I was there today and I loved it. Every single person who assisted me was super friendly and professional. I am so glad I decided to go to this location and not the one I was going to go to in Manhattan. Getting there from where I live in the Bronx was super easy and like I mentioned every single staff at this location was super great and yes I was there to be treated so I am not just writing this review to be nice or anything like that. I wish I had their names but to everyone who assisted me at this location on 03/06/18 THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Keep it up!

I’ve been going here since 2000s. They’re very knowledgeable and I have actually skipped the trip to my actual doctor because they have more resources and info than them. I’ve even gone here while I was pregnant and got better answers than my own doctor. You get better help too because it’s their specialty. I never really had to wait king ever but then again I’ve only gone in the morning. Since the pandemic, then changed some things, like they are more safer with COVID and there is social distracting practicing in there. You don’t have to sit anyone, which is actually comforting that you don’t have to Sit next to anyone. The chairs are all 6 feet apart. Confidential and reliable. It’s a clean place and informative. There’s a TV while you wait which gives even more info. Pretty good.

I've come here like 4 times and brought my ladies here several times. My throuples don't happen without a negative battery of tests. So this place is great. And Ladies make ya men get tested so they cam shoot up the club all day. Lol 😆

Never had a problem, sometimes a wait ! But hey it's free ! So what do you expect ?! Staff is amazing ! Unlimited condoms ! Staff talks to you one on one. Called my numbers not names, super confidential! My emergency got to place/ free check up place since I was in college ! Thanks morrisania !

I’ve been going here since about 2015 and they’ve always been the best in my opinion and I travel from Brooklyn. They are quick respectful clean and the staff are very well educated on their jobs at the facility. I appreciate them

My second time here and my experience has been great. Staff here is friendly especially the doctor I forgot her name but she is great. Today it was a quick visit however the other time did take some time.

Been coming here since 2000.Sometimes a wait but very confidential.The 1st time I came here they scared me.Told me to call back for my results, when I did, they said they couldn't do it over the phone, I had to come down...oh you know I WAS FREAKED OUT...I went down and they told me my test was negative...RELIEF.But the person explained to me they did it that way to make you think about your choices, and REALLY give you an idea what it would be like if your were HIV+....I understood, but it scared the hell outta me.Good thing I have a strong heart.Going today to get my annual test.I recommend this location to ALL.

Wait time is ah bit long but this place is honestly amazing. Very nice ; very clean. Worth a visit.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BRUCE IS AMAZING WITH HOW THOROUGH AND INFORMATIVE HE IS ABOUT THE STDS AND HOW TO PREVENT CATCHING ANYTHING AS WELL AS PROVIDING RESOURCES AND INFORMATION. THE ONLY PLACE I COME TO IN NYC TO GET TESTED !!!

Is this place open for walk ins during Covid? I see they only open 3 days a week now want to be sure before I travel.

Respectful and professional staff, wait times are reasonable and the care received was excellent. Overall a gem for the neighborhood. Also you'll get a kick out of the free-roaming roosters in the block, too cute :)

thank you to the staff, i felt very confort , it was my first time doing the test . you ll be receiving the hiv test 5 minutes after the test . to you guys , if you want to to this test, go here , is very satisfactory to see the results

This is my favorite place to go for any std or hiv testing, they are fast private, professional and free!

They take care of you all the way, i was scared first but they are very welcoming and open minded, its great for first timers specially who struggling in this aspect. Kudos to Brittney! She fantastic social worker and the rest who works there

One of the best places to get tested in the Bronx. You’re in and out and the staff is professional. And you can come here if you don’t have insurance they’re really for the people !
