Great Service! I was in so much pain. I followed the doctor's advice and felt much better from day 1 after the first visit. I will definitely do my follow up.

Dr. Malapura is fantastic. He listens to what you have to say and is very pragmatic and holistic in his approach to your recovery. He and his staff are all very friendly and personable. His staff goes the extra mile (calls, email, text, etc), making sure you have everything you need. He makes everything as convenient as possible for patients in the 21st century e.g., online booking, medications delivered to your door, email referrals, etc. Every medical experience should be like this.!

I was seen promptly. The receptionist was very pleasant and was aware of my appointment. The office was clean and professional. I was given a clear diagnosis, recommendations, and recovery plan by the physician. All of the referrals were emailed to me, which was very convenient. I was contacted the next day with some results and to ensure I didn't have any issues with anything. I would definitely return to this practice in the future if needed.

It makes it super easy to schedule an appointment and contact the staff. You can get your questions answered via texting! Dr. Melepura and receptionist Jazmin are both very friendly and easy to work with. They were taking the time to listen and evaluate my pain conditions. Dr. Melepura was able to provide clear next steps right away. Might come back and update how the end results go.

Dr Melepura is absolutely wonderful. He was extremely gentle, patient, he listened carefully to every symptom I had. His physical examination covered every detail. I have been struggling with shoulder pain for a year and I prefer to avoid surgery. This is why I went to see Dr. Melepura in first place and he came up with several choices before any surgical intervention. I also like his approach to medicine in the sense that he thinks about the patient as a whole entity, we talked about nutrition and lifestyle. He is very genuine in his interaction and you can tell that besides his empathy he is very passionate about his work. I do strongly recommend him and I will continue my care with him. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Melepura this week. I appreciate that he took the time to explain the breakdown of exactly where and why my pain was happening, and helped me to better understand an issue that I’ve never experienced before. He also provided multiple solutions to help with my issue, including a steroid injection which significantly reduced my pain level almost right away. The office space is clean and relaxing, and the front desk staff is kind, welcoming, and very communicative. My experience was outstanding ! Entire staff at the sports injury and pain management center are well trained, warm, knowledgeable and professional. From the staff to the doctor to the whole ambience of the waiting room and exam room, is well organized, calm, kind, and a uniquely warm environment. Most importantly I felt the doctor really listened carefully to my situation. He did so with great care and concern. I am busy equestrian and I have a unique set of complicated injuries. I was so glad to find someone who cared enough to listen and create a plan that is measured and achieve-able.

Dr. Melepura is calm and thoughtful and attentively listened to my condition. I decided to have a cortisone injection because I trusted his skill. After 30 minutes, I could walk without pain. I tried his "Home Rehabilitation Regimen" and I feel it is helping my knee recovery. His staff is also nice and treated me with care. Hello! I don’t usually write reviews but Dr. Melepura patients care is wonderful. I went to their office for evaluation, and Dr Febin took all the time to review my previous MRI reports, listening to all my concerns and battles of so many symptoms i have been dealing with now for 3 years. He performed physical examination to evaluate pain and balance which many doctors don’t even bother to do and looks at you like you are loosing brain. He is very friendly and caring physician and as a patient with complications that are hard to diagnose, it is comforting when doctors do listen to patients concerns, for proper understanding of symptoms and of course makes one feel “ i am not crazy…” I definitely recommend Dr. Melepura and hope I will have good answers on my next appointment. Office : Greeted by receptionist, very clean office, and medical assistant very sweet and helpful. I came to see Dr. Melepura as a second opinion for neck and shoulder pain. He saw me super quickly. There was essentially no wait, the visit was thorough, and I left with action steps that made me feel heard and supported. I was a little caught off guard by being the only patient in the office, but I could have just been the last patient that day. Would recommend!

I injured myself badly while working out and was able to get a very quick appointment with Dr Melepura. Dr. Melepura spent plenty of time with me to understand my injury, gave me some immediate care, and set me up for imaging which I was able to get very quickly. He was then able to immediately review my MRI images and called me immediately to report on my results. I was able to get a subsequent appointment (next day) for treatment and am on the road to recovery. On top of Dr Melepura, his office team is fantastic. They are extremely responsive through text and are great at follow up. I highly recommend!

I had to schedule a same-day appointment because I had extreme pain in my neck with very limited range of motion. Office was clean and inviting. Minimal wait time to see Dr. Melepura. He asked a series of questions and basic tests to infer what the problem might be. Then gave me injections in the neck area to relieve the pain, which did wonders. I could finally sleep and move without pain. Got a recap email of my visit, including the meds prescribed, helpful stretches i can do at home, and recs for PT. Next day, they sent me text to check in how i was feeling, which i really appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.
