Facilities are nice, staff are nice, location is good, but at the end of the day the pool only lets you swim for 30 min at a time. And since I'd want to be in there for 60-90 min, it just doesn't make sense

I agree this is a fantastic gym, best one I've been to. Really miss it when I'm traveling and have to use lesser gyms. Staff are friendly and helpful, up to date equipment, etc.

Great stuff and great Gym. I hope I can make it and start working out in this beautiful place.

I am a new member but could not speak more highly about the professionalism of the establishment and their no-hassle membership office. Madeline , the membership director, is direct and helpful and so pleasant to deal with unlike the high pressure staff at many city gyms. The place is spotless and the locker room crew (Jose) is as helpful as possible in making your visit enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and don’t mind trading a view for the attention to detail in this place

Great amenities and friendly staff

Great place. Very clean, all equipment is super well maintained and never down. The aesthetics are old but I’m here to sweat not look fabulous. The sauna and pool are the main perks that differentiate this place, besides the fact that it’s centrally located right in the center of Manhattan and I can access it via the 30 Rock subway tunnel.

I was looking for a swimming pool and found them on google map. The staff was very nice, the place was clean, organized and I got everything I needed. One thing to note is that you need to book swimming ahead of time (they booked it for 30 min but let me stay longer as it was not 100% booked).

Nicely equiped and has a swimming pool. The gym roof is a bit low so you have to watch out when doing tractions

I bought a membership which includes an individual locker. When I came first time front-desk gave me a key. As I assumed this locker is supposed to be mine I left my stuff there. When I come next time and ask for my key a person in the front is telling me that lockers are not private and if left something there it’s probably placed in Lost and Found in a plastic bag. I said that locker is included in my membership, and the answer was that front is not aware of my membership details, after that gentlemen checked another box with private lockers keys and notified me that he doesn’t see anything under my name. At this point I took the plastic bag with my stuff and left. So expect no communication between sales department and customer service and be prepared to manage all your questions when sales people are in. Facilities are good though. Club looks pretty old but in good condition and clean. Towels and uniform are provided which is helpful. That’s all positive I can tell as I was signed up, been there successfully just once and had to resign right after.

I like the pool. You need a bathing suit and a cap but clean towels are always there for you!

I live a couple blocks away and sort of stumbled across this gym. I checked it out and was pretty impressed . Clean space friendly staff- professional.

Used the day pass while in town on business and great facility. Friendly staff and clean spaces.

I was coming here before the pandemic, I really miss it. Thankfully they are opening soon and I’ll definitely be going back. I highly recommend it!

Great gym and community that's conveniently located in Chinatown. The staff is extremely helpful, facility is clean, and it's maintained well. Love the combo of basketball courts, exercise room, and swimming pool!
