Swerve is hands down my favorite spin class in town. I followed Diane and Jason here from another studio and have been impressed by all the other instructors as well. Each instructor puts thought and care into designing motivating classes with awesome playlists. Only slight drawback is the small locker room space.

I love swerve. Great workout. Started going to the real gym but still think I got a better workout and experience here. Love the set up compared to all other cycling studios. Love the balance between team and competitiveness. Friendly helpful staff. Really nice amenities generally. Great time

Yes, it's another competitive spinning studio but it is a good one/ My favorite spin studios have provide cycling shoes, a taught in dark rooms with high energy, and have computer to track your progress. Similar to FlyWheel there is a board at the front of the room to judge your performance vs. other riders in the class but adds an additional twist of splitting the room into three teams - red, blue, and green - so it is not only you competition with other riders but your team against the other two. Your team is a bit of a crapshoot but generally I have a great time at Swerve! Oh, and make sure to order a smoothie and the juice bar before class - it will be ready when you are finished!

Clean facilities, staff is friendly and helpful. The classes are definitely geared toward beginner cyclists or those looking for new motivations for working out (via the team competition). The ‘competition’ can feel a little clunky and disruptive to the overall class flow

The first two classes are buy one get one free. After that you can buy a package of classes. It includes the shoe rental, unlike soul cycle! I like the classes because you can monitor your progress and see much how you improve. If you work hard enough - you can even make the leader board! I always leave class with a sense of accomplishment.

Really awesome Swerve studio in Midtown! This location is more spacious than their Flatiron studio. Instructors are great and encouraging. Swerve is definitely my favorite spin studio in NYC. They’re not pretentious unlike some other studios, ahem SoulCycle. I really enjoy Swerve’s formula. It is really competitive and gets you moving! Don’t come here if you’re lazy, you don’t want to be in last place! For me, most spin classes feel long and repetitive, not at Swerve. Plenty of showers and space to move around so you don’t have to rush out of class. Come here if you’re competitive and like a challenge!

Awesome studio. Beautiful, clean facility with new equipment. The team-style classes really pushed me to work harder. Overall, check out SWERVE for a challenging and fun workout.

Great studio! Much more spacious than the Flatiron studio, women's locker room is especially spacious with tons of showers. Convenient to most subways too, will definitely be back.

This place is the only spin facility that I've found that rivals soulcycle almost to the point of overtaking it. I love the team competition it provides. You aren't singled out like you can be in flywheel classes, and you aren't relatively clueless as to how awesome or lacking your efforts are as you can be in soulcycle classes. Instructors are pretty good. No one that I can recall the instructor name and the specific experience like at other facilities. Though I've never tried it out, the smoothie bar seems like a great option. You can order a smoothie before class that will be ready by the time class is over for your enjoyment. Also love the beer tap handles that disperse water into your water bottle. Cute detail and touch. The cafe with tvs free wifi provide a cool atmosphere for those who may need to get some work done before or after a workout, though I've never thought to bring my laptop. Staff are friendly but aren't wildly understanding of those who leave before the stretching at the end of class to get back to work in a timely matter. Some of us respectfully squeeze in what we can to create a satisfying work/life balance on our lunch break. The music is usually top notch. I love that some of the challenge is to work hard as a team and some of the challenge is to stay on the beat as a team. Really targets different muscle groups to do each. Also love that stats and class standings are emailed to you after class. So cool. I work harder knowing that is coming. Amenities are 100% on point. From the Harry David blow dryers to the luxury hair products in the shower stalls I leave literally feeling like a million bucks - because of a killer workout an because I feel pampered and fierce. Swerve is a spin facility for the history books. Try flatiron or midtown. You will be so glad you did.

Typically a great experience, and the team-based stats and leaderboard really make you push yourself, even more so that some of the individual stats-based classes. Mens locker room has enough showers to accommodate the class sizes. Only thing that's weird is that the actual studio is downstairs, so you end up clunking down the stairs in your bike shoes on the way into your class

The team workout premise was surprisingly effective but its otherwise a generic over-priced elevated heart beat boutique manhattan workout w a be happy uplifting instructor. Also, side note... Im kind of amazed at what passes for locker rooms for all of these midtown places and this location is no exception. Im a guy though, so take that into account

👍👍 It is an amazing stay for people that really just need a bed for the night in the middle of New York. We stayed for a week and first of all the location is unbeatable. Right next to central park and even in a 20 minutes walk distance to time square. I absolutely loved the immense gym. Alone for the...

🫤 Very disappointed with the gym's new timing. I chose PF over Blink Fitness although it was a little far away from my place because it would be open 24 hours and it really helps people who work different schedules. Remember, not everyone works 9-5. The 24 hour policy was what made PF unique and stand...
