place to go. Lol

I went here for a walk in for my daughter the staff are very polite. We didn't wait long to see the doctor who was great also. They called me two days after my visit to check on my daughter. Such a great place in a not so good area which sucks. But if I need to I will def go back

This has to be the 3rd time I been here. I love the fact that I can book an appt online and the service is always great. The staff is extremely courteous. And the rooms and waiting area are exceptionally clean.

My son has a fever of 101.2 and I had dad take him while I stayed with the other two kids. I had to call in to work that I was going to be late because my son needs medical attention. The staff there stated that because he’s a new patient you have to make an appointment. Now it’s just laziness because when I looked online there was an appointment within 20 minutes. Now I just wasted time, had to pay a cab to work just for my son to be declined care. I have triplets so now dad is going to have to go with three kids to the appointment when they could’ve taken care of them then and there but the staff refused to fill out paperwork. Have more empathy people have jobs obligations and duties and now dad is going to have to struggle with three children at the clinic.

From the moment you step into the office, your welcomed by receptionist to address your Appointments scheduled as well as Walk-Ins. My Nurse Kia was such a tremendous help! She is a Dedicated, Professional, Well spoken Nurse, and was Eager to answer all of my questions and concerns. She is very good at her Profession. Also, the timeframe was wonderful I didn’t spend hours in a doctors office as usual. Great Doctors office. Thank you Kia.

Great, quick & kindly service. My wife and me went to get an antigen test and we got it almost immediately, both online and print. Definitely, we’ll be back again.

All of the chairs in the facility were well past the prime; an overhaul needs to happen.

Went there for the first time very clean clinic and everyone was nice And polite the service was excellent, and wow my appointment time was on point arrived a little early for my CDL Physical they got me started on my forms right away there was Just no waiting after that awesome clinic.

After hours doctor isn't the best, and also will show judgement towards patients. Although all other staff was super friendly and helpful and definitely welcoming to say the least. Would recommend to try to go before 4:30

Frank, Stephanie, Kia and the rest of the team at Noa medical are some of the most dedicated and passionate to not only finding solutions, but also ensuring that each patient leaves with full transparency regarding matters pertaining to their health! 10/10. P.s be kind and patient with this team during the holidays/ flu season, this practice, as do the rest, tend to get extremely busy due to the surge of folks with flu symptoms/Covid.

I was raised in the X since i was a kid, i gotta say the staff was very friendly and caring, I had a bit of an issue and they went beyond expectation to get me situated. Despite the location, phenomenal service, didn't feel i was in the Bronx. (Respectfully)

Nao Medical are a liars! I went there for my imigration doctor paperwork. After summarizing all the immunizations I'll be paying out of my pocket they charged me $590. Few day later I get a bill from Sunrise Medical labs for another $690. Until today I'm trying to find out how is it that they request money i was never informed about paying??. When I spoke to billing, no one was helpfull. If you need imigration doc paperwork go somewhere else!

The experience for my mother at Nao Medical exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was very helpful with good energy and explained everything effectively.

I went there for urgent care for the first time. It would’ve taken overall like 10 min for the doctor to treat me. But let me tell you they made wait for hours & hours. I think at a point they even forgot that I was there, which was ridiculous. I was really sick that I had to go to urgent care and that’s how they treated me I swear.

It was an average visit Though I was early and no one was there during my appt I still had to wait quite a while to be seen I had an 11:55 appt reach at 11:30 got out after 1pm no one else was there until I was walking out

First time visiting Nao Medical and I had a great experience. Barbara was very helpful and nice. I always have a hard time getting blood drawn but she got it on the first try and was very gentle. Will definitely be coming back for more care. The space is clean and making an appointment is very easy.

This amazing doctor and nurse were extremely patient and attentive to my daughter‘s needs in regard to her health. I Appreciate this doctor and nurse at the 174 street facility at NAO medical. Also the team for scheduling appointments that made a vist fast convenient and most of all address the care and needs for my daughter for specific testing. Thank you Nao Medical
