I did not know what to expect when I called up Field Trip. All I knew was that I was in despair and no counselor I spoke to and no medicine I was taking and no amount of drinking I did was making me feel any better, and much less, any hope. After spending the last 2 months working with a Field Trip therapist and visiting the clinic, I can report that I am thoroughly grateful and satisfied with the care I received. I have a new outlook on my life and others’ lives as well. My attitude has changed for the better and best of all, I feel free to live my life as the person I want to be and not the person I think I’m supposed to be. My work is not yet done but a psychological transformation is well underway. I love how I feel now, even in the face of conflictual or challenging circumstances. I wish everyone living with emotional pain, crippling addiction, guilt or “dread of a new day” could experience treatment with Field Trip Health. The world would, without a doubt, be a better place. And speaking of a better place, the clinic is unlike any other mental health facility I’ve been in before. It’s more like going on a “psych retreat” or to a resort for mental wellness. Field Trip Health is the model of what the future of mental healthcare needs to be.

After months of the pandemic and several tragic losses I felt stuck. After six sessions with Field Trip I feel unstuck and motivated. I feel a sense of agency of my life and that I can do things that are important. I had a huge fear trying ketamine because, like many people, I had a stigma around psychedelics, mostly because I didn’t know how it works and how it will affect me. But I was at the point in my life where I didn’t expect anything or anyone can help me. It helped. It’s not just the medication but ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) that was offered to me that shifted my life in a direction I want to do. I let go a lot of things that I didn’t need and were weighing me down, I decluttered my space (something I struggled with for years because of feeling no energy), I stopped using social media (at least temporarily) to understand what I want to share there and how I want to use it in the future. I started connecting with people on a deeper level. I feel that I made a huge healing step in my grieving process. The team of therapists were amazing and I felt self and supported. It is a lot of work to integrate and maintain when I learned and but this therapy definitely helped me untuck and move forward with my life. I’m so grateful. It worked for me.

Everything about Field Trip Health was an amazing experience. A life changing experience and I am so grateful for the positive impact it has had in my life. This place absolutely changed my life. The staff is so kind and considerate, the work they do is beyond anything you can really imagine or put into words. Amy is a wonderful therapist, all of the nurses are sweet as can be, and Alexandra at the front desk is such a welcome face to greet before treatment, and will send you anything you need if you just ask over email or in person. You'll feel totally taken care of from start to finish. Best money I ever spent.

I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. Every person I interacted with was so caring and kind. My therapist was with me through the entire process and really got to know and understand me and what my goals were for my treatment. I was really reassured by how invested she was in my success. The facilities themselves are wonderful, it was such a beautiful and relaxing space. I never, ever felt ill at ease or unsure of what was next. They are so organized and were great at communicating with me in advance of every step so I always knew what to expect and had ample time to raise any questions. I'd highly, highly recommend Field Trip Health over another service that offers doses in the mail. The integration therapy offered by Field Trip was so invaluable. I absolutely felt like I got my money's worth and highly recommend it to anyone who is curious about trying this type of treatment.

I am writing this review as a changed person! Field Trip has been such an important part of my healing journey. I have dealt with depression and anxiety since my early 20s. I contacted Field Trip to be part of my healing journey because I feeling a lack of progress in 'traditional' modalities (talk therapy, medication, partial hospitalization etc.) and read a ton of research which shared the benefits of the use of psychedelics to support relief for people suffering from treatment resistant mental health conditions. While hopeful I was skeptical due to my long term challenges with mood. From the first session in studio I was disarmed with the true kindness, warmth and kindness of my treatment team (Jess, Faizal, Emily) and the operations staff (Rachel, Tighan). The team worked with me to secure treatment in NYC and in LA while traveling so I could keep the recommended pace with the treatment sessions. I felt held (literally and figuratively), seen and supported through the entire journey and like the team had a legitimate interest in my success, not as if I was just a number. From my professional background I know how difficult it can be to offer quality, consistent service and support as a fast growing start up, but Field Trip continued to Impress me in this regard. I am now going to be an evangelist of this type of treatment. I am so lucky to have found Field Trip!

If you have treatment resistant depression, Ketamine is for you. It is a transformative treatment and Stella's space is welcoming. Edit: since all of the Field Trip Health staff was jettisoned, I do not recommend. I tried to get follow up treatment in December and it wasn’t until February I got anything scheduled. Their scheduling options are so narrow it’s impossible to have a job at the same time. They fully expect you to put your life on hold to get treatment here. It also takes weeks to get an answer to any inquiries. I was forced to cancel everything and start over. I’m now three months without helpful treatment. Pretty horrible operations. I do not recommend.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. I gained more perspective about who I am and what I need to work on than in any other therapeutic setting I've ever had in my life. David was incredible to work with, and the whole team was super friendly and supportive.

Having suffered from anxiety and depression for years, FT was one of the few places that I felt truly and consistently viewed me holistically, as a full person with passions, hobbies, and dreams outside of simply getting better. My experience at Field Trip Health was life changing. I highly recommend them. From the first intake until the farewell, I felt completely taken care of. Their facilities are also superb and their human approach is unbelievable. The results amazing, my therapist, Juanita, was fully with me all along the way. As a result, I have reclaimed a new perspective of life and a solid sense of self.
