really good experience. Very short wait time. Staff was courteous and helpful. Waiting room was clean and orderly. The technician, Max, administered the PCR test quickly and gently. I received my results in less than 24 hours.

Should have reviewed sooner. Truth be it known, at first, my thoughts were, another Urgent care! But the reason it is so successful is clear. Have gone to this Medrite at 1646 Second Avenue Between 85 and 86th St’s several times and each visit has been easy, quick and just downright outright civil. Even during this past week when lines formed and they had record numbers of visits, (and continue) they were patient, orderly and professional. To boot, it’s is spotless, spacious, and a very pleasant environment. Also, water in a mini fridge available to keep us hydrated! I don’t remember everyone’s names but every single person was kind including Mimo, Christina, Troy and Tari. I had a special requirement the other day and Sarah, the Manager was swift to tend to it with ease, and showed me ex’s toy why this is such a pleasant facility. She is a fine Administrator/Manager and clearly an excellent example which all her employees follow. An excellent leader is made obvious by her team. I applaud Sarah and the entire staff at this Medrite location who go over and above. Am both thankful and grateful. Bravi!!!

I walked in bleeding from my head, with a huge lump, a twisted neck and dizziness after fainting and the receptionist was rude and careless. There were a few people in the waiting room, but not too many. I sat there bleeding profusely for 40 minutes before they called me in. They took my vitals and I waited and waited while the doctors and staff took their sweet time joking around in the hallway about God knows what. I left and went elsewhere where I found out I needed stitches immediately and had a pulled neck muscle and a concussion. I’ve never sued anyone in my life, but this was negligence and they should be shut down.

One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Service was extremely fast for a Sunday afternoon, I liked the virtual check in/patient onboarding, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional.

Kiyana is an excellent MA. She keeps you calm while drawing your labs. Shes also very informative. She does great lab work. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. I recommend medrite 100%

Dr. Emily Kuo was amazing, listened to all my concerns and went through everything very clearly. Was so nice to have her follow up call the next day. The xray tech was also very professional and personable.

The staffs at MedRite is very warm, polite and professional. The doctor,NP or the nurse, I didn't ask about their job title but who swabbed my nose on the 3/8/22 he is was compassionate, caring and sympathetic. I told him my husband expired and I'm telling you he shared very comforting words and even offer help if I needed. He said I feel your pain and I can help you get grief counseling. So here around 7:35 AM and there’s already a line it’s not too bad but if your looking to have an in and out experience come early. I just finished by 9:00 AM I’ve experienced way worse the only con I will say is that the People online will be literally on top of each other and some People don’t have masks one either. BUT THE STAFF IS THE BEST AND THERE SO SWEET AND NICE

Best experience possible - came for a free rapid PCR covid test ahead of travel. Had an 11am slot (booked in advance but it was pretty empty so maybe not necessary) and had my results by evening same day. I was in and out in 10 minutes and everyone was lovely

I came in to the facility to get a rapid test required for my job. The girl Jade at the front desk was by herself and busy, but was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. She answered any and every question I had with the upmost confidence. She was very kind and hilarious to chat with. Before I left she made sure to inquire if I needed anything else which was sweet of her and great customer service. I don’t usually come to this urgent care, but will definitely be returning for any future necessities. Thank you again to Jade. You were awesome!!

In comparison with other urgent care facilities in the neighborhood (CityMD) MedRite ranks superior in terms of quality of staff, safety precautions, and quickness. I've seen many doctors at this facility and the experience has always been consistently positive.

Professional, clean, fast and efficient. This is the second time I've been to this urgent care and both times the team members have been great from the front desk to the providers. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, the medical assistant/nurse did an initial intake and did some tests before the provide came to see me, which saved a lot of time on the tail end of my visit and didn't keep me sitting/waiting aimlessly for the provider as she was finishing up with other patients. I felt very comfortable and was impressed by the professional attitude of the staff. The practice itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Four other urgent care type places had no rapid tests. A friend recommended MedRite. There was a long line. The MedRite employee, Conroy, worked this line like a magician, explained the delay and the amount of time it would take--45-60 minutes. It took less. Conroy kept us informed and showed real concern. Once in the door, I was seen by Troy who performed the test so easily, I barely noticed. I will make this MedRite my go to place when in need of care.

I went to this urgent care with a classic Bulls eye rash, the Dr. made me feel stupid for suggesting Lyme Disease from a Tick bite. Told me it was just a bug bite. Over the course of the week, this spread across my body - went to a dermatologist who immediately diagnosed me with Lyme disease. Wasted an entire week with the bacteria inside me.

Staff was nice. Doctor was super attentive and very sweet. I had a quick and nice experience. Thank you.

Didn't think I would be typing this, but I had an amazing experience with this year's flu virus thanks to the folks at MEDRITE Urgent Care at 1646 Second Ave!!! The folks that helped me - my nurse, my PA, and the doctor who called me to follow up with my test results could not have been any nicer or more comforting. We were able to catch it so early that medication seems to have helped a lot. As for MEDRITE, their intake was speedy and the facility is cleaner than my own house. Thank you again for your kindness and skilled care.

It took very little time to obtain a Covid 19 rapid test. Very professional and at least on a Wednesday afternoon not busy at all.

Worse experience ever! These people are incompetent. I went to their van to do covid testing, receive an email and am unable to log in to retrieve my results. They inputted my information incorrectly. I tried a million ways to get it to work and of course theres no telephone number on the website. So I call this location and press the option for billing and got John. The most incompetent person I’ve ever spoken to. Not helpful and refused to give me his last name. Spent a half hr asking for help and he just stood silent and kept asking me how to spell my name and DOB over and over. Complete waste of time. I was told he cant help me and to go back to the van which is obviously already gone for the day and I need these results to go back to work tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN! Insurance fraud for sure!! I will be contacting my insurance to let them know they cannot bill for something i was unable to obtain.

Went to MedRite twice and CityMD once within the past couple of months and the difference in service was wild. While CityMD is fine and incredibly average, MedRite provides the better, more efficient experience by far. The people who work there are great and I feel like the service is as good as going to my regular doctor

Pleasantly surprised at the level of detail and professionalism I experienced here! The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and the walk-in process was pretty seamless. I was able to register and be seen by a nurse in 30 minutes. Would recommend!

Very impressive urgent care facility. Large space with many rooms for personal care. Large staff of professionals and front office employees. All very courteous. On the day I was there they told me that the wait time was not too long and so it was. I waited approximately one hour for a Covid-19 Rapid test which was not very long at all. The clinic was clean and orderly. The staff was well trained and very professional.. I would certainly recommend MedRite Urgent Care, Yorkville, on 2nd Ave between 85th and 86th Sts. to everyone.

Aside from a fluke false positive rapid test, the clinic was able to help clarify the confusion and confirm that my PCR was negative. Handled an otherwise hectic situation very well and professionally. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and staff were very friendly.

I went on a Sunday to get tested for covid. I was on line for approximately 2 hours or so. My rapid test results was given hours later and my pcr results came in Wednesday morning. My rapid test was negative for covid but my pcr results was positive for covid. The employees were very nice, I was treated well by everyone. I would recommend this clinic.

This is a first rate walk-in clinic. Clean, well lit, and well run. They’re polite and efficient and the medical personnel are very competent. Their follow up is quick and their testing results are secure. The free bottle of water is a nice touch.

MedRite Urgent Care was about as good as it gets for Covid testing. I was ushered into a patient room and took the tests (PCR and antigen) almost right away, within 10 min. of entering the place. I got the results of the rapid test within 2 hours, so I highly recommend it.

I like this location – It's very clean and the front desk staff is nice and organized. I saw Stephanie Perlman who was very attentive and helpful. Test results come back quickly through text and email.

Medications were never transfered by PA to CVS pharmacy. Had to suffer with a painful urinary tract infection due to incompetance over night . When I went to find out status of scripts he next day I was told I had to be seen by a new provider. No apology or good explanation was given as to why original providers scripts were not transfered to pharmacy. AVOID AT ALL COST. GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC !

My visit with Katherine was great, she took care of me efficiently! The entire team was very helpful as well and informative. The facility is extra clean which in times like today matter a lot to me.

The doctor let me in to wait inside because it was raining, so respectful and kind. The person who did my tests was patience and nice. Wonderful experience with minimum wait time. I must point out the place is so clean to bring the shame to some Operation Rooms. Thanks and wish the best.

It’s been 32 hours, and I still haven’t gotten my PCR results. No one has called to follow up. I can’t even easily locate their portal so I can see if anything has been added (unlikely, since they claim they’ll send me a text as soon as the results come in. You’ll never see an actual doctor. Only a paraprofessional, whose entire repertoire is taking a nasal swab for Covid or the flu. You should know that going to a place like this is not a substitute for going to a real doctor. They have very limited medical knowledge. If you happen to test positive for Covid or the flu, it’s helpful because I assume they can probably get you a prescription pretty quickly. Other than that, you’re on your own. All they do is check your vitals. It’s a more pleasant environment than getting tested in the street, but the outcome is the same.

This is a review about the manager only. The staff and service I received was phenomenal. I had a question about tests I was billed for and hadn’t received. I spoke with someone named Dan. This man is by far the creepiest human I have ever met! He literally made me so uncomfortable just staring at me. Avoid!

Initially I thought this place was great. They saw me quickly, and the provider gave me guidance and tips that were helpful. However the basic staff is disorganized, immature and unprofessional. I didn't get my results as promised so I called and they sent me a password protected file without a password. I called several other times to learn the the password was "1234." They got snippy and hung up on me, saying I was rude. I continued to call all morning and they would not pick up, presumably they can see my phone number. I had to walk over there to get my flu results, which were not included on the password protected doc. The woman at the front was rude and refused to give her name when I asked. I wasted tons of time on what should have been a very straightforward exchange and received very poor service. Don't waste your time, just go elsewhere.
