I have been a client for two years now. This team knows their fitness! They train you smart, not just hard. I always feel they have my long-term health in mind when I am training with them. Nice studio in a convenient location. Also, their video training is a seamless transition when I am not able to make it in person. I highly recommend Daniel, Kaz and the team!

I recently joined after training at a previous gym and the difference is palpable in many ways. It is clear that Thomas and Nate genuinely care about every person who walks through the door - whether it's your very first visit or you're a long-time member. Nate and Thomas are enthusiastic about each class and provide a positive, supportive, and motivating atmosphere. Both Nate and Thomas are very conscious of form and ensuring everyone is comfortable with the workout. They always offer modifications or alternatives if a certain movement is not for you. I also appreciate the attention to detail in terms of programming. Every 6 weeks has a different focus, so you can track your progress and improvement. Previously, I was working out and felt like I was improving, but had no way to really know - thanks to Project 13, now I do! I've also noticed that I never watch the clock to check when the class is over. Each class always keeps me engaged, challenged and focused. Finally and importantly, the culture at Project 13 is warm and welcoming. I look forward to being a Project 13 member for many years to come.

Highly recommend! Total pros with a holistic approach and a friendly, positive studio vibe. I had a complimentary assessment with Jason who was so knowledgeable and very thorough. I have been training with Charlie for several months which has been great - his sessions are challenging and fun and I love that he celebrates my progress as much (or more!) than I do. It’s a great environment and the team always asks for feedback.

The Summary: Personal attention, flexibility in scheduling, friendly attitude, clean environment, and (of course) a resulting effective work out. I work out with Ian Kurtz and I love it. The Juice: This is a great little gym and I was in a pretty abysmal post-pandemic shape when I first joined. My first consultation with Daniel Lucas was thorough, personable, effective. He picked a trainer he felt was best suited for my goals. I have been coming for a couple of years by now and I work with Ian Kurtz. It is a no-nonsense work out, very functional movement, often incorporating multiple parts of the body. By now we have focused on a few areas that needed work. Ian is diligent in addressing pain-points (literal and metaphorical) by investigating the issue and tailoring the approach, depending on the cause. As an athlete, he has great personal understanding of and great tips on how to work with what you've got - being able to stay physically active and engaged through your preferred activities even if your body is giving you a bit of flack at the moment.

I've struggled with posture for a long time and muscle pain in my back for years due to long sitting at work. Like many during the pandemic, I focused on other areas of life and struggled with my fitness goals. I contacted Nimble for an assessment and initially met with Keith, who helped me understand what was happening with my body and explain the program that could address those issues. Keith really listened, was incredibly genuine, and never pushed the "sale." I signed up the next day. I started working with Eden, and in a blink, it's been nearly a year and a half, and I have been progressing toward and exceeding many of my fitness goals. After a few months, we began to correct the imbalance that caused my back pain, and I have seen areas of improvement in posture, muscle definition, and mass. I love working with Eden. She helps me stay accountable to my goals and is a joy to be around. The gym is clean, never crowded, and the staff is friendly and attentive (they even remember the music I like to listen to!). I highly recommend working with Eden or anyone on the Nimble team!

I have been working out at Nimble for years and I love going there. I always feel comfortable and the space is immaculately clean - something that I feel is really important in a gym. The staff is very accommodating, and somehow they manage to never make you feel that the space is overcrowded, even when every "slot" is full. Although I work out with an outside trainer, I have become friendly with many of the training staff at Nimble, and I can see from how they interact with their clients that they are attentive, energetic and efficient. I I didn't already love my trainer so much, I would gladly work out with any one of them!

Nimble Fitness and Jason have been life changing. I can’t express enough gratitude towards Jason and for my experience here. Jason goes above and beyond to understand your needs and works meticulously with you towards your goals physiologically and functionally. I feel like a new and improved person after each session and motivated for the next. The facility is always fresh and clean, organized, and so friendly!

My husband and I have been working out with Eden at Nimble for about 3 years now and have had an amazing experience. It was meant to be temporary but we can’t give it up now as it’s become so integral in our lives. Everyone that works there is courteous, professional, and goes above and beyond to make the space and community top notch. Facilities are clean and modern and never too crowded which we appreciate. All trainers are focused on overall health and safety in addition to individual goals and driving results! Highly recommend.

I have been working with Keith for 6 months and could not be happier. Tremendous results: I am much stronger, my posture has improved and have lost 10 pounds. I love the environment at Nimble - it is welcoming and friendly, no attitude. I always feel better after my work out sessions with Keith - I am looking forward to continuing this journey in 2024.

I’ve been seeing Daniel for 5 years. He and his associates are simply remarkable! They have addressed my physical concerns and have helped me establish a sound training regimen as I’ve gotten older and my body needs different routines. I recommend Nimble to anyone who needs to train with a knowledgeable, experienced crew.

Nimble is one of the best personal training gyms in the city. I have been a client for over 10 years. Daniel, Keith, Jeanean, are the best trainers around. They have helped me recover from two major surgeries. I could not recommend them more highly!

This was my first experience with a trainer and it was an amazing. When I started working with Keith, I was recovering from a knee injury and working with a physical therapist to address my problem knee. When I arrived, I was unable to walk without knee pain and I wanted to start building the strength and stability I’d lost from lack of physical exercise. Keith listened, made me feel comfortable in the space and built upon what I was doing in PT. Keith’s wholistic approach and his focus on teaching the why of each exercise, has given me the confidence and skills I need to apply what I’ve learned on my own. Check out the folks at Nimble, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been with Nimble for over two years. Before that I worked out with personal trainers for over a decade at places including Equinox, Gold's, and more. I wasn't sure what to expect from a personal training-only gym, but Daniel, Kaz, and team have been fantastic. I can tell that they really know physical fitness and wellness - they sense how to push you when you're ready, when to help you recover when you're not, and are always encouraging and friendly. During the pandemic they were extra supportive with remote options (my body and mind really appreciated that!), and now it feels amazing to be back in the gym with them again. Highly recommended!

I count finding my way to Nimble Fitness as one of the best things that has happened to me in recent years. My workouts with Daniel are highlights of my week. His approach is distinguished by a staggering knowledge of how the body works. And he applies that knowledge with acute sensitivity to where I’m at physically. The workouts are both challenging and invigorating. The word “holistic” gets thrown around like a frisbee by personal trainers but it truly applies at Nimble. My diet, strength, flexibility and morale have all been positively affected since I walked through the door on East 12th Street.

Going to Nimble Fitness has been one of the best and most rewarding things I have done for myself. I look forward to my workouts with Kaz every week. I used to dread going to the gym because I didn't know what to do but that has changed. Kaz's approach to training is holistic and he has helped me beyond just working out. I have lost weight, I feel stronger, and my flexibility has improved. Highly recommend!

I've been working out at Nimble since 2014 and couldn't be happier. The staff is warm, the owners communicative, and the trainers top notch, especially Chris M. I've been working out with him for 9 months and am hooked. I'm still feeling the effects of a neck and shoulder injury from years ago and Chris tailors my workouts with that in mind. My body has never looked better and I've never felt stronger. His attention to detail is exactly what i look for in a trainer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Oh how I am grateful to have found Nimble when I did! I came to Keith and his team after years of over-working-out and improperly fueling myself, running around to different classes, gyms and personal trainers around the city that, now I have realized, are merely opportunities to get injured developing muscles that are already worked enough day-to-day, and overall empty expenditures of energy. But in 6 short months, my time at Nimble has transformed me physically and mentally - working out has changed its meaning for good thanks to Keith and I am never turning anywhere else after this! The most unique part about Nimble is that it’s individualistic, progressive, and WORKS. Never have I had such a tailored exercise program for me, and I’ve tried out enough personal trainers in NYC to know that. I’ve learned the tools to have all parts of my body work in tandem, I know how to workout hard and efficiently, and I trust that I will never get injured working out here, ever. I am stronger and leaner than ever, I am lifting weights I could never imagine, and my immune system and blood work have all improved thanks to the philosophy and the program at Nimble.

I have been working out with trainers for a long time but this is by far the most holistic approach to fitness I have ever had. The team at nimble is dedicated to working with every client to create the best workouts for each individual. They are highly knowledgeable about all aspects of wellness and are motivating without being pushy. On top of all of that the facilities are spotless. This is the best gym / trainer experience I have had in a really long time !!

I started working with Daniel online early in the pandemic, and find his remote coaching to be highly effective. I appreciate his holistic approach and ability to adjust to how I am feeling to get the most out of my sessions. He’s fun to work with and has helped me manage my fitness, energy, and mental well-being over the past several months.

I’ve worked out at Nimble (primarily with Daniel) for roughly two years. Thanks to their expertise, encouragement, and care, I’m far stronger and fitter. Plus - my posture is so much better that I’m half and inch taller(!). I always feel challenged and that I’ve gotten an amazing workout. (This is no cookie cutter gym; everything is tailored to your body and your goals). Everyone in the studio is great - warm, supportive, friendly, and deeply experienced. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every cent.

I can't recommend this place enough. About a year ago, I saw a sandwich board on the sidewalk saying, "Free fitness assessment" outside a small gym. I took note, went home, and emailed them to set up a time to come in. This place is the real deal. Jason, one of the owners, completed my assessment and pinpointed the root issues I've had for years in a matter of minutes -- no other trainer or physical therapist has been able to do this in my lifetime. I've been training with Jason for a year now, and I've never felt better. I have completely transformed my body inside and out -- and I'm someone who thought they knew a good amount about fitness despite having chronic issues (I've run several marathons, have a yoga teaching certification, and formerly taught group fitness). Net net -- Nimble's trainers are experts. They take the time to understand how to help their clients help themselves to create lasting change. Go here. You won't regret it.

My spouse and I dropped in last night for a workout and enjoyed it. The coach and members were friendly and welcoming. The facility is nice with lots of room and all the usual CF equipment. I would definitely recommend dropping in if you are in the area.

Best training experience I have ever had. Jason is tremendously knowledgeable and our remote workouts over the past year have been transformative. He has also worked wonders with several friends who are coping with specific physical challenges. Jason and Nimble Fitness are amazing!!!

Nimble Fitness is a unique gym. It meets its clients where they are and then helps those clients meet and even exceed their fitness and health objectives. I have trained at Nimble for over a decade, the majority of that time with Jason Pulido. My fitness and health have improved dramatically during that time. By every relevant standard of measure, I am fitter significantly today than at any other time in the last 30 years. I recommend Jason and Nimble wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Excellent trainers specifically Charlie who I now work out with during the week. Charlie understands his clients individual goals and designs their training around it. I highly recommend Charlie and Nimble Fitness.

I started working with Nimble about 4 months ago. After my initial consultation with Jason (one of the owners), he was able to quickly identify my individual postural issues and areas of weakness. I started going twice a week, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my body—not just in the way I look, but in the way I feel. I’m stronger, experience less back pain, and feel (and look) much more fit. Jason specifically is great to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and created a customized program based on what will work best for my body and all its quirks. He pushes me when I need it without being too intense, and it’s clear he really cares about all his clients. Looking forward to my workouts is a new (and welcome!) feeling. In addition, the space is clean and everyone is kind and lovely—I never feel rushed, pushed aside, or lacking space. Highly recommend!

I excel at inertia but got to a point where I wanted to improve core strength and posture before my bad habits had long lasting, negative effects. Working first with Daniel and now with Jeremy has been fantastic. They took a scaffolded approach to training so I built confidence and grew stronger without agitating a decade old back injury. Whether you’re a hard core athlete or terrified of the gym, I recommend Nimble.

I've visited Nimble once a week for over a year. Though I'm active and young, I struggled with total body stiffness for some years. The careful training sessions and program my trainer Jenean Baylor provided me have dramatically improved my mobility and elimated the persistent pain I'd struggled with.

I've been going to Nimble for several months now and Eden has helped me stay dedicated and committed! Despite having to wake up early and to work hard it is totally worth it she gives me motivation and has been supporting me all the way! I have also had several sessions with Jason and he's also wonderful to train with, has a lot of knowledge and always makes sure he can help with whatever struggles I'm going through. I highly recommend Nimble. Very friendly staff overall and never gets too crowded.

I've been training with Keith for a little over a year now, and this has been the best training experience I've had. I'm considerably stronger and leaner than when I started, and my conditioning has improved dramatically. I had back and leg pain when I started, which is now gone. I've worked with other trainers and at other gyms in the past, and the level of knowledge at Nimble is the highest I've seen. The facility is also spotless, and everyone is motivating, friendly, and welcoming.
