I've
been
a
patient
here
for
a
little
over
a
year.
At
first,
I
was
happy
with
the
care
I
received,
but
one
year
later
and
I've
encountered
nothing
but
problems.
The
first
issue
I've
had
was
with
a
charting
error.
I
live
with
multiple
chronic
illnesses
&
needed
a
doctor's
note
about
those.
When
I
called
the
offices,
I
was
told
that
my
doctor,
Dr.
Julian,
hadn't
properly
charted
my
illnesses
at
all.
One
illness
was
incorrectly
written
as
having
been
diagnosed
in
2022
(I've
lived
with
this
illness
since
1998
so
that
was
incorrect...)
and
the
other,
MAJOR
illness
wasn't
in
my
record
AT
ALL.
I
know
doctors
aren't
always
the
best
at
note
keeping,
but
it
is
pretty
egregious
to
leave
something
like
that
off
a
medical
record
completely.
I
spent
a
lot
of
time
discussing
my
medical
history
with
her
and
documenting
my
history
through
the
office's
forms.
At
best,
this
disconnect
demonstrates
a
lack
of
organization
and
respect,
and
at
worst,
this
disconnect
could
potentially
be
dangerous.
The
second
issue
I've
had
as
of
late
is
with
trying
to
get
in
touch
with
anyone--it's
nearly
impossible
to
get
a
competent
employee
on
the
phone.
When
you
are
able
to
connect
with
someone,
they
claim
they
don't
have
the
ability
to
transfer
calls,
refuse
to
give
you
their
name
&
repeat
the
same
phrase
over
and
over
again
"rest
assured,
a
manager
will
be
in
touch
with
you
soon."
It
seems
like
they
use
a
third
party
call
center
rather
than
office
staff.
Today,
the
woman
I
was
speaking
with
told
me
she
was
not
authorized
to
disclose
her
name,
her
manager's
name
or
whether
she
was
calling
me
from
a
MOM
office
at
all.
Maybe
this
is
a
common
practice,
but
I
don't
believe
patients
should
be
forced
to
go
through
multiple
layers
of
confused,
and
incompetent
call
center
employees
whenever
they
have
an
issue
with
their
health
or
medical
bill.
I'm
very
disappointed
with
MOM
and
would
advise
all
prospective
patients
to
think
about
whether
personal
connection
is
important
to
them.
If
so,
find
a
different
provider.
UPDATE:
Though
it
took
writing
this
review,
I
was
contacted
by
Stephanie
almost
immediately.
I
was
also
contacted
by
Merry
from
billing
who
was
able
to
resolve
my
billing
issue
quickly.
I've
since
spoken
to
a
few
more
managers
from
the
patient
care
team
and
I
appreciate
their
efforts
to
investigate
my
concerns.
This
is
the
level
of
attentiveness
patients
should
be
receiving
from
the
jump,
and
I
hope
MOM
continues
to
hear
feedback
and
implement
necessary
changes.
