Don't
touch
this
business
with
a
10
foot
pole.
Dr.
Jennifer
Soung
herself
was
very
nice
and
attentive.
However,
becoming
a
customer
of
this
clinic
is
a
nightmare.
I
went
in
for
an
annual
checkup
on
Jan
18
and
got
TWO
charges
for
"advanced
care
planning"
on
Jan
18
and
19.
Tried
to
call
multiple
times
to
dispute
it
but
ended
up
just
paying
the
$100
because
they
were
about
to
send
it
to
collections.
No
one
in
the
billing
department
can
even
tell
me
what
"advanced
care
planning"
actually
means.
And
I
still
got
a
separate
charge
for
the
annual
physical.
And
that's
not
to
mention
that
the
doctor
thought
my
blood
pressure
was
a
tad
bit
high
so
she
scheduled
me
to
come
back
in
2
weeks
to
have
it
taken
again.
Guess
what?
Another
$100
charge
just
for
that,
even
with
an
in-network
insurance
adjustment.
All
they
did
was
measure
my
BP
and
said
you're
good
to
go.
Literally
a
3
minute
ordeal.
Also,
you
can
schedule
an
appointment
online
easily,
but
then
they
don't
even
send
you
an
e-mail
confirmation
about
it.
And
they're
so
coy
about
cancelling
appointments--you
have
to
call
them
to
cancel.
Any
business
that
does
that
is
instantly
a
0
in
my
book.
Overall,
extremely
gross
business
practices
all
around.
Absolutely
do
NOT
go
here.
