My first time going to a health clinic and it was the most easiest process. I got there early (which I recommend). Once you enter the room, you grab a number sheet (it has your assigned number for the rest of the visit on the top right corner) and you time stamp it. You fill out the sheet with your information as best as possible and wait for them to call your number. During your visit, they are very accommodating and all the workers there are sweet. I came in not knowing what to expect, and left at ease. Thank you so much.

I usually dont leave reviews but I had such a great experience here I felt like I had to. This was my first time coming here and I expected it to go as crappy as other city offices (ex. DMV). I was wrong. The people here are amazingly and extremely professional and courteous! From the security guard to the nurse to the counselors, everybody was great. They answered all of my questions and made this experience a very pleasant one.

Love how they understood I wasn't available to stay longer they did all for me to get out as soon as possible friendly and caring 100% recommended

Now, I have heard that government services could work well. I just had no idea that I would come in contact with an excellent clinic like this in the United Stated, let alone in my neighborhood in deep Queens. Everything felt thoughtful - from rare not-corny information videos to the range of services provided. Also shout out to nurse Elizabeth!

I came here to the Department of Health Corona site after making an appointment on the NYC Vaccine site to get my booster shot for Covid 3 months after recieving my two J and J vaccines. It says on the CDC website I am eligible for a booster 2 months after my second J&J vaccine. The staff at the Corona site refused me because they said only immunocompromised can get a 3rd booster two months after receiving a second J and J vaccine. Even after I told them to check the CDC website, and they are incorrect, they refused. I wasted my time, and lost $100 because of the ignorance, arrogance, and incompetence of the idiot staff here. Zero stars is really what they deserve.

I came here on Wednesday, my experience here was incredible. Although theclinic was packed and it took a while for me to be seen by the MD but the personel helped out with absolutely everything. Starting my process the girl who registered me. Noelia who registered me was very helpful. Provided me even with info on what other services they can offer in the same building. Explained the process and even spoke to me to calm my nerves. The male doctor who saw me was very professional and gave me the treatment necessary and explained patiently what it was I needed and why. I didn't feel rushed. I've only been to one clinic aside from this one and I'll be coming to this one alone. It was great to have friendly people who help relive e the stress from waiting for my HIV result. I've heard only wonderful things from this clinic glad it's all true.

I couldn't find the location at first very hard to find under the construction thing but glad I did. I no clue they had these clinics Great service.
