TLDR:
Working
out
here
has
been
one
of
the
best
decisions
I
made
this
year.
If
you're
looking
for
a
personal
trainer
that
goes
above
and
beyond
to
help
you
achieve
your
fitness
goals,
you
need
to
consider
Gym
Decision.
Jeremy
and
J'Nell,
the
owners,
are
gems;
Jeremy's
passion
for
fitness
is
infectious,
and
his
dedication
to
his
clients'
success
is
unmatched.
My
context
and
where
I'm
coming
from:
getting
close
to
40,
was
active
and
reasonably
fit
but
never
loved
my
body
and
never
looked
or
felt
strong.
Over
the
last
8
years,
I've
done
a
few
sessions
here
and
there
with
trainers
at
Crunch,
24
hr,
Lifetime,
and
other
gyms
in
the
past.
Never
really
had
a
memorable
or
productive
feeling
from
training
packages
I
bought,
so
didn't
know
what
to
expect,
but
my
gf
started
working
out
here
and
had
rave
reviews.
Now
to
Gym
Decision
:
Jeremy
and
his
team
at
GD
are
so
many
notches
above
any
other
trainer.
The
trainers
so
passionate
about
their
craft
-
none
of
the
apathy
you
feel
at
a
big
gym.
They
take
the
time
to
understand
your
goals,
plan
workouts
in
advance,
adapt
around
any
injuries
or
sore
spots,
and
push
just
the
right
amount
to
make
sure
you
step
towards
your
goals.
This
isn't
just
a
go
through
the
motions
place
-
every
day
I
feel
like
my
mind
and
body
are
getting
stronger,
and
I
come
away
with
a
better
understanding
of
my
body.
Every
session,
I
can
see
the
effort
my
trainer
puts
in
to
helping
me
get
stronger,
leaner,
and
faster,
plus
an
infectiously
positive
attitude
and
energy
even
when
he
has
a
long
day
of
sessions
before
me.
Easily
above
and
beyond
-
and
committed
to
my
fitness
goals.
My
workouts
here
have
been
better
than
I've
ever
had,
and
have
a
lot
of
new
creative
exercises
and
equipment
I
hadn't
done
before.
And
the
team
runs
this
place
with
so
much
attention
to
detail
and
pride
and
professionalism
in
the
business.
This
place
is
worth
their
weight
and
more
trainers
should
be
taught
to
do
train
the
way
Jeremy
and
his
crew
do
business.
At
the
end
of
the
day
the
best
part
is
the
results.
The
progress
I've
made
and
the
way
my
body
composition
has
changed
and
my
strength
has
increased
is
unlike
anything
I've
been
able
to
achieve
myself
in
thrice
the
time,
and
I
look
better
than
I
did
10
years
ago.
I
see
definition
where
none
existed
before,
and
enduring
changes
with
my
body.
Coming
here
is
...
weirdly
addicting
-
took
a
week
of
vacation
and
missed
the
gym
almost
as
much
as
I
missed
my
dog
(I'm
just
joking
Benny!).
Be
warned.
Coming
up
that
staircase
might
be
one
of
the
best
decisions
I've
made
in
2023.
