The doctors may be good, but the women at the front desk are very inefficient! They over-schedule patients more than the doctors can handle. I had an appt today that took me more than 3 months to get because they canceled it and pushed twice! My appt was at 10, I got there at 9:30. At 10:20 I asked how much longer to be seeing, they said there were 2 people ahead of me, but they should call me in about 10min. At 10:45 I asked again, and this time they said there were 3 people ahead of me. I told them I have to be at work in Queens by 12:30 and couldn’t waste my time any longer. Not going to that place again, not because of the doctors, but because of the inefficiency and rudeness of the front desk people!

While we absolutely like and trust our doctor at 8714 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209, we were surprised at and appalled by the new waiting room. This is a medical office. With the exception of masks, there is absolutely no protocol being applied to the waiting room. Not even the practice of having only every other seat available for the patients which means patients are on top of each other. No other doctor office I’ve been to in the last year and 9 months has not followed protocol. In addition, there is remodeling happening to the first floor and this is the “new” waiting room. In this time of pandemic, at NYU LANGONE of all places, this is unacceptable. I only hope more patients review this situation.

Dr. Goodman and his staff are A1! The professionalism of the Hospital is on point. They treated me and my husband Steven with respect and dignity. Keeping me And Steven a breast of my care and all that needed to be known! NYU LANGHORNE IS THE BEST 👌 👍

If I can give this place a zero I would Dr. Dorcas Morgan and her staff are horrible. They've been giving me the running around since my schedule appt over contraceptives. I will be filing a grievance to NYS Health Department. No patient shouldnt have to be bother with a facility that simply doesn't want to do their job. Don't not come here for GYN.they will have you waiting 2hrs passed your scheduled appt. Or call to reschedule the day of. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Jongeling is amazing, best of the best. Incredibly smart and knowledgeable plus excellent bedside manner. She listens to patients, takes time explain, is friendly and knowledgeable about the field, treatments, case studies and alternative therapies. Illness sucks so it’s great to have a good doctor like Jongeling on your team.

Rude and unfriendly front desk on the first floor. No willingness to help. Asking the same basic questions hundred times. No wait to see the endocrinologist but the doctor seemed not too experienced or caring . He was not fully present. Avoid.

Nice place for doctors office clean and very modern staff is very nice and especially dr Gordon is excellent and his assistants were very nice and friendly I would definitely recommend this place for any one looking for a specialist

The place is overly chemical for astma&allergy sufferers.I left right away.

Dr Privman is great, staff is great, not a long wait time.

Staff is rude...you're just a number here..keep an eye on your billing statement. Continuously got payment due notices for co-pays that I had already paid for. Overall terrible. doctor also missed a fracture that I had in my collarbone that another doctor wound up finding via MRI .... if I could give zero Stars I would..I'd also like to say to take notice of how many times these people try to give you an x-ray..every visit I want they were giving me an x-ray for the same body part and I didn't realize it but I was getting an extra copay charge for that every single time... I was getting x-rayed when I didn't even really need to get x-rayed.. they like making u fork over co-pays..I'm also got Miss bills but was able to straighten out the issue they tried charging me $280 for an arm sling.. slime that you can pick up at any Walgreens for $25..this is the type of medical treatment that you get in America and from NYU..charge people 280 for an arm sling..

This review is about sanitary conditions, staff is great,doctors are great,but when I went to use the W.C it was nasty is simply unacceptable, this is a medical practice and toilets should be spotless, if I was the NYC health department , I would have given a fine just for that.

The nurse Mabel was SO nice and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. It was like talking with my friend. Also Loraine at the front desk was very nice and informative. The whole experience felt personal, not so uptight like some doctors offices can feel. The office was clean and my appointment was on time.

Moved over here from a previous PCP, the quality of care has been noticeably high - anecdotally the value add was the sheer integrative nature of the practice: my specialists talking to each other, which is a refreshing take from my previous siloed experience. There is a short wait time but the upside is I can count on my docs being comprehensive… so I’m not bothered by it.

I called today to medical records and I got a Lady named Michelle on the phone who was not a very nice person she sat quiet after everything I said the whole process was Greek to me she never asked me my name and if I called there before no address or anything. I asked for records from Lutheran and dr kwan but she did stop me to say she doesn’t have medical records from Lutheran. It appeared she only wanted to correct me then she goes to say when you call somewhere let them know it is your first time ( what??) that’s one of the questions she would known had she asked and looked up my name. Then she asks to speak to my mom who I am the guardian for because she didn’t want to speak to me. She told me to call and complain.whoch I definitely will do even though it may not go anywhere but I promise I will give reviews on everything. This cannot go un noticed they sit in the basement in those cubicles and are isolated and believe they can treat people how they choose to. It’s not gonna work and I will also write a nice letter to administration about her she makes them look bad it’s not professional or acceptable. Then when I called back to speak to an administrator she raised her voice in a nasty way and said call a certain number which I called to speak to her I guess that meant the only way I will speak to someone else is if I got lucky. People like MICHELLE should not be in those positions dealing with the public

Dr. Carmusciano is a very caring and pleasant doctor. The whole staff is efficient, especially assistant Nicole and the vaccine nurse, both very professional.

My name is Kamal. I thank Dr. Maha Awikeh for her services and interest in the examination, but Sonia Barakat got us into trouble due to her inability to solve exceptional problems. As my mother, Bennani Aicha is about to undergo surgery on 01/23/2024, so on Thursday 01/18/2024 My mother has an appointment with the doctor at Maimonides Hospital, who will perform the surgery on her. He asked me to call Dr. Maha Awikeh and the cardiologist because they were sent to the administration of Maimonides Hospital in Clérance by Maha and the cardiologist was captive. So I immediately went to your clinic to tell the doctor on the run, but Miss Sonia refused to let my mother go to the doctor under the pretext that my mother’s appointment with Dr. Maha on Friday 01/19/20, so I asked Sonia that this is an urgent operation, but Sonia refused to let my mother go to the doctor and insisted that she comes on her scheduled day of 01/19/2024, so at the same moment . I went to the cardiologist Doctor Isber and he examined my mother. On Friday 01/19/2024, my mother returned to the clinic to be examined by Dr. Awikeh and this was at 3:15 pm. This is where the problem occurred, because the doctor wanted a clearance from the cardiologist Isber so when I called Dr. Isber office I diden’t find him,maybe left from his office because late time ,and Maimonides Hospital requested the clerance the last deadline for Friday 01/19/2024, but we were not able to complete the necessary procedures to perform the operation. I waited until Monday because Saturday and Sunday are holidays, and communications between the administration of Dr. Maha, Dr.Isber and the hospital administration intensified until I was able I solved the problem after much effort and exhaustion, and fortunately the hospital administration did not cancel the operation. For this reason, I hold Sonia Barakat responsible for her inability to deal with urgent cases, and she must be polite with patients, as she sometimes treats them with contempt in the way she talks to us. Finally, I would like to The hospital administration takes my report seriously. I also thank the respected Dr. Maha Awikeh for her efforts and good treatment of us.
